He informed me that since they had never supplied us with oil before, they would need to inspect the tank before filling it. I expected a sales pitch, but he never tried to sell me anything--just straightforward, professional service. I called on Monday, and the delivery arrived as scheduled--actually a bit early, which was great--on Wednesday morning. Paul, the delivery tech, was fantastic. He's a very affable guy and we chatted as he did a very thorough job inspecting not only the tank but also all the connections, up to and including the burner. I was impressed. From the initial phone call to the inspection and delivery, the entire experience was seamless and positive.

I would go out of my way to discourage others from using this company. I do not even know the prices but if they can't ever schedule an appointment for you, what is even the point of knowing the pricing?

LP and Izzy together were able to go to my contractor's page, find the specs about the TimberTech used, and refresh my memory about the color. They gave me a sample board and a TimberTech Source Book, encouraging me to call the company about the strange bleached-out stain on my deck. They also quoted me the cost of two replacement boards for my handyman to purchase for the repair. Problem solved. My husband and I had a horrible winter last year with our old oil company. We had a new baby and it was stressful to say the least. We had to make countless calls to get the tank filled and it always came down to the wire before a storm. We also had issues with hot water all winter and the other company essentially told us to "turn the temperature dial" on the burner and charged us $300 for this courtesy. Monday night we had NO hot water at all. Medway Oil came right over, diagnosed the issue and had a repairman there the next morning. The hot water is fixed and one less thing we need to worry about this winter. I feel so much better with Medway Oil as our company now...

They are consistently priced much higher than the competition, but that doesn't come with a higher quality oil, customer service, or anything else.
