Not good, does not even begin to imply how horrible this place is. When we arrived, the staff was rude and barely acknowledged us. The place was filthy, and staff were not paying attention to jumpers AT ALL. I could not even order a water because no one was around. Shortly into jumping police arrived due to some type of violence with staff and guests. The police had to make arrests. On top of all of this they charged me unknowingly for months of "memberships" that I supposedly signed up for. I NEVER was told this nor did I want a membership, ESPECIALLY after the experience. It took me 3 weeks to make MULTIPLE attempts to get reimbursed for a charge I never agreed to. Please do not bring your children here. In my opinion, this place should be shut down. read more

Went to a child's birthday party and there were no working bathrooms due to a pipe burst, no one was informed of this before the party began. Additionally there was no running water and they were still serving food. Absolutely disgusting! Employees were basically children themselves and are not to blame. Whoever manages the property or owns the company should be heavily fined. Also, their game credit machine was "out of order" so you could not purchase any credits to play games. A couple of games had "out of order" on them. The basketball court and foam pit were both closed and blocked off. Only one working waiver registration tablet and it looked like it hadn't been sanitized in a year. I've been there in the past and cannot believe how it's turned into a germ festering dump. Do not go unless you want to risk catching something or being served food handled by people unable to wash their hands. We just had our son's birthday party here last night and I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, and the customer service of the staff. From check in to check out the staff was attentive and super kind and friendly. The facility was not overcrowded (like I've seen at another local trampoline park) and there were staff throughout helping to ensure the kids were following the rules and being as safe as possible. read more

Love this place SO much. We recently joined their new monthly membership plan which is such a deal! We did the elite option which is $34.99 a month at the moment and includes unlimited jumping, free admission to events, and a soda and popcorn each time you go. This place is immaculate, the staff is UNBELIEVABLY friendly, and it's a great way for families to get some cardio and fun in. Birthday parties get their own room, and it seems like a popular venue. So far it's never been so crowded that it took away from our enjoyment. Lockers cost $1 to rent and the only thing I dislike is that if you need to go back to get something, once you open the locker you need to pay again to lock it back up. So disappointed because I have heard good things. Wednesday night kids have the whole place to themselves, Awesome right!?! First of all, my 11 year old and her friend come to tell me one of the workers is "making out" with their presumed girlfriend in the Main court section. Different sections are roped off with sign to ask for a court monitor while staff is sitting around. Kids report getting yelled at because they are super strict. Girls bathroom smells like poop. the smell is so awful it seeps out into the main area, flys in bathroom, hopefully just water on floor in two of the stalls. First the park was small, It didn't have much option. Second of all some of the workers were disrespectful, and were bothering my friends and I. They kept on asking us to leave or check our bracelet -- keep in mind we had an all day pass. We were there for a birthday party and all I heard from the staff was "Don't run", "No jumping together", "No sliding down the fire pole" (you have to climb up!!), "That section is closed", "You can't climb", "One at a time". Most of the young staff seemed to have attitudes with the kids trying to play. We also felt rushed out of the "tiny" Birthday room after singing Happy Birthday.... Not recommended!! After my last visit I decided I would try the sky fit class and I'm so very glad I did. The cost of the class is $14.00 and it lasts an hour. they offer this class a few nights a week and multiple times on the weekends during the mornings. purchasing a class pass is a bit of an expense, but overall worth it if you're planning to attend this class regularly. The class instructor was awesome and made it a very welcoming environment for all the students regardless of ability. My fitness background in recent years stems around yoga,pilates, and barre. some of the exercises we did during sky fit are similar to ones I've done many times before but it's far more challenging when you introduce a trampoline into the equation. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone who is already engaged in a regular fitness routine. I feel a significant difference post class and I'm looking forward to taking this class again! read more

