Our first time here was for our kiddo's 3rd birthday, and Jam Time more than exceeded our expectations! While planning the party, Jam Time set themselves apart from other locations with their price transparency right on their website, as well as consistent communication leading up to the party date so we knew how to plan for the day. The indoor space has a wide variety of toys and equipment for a range of ages, the highlights were the bounce house, the play structure with multiple slides, and the train table. They had a ton of ride-on toys and pretend play toys, as well as a dedicated area for younger babies to play and crawl around. All of the kids in our party had a blast! It was a shared space with the public so there were lots of other families there but it didn't feel overcrowded. Ari and Zane did an excellent job managing our party from start to finish. They took all the food we brought in and set it up in the party room in an organized arrangement, and they communicated well with us parents so we knew the general timeline of playtime, eating, and the cake presentation. JT the Moose came out at the end of the party to greet all the kids, he was a hit! At the end, they packed up all the food and cake for us to take back home. Our boys just outgrew this wonderful place but still have very special memories. Over the last few years I watched them both start by crawling around, then walking around, and then running around the play area. They affectionately called it "play place" and loved dropping in once a week to play with the kitchen set, riding toys, and train table. They also loved the bouncy house, veterinarian play area, and the jungle gym/slide. While I'm sad that the "play place" season of our lives has come to an end, I cannot recommend it enough for families with kids ages 0-4. They will love it! read more

Super great place for your toddlers to exert some energy, jump around or go wild with their imagination. I came here for my nephews birthday party and the timing for when to eat, play and get ready to blow out those candles. I would recommend. The staff placed the gifts in the room and took them out when cleaning up and packed up the cake or anything you brought nicely. If you didn't wear socks there are some for purchase. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the cushioned adult chairs were so stained and filthy badly. read more

This place is great! We are visiting MA for Thanksgiving week and looking for an indoor play place. Not much is open earlier, and I had to convince myself that paying for a play place when we have toys at home was worth it. IT IS WORTH IT. My 3.5 year old could wander all over the not too big space, and we stuck by our 1.5 year old while she was crawling up and down the slides and such, but otherwise she could wander and play by herself. At 10am on a Tuesday, the oldest kid was around 3.5 and the youngest was a few months old. And the kids had a blast. Will for sure come back. read more

I heard of JamTime via the local Facebook parents page and decided to give it a shot with my 2.5 year old. The place is easy to find and has plenty of parking. The facility is fantastic and open so it's incredibly easy to keep track of your kiddo. The play area has lots to do for kiddos of varying ages. There is a series of slides and wooden play structures for the kiddos to climb. They have a nice size ball put that's not too deep or overwhelming. There is an area specifically for infants which is a nice feature because there are less bigger kids running around. I highly recommend bringing your kiddos here for some indoor fun. read more

saw it on way to the Indian market one day wondering how long has it been there without me hearing about it, invited to a kid's party the next and here we are! place is clean and organized; staff is hard at work cleaning up after parties and putting toys back in place. play structures are well-situated and makes logistical sense. More permanent and taller fixtures are installed along the walls, leaving a relatively spacious area in dead middle for the jumpy things and foot vehicles. enough of varieties for ages 0-5+. Baby area, ball pit, wood-based grocery store and truck, plastic giant Connect 4, small plastic grill/diner set, and one big two-level wood structure that houses three slides of various shapes and lengths (one swirly!) as well as different ways to climb up or down. Box of rubber dinosaurs, plush toys of different sizes, puppets, and a small air hockey table are also spotted. the usual shoes off/socks on setup; socks available for purchase if you forgot yours. small eating area with a few tables and food counter, mostly kids stuff like juice pouch and dry snacks. party packages available - from my brief inquiry it sounds like play area is open to public with regular parties, except for party room of course. private parties take place after 1:30pm on the weekends. their mascot moose (or other characters) come out to greet the kiddies for a few minute, shortly before cake time. the plaza is the smaller one adjacent to the bigger Shaw plaza; drivers should always make the immediate right upon entering parking area, then loop around to find parking. was a bit wary I might end up parking at shaws side and cross the side street, but didn't need to. parking seems tight but there were spots. overall, was a fun time and planning to return! $12/kid per visit, or get the $100 pass for 12 trips. flyer mentioned classes but I didn't inquire. didn't realize this place literally just opened. will take pics next time! read more

