I had my contractor's invoice from 2020 which turned out to be for the pressure treated wood for the new deck built then. LP and Izzy together were able to go to my contractor's page, find the specs about the TimberTech used, and refresh my memory about the color. They gave me a sample board and a TimberTech Source Book, encouraging me to call the company about the strange bleached-out stain on my deck. They also quoted me the cost of two replacement boards for my handyman to purchase for the repair. Problem solved. LP and Izzy were friendly, personable and eager to be of help... and at the end of a long Saturday. So, please add this review to counter some of the really negative ones I read on this website.

I see a common theme in all oil company reviews that the oil and service egregiously priced etc…read moreetc. Oil is expensive, maintenance is expensive, those are givens, but thus far, I've felt Medway Oil is a dependable company and has provided us great service. My husband and I had a horrible winter last year with our old oil company. We had a new baby and it was stressful to say the least. We had to make countless calls to get the tank filled and it always came down to the wire before a storm. We also had issues with hot water all winter and the other company essentially told us to "turn the temperature dial" on the burner and charged us $300 for this courtesy. Monday night we had NO hot water at all. Medway Oil came right over, diagnosed the issue and had a repairman there the next morning. The hot water is fixed and one less thing we need to worry about this winter. I feel so much better with Medway Oil as our company now...

The previous owners of the house were already using them for propane service, and for the past 5 years, I've been given no reason to switch to a competitor. They come regularly to deliver my propane and leave the bill, I pay the bill, world keeps on spinning. I've only called them a handful of times, but each time, I was greeted warmly; never have I encountered a rude person on the other end of the line. Today, I had a technician over to perform an A/C tune-up. Couldn't have been a nicer guy. He was polite, professional, and got the job done without incident. From what I can tell, my A/C is working great, so mission accomplished. To summarize, while others might have had a negative experience with Propane Plus, I've not once had a problem with their service or their employees. I look forward to doing business with them for many years to come!