From the jump (pardon the pun), this place should have a lot going for it, but it goes sideways quickly. Pros: 1) Fun concept, executed cleanly. 2) An extra star for professionalism of the facility and the like... ...but man, this commits the ultimate sin; it's a place designed for fun that willfully gets in the way of fun. Cons: 1) Finding it was next to impossible at night, and I used to live a mile away. Invest in a lighted sign. 2) The constant bureaucratic warnings and rules are annoying 3) Value is questionable 4) Sign-in is awful - slow process, and the check-in staff seemed to manufacture new things they had to do before getting to me 5) Adults can't jump with their littler kids in the main trampoline area 6) No discernible line or order for the Foam Zone 7) Hip-hop with not enough explicit lyrics bleeped in many cases I'd excuse any and all of the problems if they were exclusively in the name of ensuring safety, BUT Launch in Warwick handles the same concept a lot more adeptly, while I feel no less safe there. Both places make you sign your life away with the electronic waiver check-in, but at least once I do so, I can forget that and have fun jumping at the competition. Much less so here. I think Sky Zone is a much better trampoline park experience than Launch. In direct comparison Sky Zone seems way more organized, the staff seems to be paying more attention to the jumpers and enforcing rules, the music isn't as loud as it is at Launch, and neither is the crowd noise. I also found Sky Zone generally to be less crowded. Even though I wasn't here for a party, I can tell you that Sky Zone has way better party areas with actual privacy, whereas the birthday party area at Launch is just in the middle of an open area with no separation. At Sky Zone they are actual rooms with see-through doors. One thing to note is that Sky Zone requires you to purchase and use their special socks. Once you buy a pair, you can bring it with you next time and use it again and again. I can't really comment on a price comparison between both trampoline parks because I didn't pay (or technically jump) but rather was there with my sister and nephew watching him jump. If I had a choice of where to take my kids (or in this case nephews), even though Sky Zone is a further drive for me, that would be my pick! read more

We attended a birthday party here for a 9 year old boy. I think this place is awesome for that age group (my son is almost 8). Huge place, lots of parking but it does seem like the parking lot is always full! So we started out waiting in the lobby. When you have a party, you have to make sure all the kids jumping sign the waiver. I did it online before we got there so that it'd be all done. They also give you a pair of Jump socks, so you can't go in with your regular socks. For bday parties, they put out a white T shirt so all the guests can write a message to the Bday child. One thing I did notice was that it took what I thought was a long time to get everything situated before the kids were allowed to jump. We got there at 2 pm and I don't think they were allowed to jump until 2:30, so we were just waiting around in the lobby for 1/2 hour. After that the kids had a great time at all the different trampolines and obstacle areas. The first trampoline area was private just for the bday party guests, then they moved into the other areas that had other kids there. After about an hour of jumping, we went in to the private room for pizza and cake. By that time, it was 4 pm and party was over! Overall, a fun party for kids and I'd like to go back to try some of it myself. read more

Friendly staff and a clean facility! This place is great for older kids and even teens, there is more for them at this location than some others I have been to. Rock climbing, obstacles, lots of different courts it keeps lines from forming so those little ones burn energy by the minute! (Yessss) There's plenty of parking and the food is about what you would expect. It's not a bad way to spend an hour or two of your day. UNLESS you have really little kids! At our trip today I discovered they removed the door to the toddler area (you're paying the same price for younger kids who get to use a tenth of the facility by the way) and NOW I get to chase your toddlers away from the door of the baby area constantly! Where this gets really dangerous is it's on an elevated platform which means there are steel stairs 2 feet from the area and tons of older kids running up and down them to the other courts. This seems like a no brainer door needed! I have no idea who made the call to remove the door and leave the entrance clear but we definitely won't be back until that's fixed! read more

This was my first time here and I'm definitely going back. The place was really nice and spacious, you can also tell they take care of the place and clean it nicely. Not only was the place great and fun but the staff members were really nice and generous. One of the staff members with long curly hair I forgot his name im pretty sure it was Jeremy but he told me that it was with a Y so yeremy, I saw his name tag but wasn't able to read it right but he was very nice and made sure me my kids and my friends have the best time! He took the time and played with my kids while my friends and I played on the trampolines. I wish there was an option to give tips there cause he definitely deserves it. I own my own company and if I had him working there I would definitely put him as employee of the month or give him a raise!. I was probably the oldest person jumping on the trampolines, but I had never tried it before and I really enjoyed myself! When you get on, you get assigned a section of the trampoline that you have to stay on. Before getting on, you choose how long you want to jump for and pay for it that way. My friend and I just jumped for 30 minutes to try it. I would definitely go back some time - I laughed a lot and let off some steam. read more

I loved Sky Zone because my son loved it but was a bit disappointed. This was my first time going with him, he is 4 and 43 inches tall, but because of his age he was not allowed to leave the toddler bouncing area. The area is literally about 15x15 in this huge place tucked away in the corner, with four little trampolines and a little tikes basketball hoop wrapped to a post with electrical tape. Now I can't complain too much because I paid $10 for him and $20 for hubby and I with the Groupon deal I found that had no black out dates. But considering it was the three of us we couldn't leave that area and go anywhere and jump together as a family....bummer. Beware if you plan on jumping and your kid isn't 5 years old or over. read more