Downfall with these types of places are the parents who are on their phones the entire time and not watching their children. But that's not by any means the business' fault. Great!! Super clean, the cafè area is so convenient. It's a little on the pricey side, in my opinion $12 each session. If you have a finicky kid that might not last long $12 seems like a lot. I've been in a few times with my 2.5 year old daughter. She loves the ball pit, bounce house and the general store. I'd love to give this place a higher rating, but holy heck the Grand Opening was a mess -- there was no room to breathe in there. Definitely violated any kind of fire code. It wasn't fair/safe to keeping letting in kids and their parents (and charging them!). No room to play, and I lost sight of my kid every 2 minutes. Shoes and jackets strewn everywhere. They seem to be very nice folks who run the place, but they need to handle situations like that better. I don't want to bring my daughter only to find that the place is a nuthouse...that's how kids get hurt! read more

We decided to have our daughters 4th birthday party at Jam Time in Norwood and it was the best decision we have ever made! We could pick a theme and she is so into My Little Pony. The kids all had a blast! There was face painting and a Moose visit! The staff did everything down to the gift bags which had our theme specific items. We have been to Jam Time also for play time and Parenrs Nights Out! We love this place!! Highly recommend!! read more

Absolutely amazing. We've been here to play as well as attended and hosted a birthday party. My kids instantly fell in love with the place. I don't remember her name but the girl that was in charge of our party was extremely friendly and helpful. We had access to our party room upon arrival which was awesome. The party host helped us gather all the kids and everything. They took care of everything it was amazing. Very clean and tons of toys. My 2 year old loves Jam Time! We really miss it during these times of Covid. They have a ton of toys and fun things to play with that are really suitable for all ages (0-5). They also do character visits a lot which are so much fun (although they do get REALLY crowded)! The staff is incredibly friendly and the facilities always seem clean. I also love that they have adapted to Covid by organizing home character visits (the Easter bunny came and waved to my son and dropped off a basket!), making sanitizer, and selling kids' face masks that ACTUALLY fit my son's face (hard to find!). They also did some fun Facebook Live storytimes during quarantine that really got us through some of the long days at home. Jam Time is so fun! We had been to the Natick location numerous times & have now been to the Norwood location a few times too! My kids are now 8, 6 & 4 but we have been Jam Time patrons for years! It is so clean and there are various activities/toys for the kids to play with. A while back we even attended a magic show there with some friends and the kids loved it! I love that the establishment has an area to sit and chat with other parents while the kids are playing or have a snack/lunch break while you're there! I am always recommending Jam Time to friends with little ones. Especially great when the weather turns cold and being indoors is much more enjoyable than being at an outdoor park! read more

WOW!! I don't normally write reviews but needed to make sure to note what an amazing job that the Jam Time staff just did for my son's 3rd birthday. Christina and the team went above and beyond to make his birthday the most perfect day. I had customized it myself and had a lot of decor and therefore they had to put some extra time in getting it all set up/taken down. They ALWAYS had a CAN DO attitude throughout the whole party. I had guests even comment how wonderful the place and the staff was. Our party was from 1:45-3:45pm and they had another party coming in at 4pm. In my eyes, they worked magic as they hustled to take one party down and get another one set up-never once complaining. It was the exact opposite...they kept mentioning how much they enjoyed working on the party. I was trying to help them clean up and they kept telling me to stop and just enjoy the party. Honestly, I don't have enough nice words to say about how much I appreciate their great service, attitudes and attention to detail. They did not miss a beat. In addition, the place is super clean and so much fun for the kids. Kids were crying when they had to leave because they wanted to just keep playing.
