This is my first time here. As a mom of the preteen/teen aged, we have visited and jumped at several different trampoline parks. (Disclosure: I'm not jumping today. It's apparently weird to have your mom jump when you're a teenager. ) Very happy here and would say this is a tie with our #1. Some people prefer super structured where everything is scheduled, but we don't like that as much for this age. Lots of safety built in and very kid friendly. Also very open and clean. Some trampoline parks have extras built in (ie laser tag, full arcade). This does not. Take it for what you will, but we are very happy here. There is a balance beam with javelin, curved trampoline floor, basketball, and the best - I don't know the name for it but a bar that rotates around and you have to jump over it. We came on a Saturday afternoon and they were very busy but not crowded. Great space. Also, I appreciate the music playing - soundtracks and songs that are not "annoying baby music" but also clean. One more thing to note. My company was have an auction with Altitude gift cards as one of the items. I had a couple of questions and the owner was so kind and responsive. Obviously a lot of time and care go into this business and that's why we will be back!

Fun place. Clean. Staff is not very attentive, but parents should be watching their kids. My 4 year old really enjoyed.

I have been to Aero in Woonsocket a few times but this one is closer and I was so happy it opened! It lacks the large indoor "playground" the Aero has but the staff here is amazing and everything is so nice and new. I went with a friend of mine and we took our 3 & 4 yr old kids during the toddler time 12-2 weekdays and it was a blast!!! We were sweating within 30 minutes but it was the most fun workout EVER!! You do have to buy their socks for insurance reasons so other park socks won't work FYI. Plenty of parking. Drinks and snacks available for purchase- credit cards accepted. They have this really cool balance beam/fighting beam over one of the foam pits that is a blast to do with friends and throw them off their balance!!! Loved it!!!

More examples of them being assholes!!!

EXTREMELY RUDE EMPLOYEES!!! DO NOT COME HERE! THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER TRAMPOLINE PARKS IN MASSACHUSETTS,AND RHODE ISLAND!!! My three other friends, and I came here, and are waivers expired,so they made us do it again, and the system was broken it only worked for 2 out of 4 girls!,buts that's not really a problem of course it's not their fault. Also we spent at least 30/40 minutes figuring out the wavier situation.Their were two employees working at the counter, and they asked me,and my other friend thats wavier didn't go through "Don't you guys have school?" In a rude tone like your lucky that we came here, and all paid 23.50 dollars just to be treated like this! We said yes obviously we know we have school tomorrow, and you don't need to know that.Next the guy was even more unfriendly!!! He told me uno memento probably cause my friends mom mostly speaks Spanish, but I don't.They ended up giving us paper waivers, but then it got pretty confusing because two of my friends already paid, and got their socks, except they didn't put the wristbands on yet so the boy accused them of not paying,so the lady told him twice they did pay. Also when one of my friends was paying the lady said"that's not how we handle money it is very disrespectful" like why does it matter how you give someone money?!So my friends, and I said it's ok let's just play, and have fun,and we were,UNTIL THE GUY CAME UP TO US,AND SAID"Just because I'm white doesn't mean I don't speak Spanish"Which is true,BUT WE NEVER SAID HE DIDN'T SPEAK SPANISH!!!,I asked my Spanish speaking friend if her,and her mom said anything about him in Spanish,AND SHE SAID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! On the way out the he was yelling at my friends mom in Spanish. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE THEIR IS NO REASON TO TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON!!!

We gave my daughters the freedom to choose anywhere they wanted to go on their birthday; Victor made our first visit extra special and the girls were so excited to wear their new Altitude shirts as they explored. Usually places staffed with mostly high school aged kids I find they lack attention and care, but not at all here. They were all calm and attentive, explaining each area and respectfully ensuring fair turns in the applicable activities. The girls had so much fun and can't wait to visit again!

