After going tot he one in the Natik mall we gave this location a try! This one is much closer to us…read morein Boston. So this location works like any other build a bear store. We had gone because from our last purchase we got a free $10 off on our next purchase in the store. So we got to walking around and found one we liked. We then went over and picked out a voice box this time around. (Last time we got the beating heart!) You then wait in line to have your bear stuffed! When its your turn they then ask you if you would like your bear soft, hard or some wheres in the middle? We picked the middle. Seems to work best that way. They then stuff the bear for you! Then tie up the backing for you. At this point you then go and pick out anything else you would like the bear to have/wear. We got a shirt, pants and hat. You then go to a computer and put all of your information in. It makes the bear a birth certificate. Its pretty easy! Any young child could do it. The computer walks you through. Its pretty clear on its own. It then prints it out for you and you then go to the front counter to pay for your bear. Now this time we didn't have much reaction with the employees at this spot. Now normally that's not really an issue. The only problem is after they rang us out we saw a sign saying we could have had another whole bear for only another $5 for spending over $35 in the store....So they didn't wanna re-ring it out and told us they wouldn't be able to give us that deal. So that was sorta lame. If your a sales employee its your job to tell us about the sales. Mainly because its around Christmas and it would have been a GREAT add on for a gift for someone. Oh well! Over all the time spent here wasn't bad. I am taking 2 points off for not telling us about the bear. Just thought an easy reminder to us would have been much better. An ok 3/5...Some things could have been better! Well let you know if they are better on our next visit!

I explained to Jessica the manager that I don't live close by and it would be an inconvenience she still said they couldn't do anything about it and I would have to come back into the store for my refund. I'm out of a gift for my coworker, no refund unless I travel 45 minutes back to that store, and leave to get a cheesy gift card. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND NOT MY FAULT!!!!

As a 41-year-old woman, so was I! The woman working they are welcomed us right away and paid a lot of attention to us. She let my kids know that the hot air balloons that are hanging from the ceiling actually deliver twice each day. We were all in awe. Of course we got to try samples of the ice cream while we walked around amazed by the store. It used to be a bank and they have the bank vault displayed as the Lego vault where all of the Lego toys are. My son was fascinated by the hot wheels section and my daughter loved the let's pretend, dress up section in the back and the Barbie wall. We left with a bunch of toys and a great story for everyone. Of course we had to go back and take our nephew and get more toys. We were only in Plymouth for a few days and we went to the store twice. Our kids are still talking about it! Do yourselves a favor and of course your kids, a huge favor by taking them here, because it is definitely an experience you and the family will not forget. I came here with my friend and I's little siblings and decided what the heck, why not paint one myself too? I wanted to try and recreate the spongebob model and ran out of time. I wish they had more paint colors available as they offered a limited selection. You have a couple different glaze options which I thought was cool. They have a good gardening section for those who like to grow their own indoor and outdoor plants. There is also a nice food department stocked with pastas, sauces, candies and snacks. I do enjoy browsing through their beauty aisle where you can find some good discounted cosmetics.