Dress to Sweat! I just got back after jumping for 1 hour with my kids (aged 7-15) and we all had a blast. The team members keep everyone safe, without spoiling the fun. The price of $12 for one hour seems fair and the 10pm-midnight session (18+) seems like something I will come back for. They limit jumpers in the zone to 80 people so that it is never too crowded; my daughter was concerned that going on a Saturday it would be too busy to have any fun, but this limit ensures everyone can have a great time. Also they separate jumpers by age and height so my 7&10 year old could jump with kids their age, while I jumped with my 13&15 year old daughters - we were only separated my a net so I could still keep an eye on them. We're hooked and sure to go back whenever the weather outside is frightful -- 10 jump session pass is only $100 so me and my horde can go twice and save $20. Reserve in advance on the weekends. It can get crowded. Toddler time is for an hour every day and is in a very small space - adults do not bounce with kids, for safety reasons. You may be ok accidentally knocking into your kid, but be honest with yourself, you can't control your bounces and hitting someone else's kid would cause major liability problems. The space looks good for a late elementary school birthday party. For toddlers it is more of a get some energy out on a rainy day type space. This review is specifically about the Skyrobics classes. I've never been to SkyZone for free jump, or dodgeball, or a birthday party, although all of those look fun, and the boys I babysit for absolutely love going there. My friend tried Skyrobics and loved it, so I went with her the next week. Your first class is half off (so $6) and you have to buy the socks ($2). The class is an hour long and it kicks your ass. The first half hour is cardio- jumping, sprinting, burpees, etc. Frequent water breaks (thank goodness) (oh- bring a towel to wipe yourself down if you tend to get sweaty, like I do). The second half hour is intervals and strength training. The instructor sets up circuits, and they are never the same ones two weeks in a row. An abs section is in there, and a nice cool down. After the cardio section, the last half hour (also with frequent water breaks) flies by. The instructor is great, watches for safety of the participants, and makes sure classes are never the same twice. He watches for newbies and offers suggestions for modifications, but will push everyone to their limits- safely. There are options to purchase each class individually ($12), a 10 class pack ($100), or a monthly pass (sorry, I don't remember how much those are). If you're looking for a new workout to add into your routine, something challenging yet fun, try it out!! I'm hooked. My friend and I go every. single. week. And have sore (but stronger) muscles every. single. week. And absolutely love it. read more

I've been here twice since it opened in December, once with a large group for dodgeball and once with my husband to just try the place out for jumping in the regular court. Two important things to keep in mind while visiting Sky Zone: 1) You can't just show up and expect to be admitted. Call or go to their website and book a reservation ahead of time to save yourself a trip with no reward. Even weeknights are packed so don't ever expect to just get lucky and find a spot. If you want to reserve a dodgeball court for a big group expect to reserve it at least one-two weeks ahead like we did. Also, if you're there for dodgeball don't expect to be allowed to do free jumps. You can't go anywhere besides your reserved court if that's what you sign up for. 2) There will be children everywhere. Tiny, fragile, breakable children and it's the job of the people working there to look out for them. The refs/guards enforce the one person/one trampoline rule really well and they do eject people if they act dangerously. Don't expect a refund if you get tossed. Weeknights (think after 7:00 PM) and the "18+ jumps" (I assume, haven't been during one of those) are the only time to really avoid little kids. Expect teens everywhere if there aren't kids, though and the refs to still be on task about keeping people from acting too crazy. Sky Zone is super fun though, hope to come back and try an aerobics class at some point in the future. read more

My second trampoline park ever. Smells like a dirty sock, the jump shoes are repulsive. My little one was too short for kids dodge ball, yet too short to play in the little basketball court. This was a really fun time! They have several areas for all ages to jump, while just one area for toddlers. I thought the trampoline with the cushion pit attached was fun. You can bounce high and dive into the pit. They also have a dodge ball trampoline area, and a basketball area. Then, they have a huge area with the trampoline extended from wall to wall. Overall, this is lots of fun, and big and little kids will leave exhausted after a good workout! And the price only being $13 per hour right now is a good incentive to come back. But FYI, unless you go barefoot, you will also be paying $2 for their grippy socks. We will def be back! read more

