While planning the party, Jam Time set themselves apart from other locations with their price transparency right on their website, as well as consistent communication leading up to the party date so we knew how to plan for the day. The indoor space has a wide variety of toys and equipment for a range of ages, the highlights were the bounce house, the play structure with multiple slides, and the train table. They had a ton of ride-on toys and pretend play toys, as well as a dedicated area for younger babies to play and crawl around. All of the kids in our party had a blast! It was a shared space with the public so there were lots of other families there but it didn't feel overcrowded. Ari and Zane did an excellent job managing our party from start to finish. They took all the food we brought in and set it up in the party room in an organized arrangement, and they communicated well with us parents so we knew the general timeline of playtime, eating, and the cake presentation. JT the Moose came out at the end of the party to greet all the kids, he was a hit! At the end, they packed up all the food and cake for us to take back home. Compared to both those places (similar indoor play area concept), JT was much more reasonable and included party supplies and decorations which was perfect for a 3 year old's birthday party with 19 of his closest friends. We did not do a private party, which meant sharing the play area with other kids which was fine! Their two staff helpers knew exactly what needed to be done before the guests arrived. We just showed up with our food and they took care of the rest. They periodically checked-in with me during the party which was nice. They promptly packed up all our left overs without being asked. We vacated the party room at 11:30am but some of the kids continued to play in the play area and had a blast. I'm sure all the kids napped really well that afternoon. Thank you Jam Time! We are regulars there in the cold winter months but we highly recommend JT for all seasons.

The place wasn't too busy on Labor day, about 20 kids and families. Have seen it a lot more crowded and chaotic with multiple birthday parties. Front desk staff is nice and efficient, was able to quickly get you checked in, paid, and into the venue. Plus is they dont require their own branded socks as many other places do so that helps your pocket and the environment. A bunch of claw machines at the front. Theyre rigged against you as always, spent $20 and didnt win a single animal. No pity either from the staff. The venue itself is relatively kept up and clean, though you can tell some areas have been destroyed by kids (e.g. any of the self-play areas with plastic toys). The slides and ball pit is fun, but lack of staff oversight can make it dangerous (kids running up slides, or pushing other kids around). Lots of cool tech activities to do, moreso the other places I've seen. Some of them dont work too well though (e.g. the jumping game senses adults, not little kids). Worth a trip or two in the area, and probably a gold standard for Boston, but other cities has this beat by far.

We played King of the Hill style laser tag which was so much fun. Theres tons of caveats and special features in the game that other places don't have. Staff here is super knowledgeable and patient. $21 for a laser tag session which is about 45 minutes, and 4 rounds total. Great bang for your buck. We also played a bit of the arcade and pulled out two prizes from a claw machine (they are functional and not rigged which is great). When it was time to exchange our tickets for prizes, the worker was so sweet and doubled our tickets for free. Such a fun and positive experience all around!
