It's well organized and there is a small area and a large area right by the entrance, flanking the ticket redemption area, the drink counter, and the employee desk. Great location for it. There's two flatscreen TVs in the large area and one flatscreen TV in the small one. Ability to turn off/on lights. We were able to fit high 20's number of kids in the small party area. Service and coordination was particularly great. Megan was our lead person, and she provided excellent concierge service. We were frankly surprised how great she was and attentive. We just assumed we'd be in for some chaos but nope, guided us, paced us, and was very attentive. You bring your own drinks and cake, and they have pizza baked in house. The pizza is really good. Wow. Move over boring kid birthday pizza. They take the cake back for you and cut it up and serve it. They clean up. They help with pizza distribution. They wheel in and out the carts with gifts (and coats this time of year) into and out of the party area. So if you want to stay around longer after the party area reservation, you're welcome to and they've got multiple carts to keep your things. The distribution of some of the credits on cards before and after was great. And the A or B on the cards of the kids to divide up the laser tag was great. And our kid got to do both times since it was their birthday. The area and place/setting is fun. Lots of different types of games. Everything was working -- a rarity for an arcade. There's better or worse use of credits, of course, as there is everywhere. I loved the variety though. There were electronic games, claw games, multiplayer games, violent and non-violent, physical sport/skill games (basketball shooting, ski ball, drop ball), and both ticket earning and non-ticket earning games. The redemption area has a large variety of choices and they're displayed well to enable kids to make choices without long queues. The laser tag area is surprisingly large and very fun for the kids. It's gotta be 2-3x larger than the rest of the arcade. The price here was great. Lots of folks will seek outer suburbs of Boston for good prices but all in this was a steal compared to some other options. And the other families loved it. Kids were raving about it through the school week, and multiple people said they're going to bring their families back here again soon and many for birthday parties.

It's rectangular and super thick and i didn't think much of it until my son wolfed down two slices so fast i was not believing. so I had one. and i tried another weird pie called CBLT or something and it looked scary drizzled with ranch but crazy good! I think im just going to make excuses to come here again to try the pizza...the arcade games are definitely not really for little kids but pretty fun for older kids and grownups but it's nice that even if you have teensy kid points you can still get decent toy prizes and candy.

The refs didn't do anything about that and we told him about that. He just didn't care and he ignored it probably one of the worst times I've been there. We celebrated my boyfriends 30th birthday by booking a private event and a party table. I called a…read moreweek prior to ask some questions and was able to talk to the GM who was amazing at breaking down all the information I would need (how to order food, how the party table works, when we should be there ETC). The day off, we had Jen as our Ref and game master who trained us and ran our private game. We had a BLAST with her. The team played music that really amped us up, and I really loved that it wasn't JUST archery tag. She ran us through a bunch of different game styles and it kept it very fresh and fun. At the end we were able to have our pizza, a cake I brought in and some drinks. It was overall a really great time! Jen and the team really made our experience really fun. She was clear with the instructions, rules and really highlighted our achievements! My advice to anyone coming in, call ahead if you have any questions because the team is happy to answer your questions. This is also ONE heck of a workout, so just be dressed and ready to run! Shortly into jumping police arrived due to some type of violence with staff and guests. The police had to make arrests. On top of all of this they charged me unknowingly for months of "memberships" that I supposedly signed up for. I NEVER was told this nor did I want a membership, ESPECIALLY after the experience. It took me 3 weeks to make MULTIPLE attempts to get reimbursed for a charge I never agreed to. Please do not bring your children here. In my opinion, this place should be shut down.

I was surprised by how expensive some games are, like the claw machine would require 9 credits per play, if I remember it correctly. My 13 year old attended the kidsports preschool program and now my 4 yr old attends. They are…read morereasonably priced, they care for the kids like they would their own family and the hours are perfect for the Moms and Dads working a 9-5 schedule. We love kidsports and hope to enroll our daughter when she's of age within the next year. Linda is the best! She taught our oldest and now our four yr old. Jayne, and Susan are super sweet and accomidating. Leah started there working the after school program fresh out of high school when our oldest started there and is still there today which was a pleasant surprise when enrolling our Logan last fall. Telling sign that they are good to their employees and the families they serve.