It had a lot to offer. I like the general trampoline area but the kids love the rock wall, balance wire, toddler area and the battle cages. There are a lot of older kids so if your children are toddlers or even k-3rd grade, be very careful of who they're jumping around. Broken bones are not easily fixed and one good jump to the ankle will do just that. I wish they had a better drink and snack area, hopefully that will be updated soon.

I have been to a couple other locations in Toronto, Atlanta, and I think Charlotte. First thing about me is that I am super competitive but in a fun way and not in an annoying way. Our group was a small but manageable total of six people. We started out on the first race track then had some libations before going on the second track. Both tracks were quick, but the second track seemed to be a little bit faster plus it did allow you to be able to slide less in the corners, but the track was quite curvy so you definitely needed to know how to drive. In between sessions we went back and have more drinks before finishing up two more runs on the track. Everybody had a great time and we really enjoyed it. One of the guys in our group even had the top 15th time in the country for that day. We realized pretty quickly that if you were in the first car or the last car then your times would be a lot better than anyone else's because you did not have to hit the brace as much and you could have a better time. The food was good and we got served very quickly. We placed food orders as we proceeded to do ax throwing. The one thing I did really like about the ax throwing was the fact that they were projected games onto the board so it wasn't just target practice. The games varied from connect for to tic-tac-toe to skills targeting. It was quite nice! I will definitely get some people together to go back with and have fun because I really need to get in that top 15 ranking!! Lol we did not play any other games while we were there. The bathrooms were immaculate. They had soap to be able to wash your hands, and there were plenty of paper towels as well. The business also make sure they had someone to be able to answer questions and act as a representative to make sure things go smoothly. All I can say is that they are top-notch.

Even though we signed waivers in advance there was a computer snafu and they had to redo them for our whole party making the check in a fairly long process. In general the communication/ process for getting ready and starting the GoKarting didn't feel super smooth as the passenger but you could tell the staff was organized and knew what they were doing. They were also super flexible when one round they accidentally had child settings on some of our karts and let us redo the round. The go karting was super fun and it was great that we got to do both tracks. Special shout out to manager David. We had dressed up as our dad from various eras for Father's Day and he loved our vibe so much he offered us a free round of virtual darts! The darts were fun although not as thrilling as the GoKarting, kinda similar vibe to bowling. Overall we had a great time go karting and staff was super pleasant and helpful, would recommend.

There's a few video games in the arcade and they expanded their gatcha/ claw games. Now i must take notice i would rank 3.5 currently out of 5. A couple things we did notice is I'm sure most places dont clean the foam pits regularly, but they def are a bit sticky, (yes i know kids and all) but they have empty bottles and trash in there haha. The little games that are setup in there like the toss the ball in the holes game, doesn't work and someone tossed blocks in the ball return slot. The score doesn't update, but the timer works sometimes. Could use some more maintenance in the trampoline park. They do have a few bday rooms for parties which is cool and they have pizza menu basically catered for packages with game cards. There is one terminal you can reload cards with or ask the front. If you lose something in the park, they are not responsible, not sure if they'll actually help you find an item or get back to you later if let's say you lose your keys / phone in the pits, but i would say be careful with your belongings. Staff is fine, never had issues when bringing the kiddos here. Easy setup, time goes by color wrist band and they announce when that color band's time is up.

They are a trampoline park with kid sized trampoline squares, so I'd say great for children under 10, way smaller squares than Skyzone/Launch/Altitude. They also have an arcade area where you can find a bunch of claw machines with cute stuffed animals. I ended up having great luck with the claw machines & won 6 stuffed animals in a row, with 1-3 tries each! Left a happy gal ;) I'd imagine Space Zero to be a great place for kids birthday parties. They've got two private rooms in the back & also have two bathrooms. Note: the play area is pretty dirty... employees do not make an effort to cleaning anything, foam pit doesn't get replaced... VERY STICKY & moist. Foam pit contains a lot of junk, such as half full water bottles, socks, bracelets, etc. I've actually never seen a dirtier foam pit to be honest, but my 4 stars is for the claw machines :)
