Thank you so much for helping build such a wonderful memory that our family will cherish for years to come. The service was amazing, and everyone was professional, friendly, and kind. They made the entire experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back. Thank you for making our daughter's special day so memorable...

If over three hours in target were an ant hill, urban air would be Mount Everest. I reached the peak of exhaustion and overstimulation. It's difficult for me to recount the details of my past. I'm sad to say I have dedicated a small portion of my life to a warehouse, no matter if it was full of electrical gadgets and gizmos. Lights and toddlers were constantly whirling across the arcade and bouncing areas. I must admit the dip n dots vending machine was a highlight. Additionally, I frequently lost my footing due to the masses of youth who altered my reality. I had never felt so lost. However! In a thrilling turn of events, my excruciating troubles were temporary. Urban air has cleansed my internal aching. I am purified. Everything, in comparison to my urban air past, has gained beauty. I have been rejuvenated. I believe everyone deserves to rejoice in the journey that is urban air.

One of the court monitors, Curtis, really made the day even better. If i could give more than 5 stars i would just because of the energy he put into keeping the kids safe, happy and engaged. Everything here was clean, snacks and drinks were reasonably priced. The lounge area, over looking the court, was comfortable and WiFi was strong, so i was able to work and see the kids at the same time.

I got an eye roll and an attitude from two teenager employees when I inquired . They did eventually turn it on, but didn't change directions, or speeds at all. She just sat on her phone and looked at instagram. Pretty shameful. Signs all over the place about not using their precious massage chairs for sitting unless you pay. I get it but the signs all over just seems tacky and makes it a bad environment. Lastly, 3-4 hand sanitizer machines were out of sanitizer. When you jump in the foam pits a cloud of DUST flys up in the air. I picked an old bandaid off my daughters pants that came from one of those pits. Very disappointed. We used to come here all the time too , but we will not be back any time soon

It had a lot to offer. I like the general trampoline area but the kids love the rock wall, balance wire, toddler area and the battle cages. There are a lot of older kids so if your children are toddlers or even k-3rd grade, be very careful of who they're jumping around. Broken bones are not easily fixed and one good jump to the ankle will do just that. I wish they had a better drink and snack area, hopefully that will be updated soon.

There's a few video games in the arcade and they expanded their gatcha/ claw games. Now i must take notice i would rank 3.5 currently out of 5. A couple things we did notice is I'm sure most places dont clean the foam pits regularly, but they def are a bit sticky, (yes i know kids and all) but they have empty bottles and trash in there haha. The little games that are setup in there like the toss the ball in the holes game, doesn't work and someone tossed blocks in the ball return slot. The score doesn't update, but the timer works sometimes. Could use some more maintenance in the trampoline park. They do have a few bday rooms for parties which is cool and they have pizza menu basically catered for packages with game cards. There is one terminal you can reload cards with or ask the front. If you lose something in the park, they are not responsible, not sure if they'll actually help you find an item or get back to you later if let's say you lose your keys / phone in the pits, but i would say be careful with your belongings. Staff is fine, never had issues when bringing the kiddos here. Easy setup, time goes by color wrist band and they announce when that color band's time is up.
