Such a cool, fun experience for the kids! My husband and I find the prices quite outrageous but it was worth it!

While planning the party, Jam Time set themselves apart from other locations with their price transparency right on their website, as well as consistent communication leading up to the party date so we knew how to plan for the day. The indoor space has a wide variety of toys and equipment for a range of ages, the highlights were the bounce house, the play structure with multiple slides, and the train table. They had a ton of ride-on toys and pretend play toys, as well as a dedicated area for younger babies to play and crawl around. All of the kids in our party had a blast! It was a shared space with the public so there were lots of other families there but it didn't feel overcrowded. Ari and Zane did an excellent job managing our party from start to finish. They took all the food we brought in and set it up in the party room in an organized arrangement, and they communicated well with us parents so we knew the general timeline of playtime, eating, and the cake presentation. JT the Moose came out at the end of the party to greet all the kids, he was a hit! At the end, they packed up all the food and cake for us to take back home. Highly recommend Jam Time for your birthday party needs or for just burning off some toddler energy!

I ended up gettting a summer pass that was good for 2 months it was a great deal and I was able to save a couple bucks buying purchasing online (it did take me a solid 10 min in the facility to do so) I wish they were able to honor the price on site but it is what it is. A lot of new games here and 90% of the games worked which is amazing to see! They revamped this whole place and I am really appreciating that esp as a mom who is on a tight budget! Our fav game is Luigi Mansion! Def come check it out if you use to come here- the summer pass is such a steal & now they are doing monthly memberships!!

This is a great Chuck E Cheese's. I miss Natick but this location is top notch. The staff are…read morefantastic and the experience is as good as it was for my 10 year old girl as it was for me as a 10 year old kid in the 1980s. The games are fun and easy to win, especially the ball claw machine. My daughter likes to win a couple extra balls to give to kids who really want a ball and give up, then she just randomly gives them one and it makes their day. The ski-ball is classic and the prizes are as good as any. Compare Chuck E Cheeses to Dave and Busters and you will come out way ahead in your wallet. The food is as expected. This is not intended to be a gourmet destination restaurant, it is kids pizza. That said they have a really good salad bar. On a recent visit we dropped our plate and made a huge mess after loading up and the staff just smiled and told us to make another and cleaned it up with a smile. When it is time to 'cash out' your tickets on the card at the prize counter, the people are infinitely patient while the kids decide what they want and on more than one occasion they kicked in a few extra tickets at the end so we could get what we wanted. My daughter has gone infrequently to Chuck E Cheese's since she was 5 years old, and there has never been a day when I have asked her where she wants to go for dinner that she does not say Chuck E Cheese's as her first answer. Now I have to say, other than Chuck E Cheese's where do you want to go for dinner.