A friend of mine posted a link to a new trampoline park opening in Providence about a month ago, and since then I've been anxiously waiting to try it out. This weekend with the help of a great Facebook deal, I was able to make my wish come true and it definitely lived up to my expectations. Sky Zone is located in the back of an industrial park, and like laser tag places, looks a little sketchy on the outside, but inside it is open, bright, colorful, and inviting. While the waiver/front desk setup is a little odd, the rest of the place is organized and easy to figure out. Sky Zone's trampolines are divided into sections for dodgeball, foam pits, basketball, open jump, and a small kids zone. The open jump area is also divided, and the staff did a nice job managing the age groups so that I, as an adult, did not intimidate, or be intimidated by the wee little ones. Sky Zone provides you with shoes - high tops - a note of warning, make sure to bring high socks. Now onto the fun. I ordered an hour pass that gave me access to any of the venues within the building. I tried out the foam pit, but mostly stuck to the open trampolines You would think (as I remember from being a kid) that trampolines are easy and fun, and while they are definitely fun, they are exhausting and a little scary. I really wanted to have the guts to jump off the wall trampolines, but it took me pretty much the whole time just to get comfortable with throwing my back against the wall trampolines. With a bunch of small breaks, I easily filled up the hour with jumping, dancing to the pop music, and watching in awe at the kids who are able to do flips and such on the trampolines For a fun active indoor day, I would definitely recommend checking out Sky Zone. read more

If you are a fan of Launch in Warwick, as we are, SkyZone Providence will be a disappointment. Filled out the waiver and bought my son's ticket online, still took 5 minutes to check out. The printed the wrong jump time for him, had to go back in line to reprint the ticket. Jump time comes around, place is packed. Your groupis determined by group letters, and you can only play dodgeball at specific times. My son waited 50 out of his 60 minute jump time to finally get in the dodgeball court. 2 short 3 minute games and his time was up. They also have the main court (seperated by groups again) and a foam pit. Lots of rules, said by workerswho seem like they really don't wantto be there. I won't come back here again. read more

I really like this place. It's fun to blow out some energy , but not even 10 minutes into the session I'm done. I get absolutely exhausted but it's a bunch of fun to be able to jump on the trampoline , dive Into the foam pit and play some dodge ball . I have never been for a trampauline jump. Went with a group of friends who were newbies too... quiet hesitated. But we just loved it..it was total fun!! Its neatly laid out. Its good to book in advance. We had to change the slot and they were kind enough to move it to a slot which was more convenient for us. Staff is very good and friendly. They have different areas for different sized people. I got hurt while playing dodgeball and they took care of me. Called up the next day to ensure I was keeping good. Loved this place.... dont miss it. If you want to spend a few hours doing some activities...you can also try the United Skates of America nearby. Its not as appealing and good as Skyzone but they have lazer tag, skating etc. read more

Having been to all three trampoline parks in our area this one ranks number 2 on our list. It's the closest to the house so it's more convenient, but it's lacking some amenities that Altitude has to offer. It's also a little dark in there but thankfully it does not have strobing lights which can create a migraine for someone with sensory issues. Unlike Fun City with its strobing lights. Came here with 2 others on a weeknight to try out the trampoline fitness class. I'd say we had a pretty good time. The class was pretty difficult for me, because I don't exercise very regularly, but I was fine with making alterations as I felt appropriate. The guy running the class seemed pretty competent. Also, there was only one other person in the class besides the people I came with, so we had plenty of space. I would say I actually liked being in the class more than just attending a free jump, which I have done at a different trampoline place. If you're curious, your first class is half price, that's only 6 dollars! We'll likely be going back again soon! read more

I've been here a couple times seeing as though I live a rock's throw away, and I must say this is one of the more interesting places to go to when you're looking for fun in East Providence. Facility: Sky Zone is located on 70 Pawtucket Avenue, across from Stanley Granite for those of you who get lost easily. The building has ample parking, suitable enough to fit more than the building's capacity. The inside of the actual building is kept in very great shake considering it is filled with sweaty kids and adults on a regular basis. Employees are always cleaning if business is slow; from bathroom inspection to outer-area beautification. Rarely will you find gum or spillage on the floors because the employees are very quick to take care of such messes. Trampolines, platforms, and customer seating are cleaned on a nightly basis, so that should put some of you at ease. One of the employees also informed me that the Foam Pit is rigorously cleaned on a monthly basis. Employees: Sky Zone's staff is not the typical staff you would expect to see in an environment like this. Each staff member, ranging from ages 18 to 30, has their own personality that they bring to the table to add to customer experience. The staff is mostly comprised of full time college students, with a few military personnel. Each employee takes the time to ensure that each guest has a memorable experience. As a whole, the SZ team gets along very well with each other, and this resonates back into the customer service. Good employee relations typically lead to great customer experience. Pricing: Prices are fairly reasonable. Jump time is sold in increments of half hours, ranging from 30 to 120 minutes. Toddlers, ages 4 and under, are priced separately as they have their own area to jump in and cannot jump with older guests. Sky Zone socks are required to jump as well, which cost 2-3 dollars. They may be reused, however. Merchandise ranges from shirts to bracelets to socks and more. Sky Zone also has a very well stocked concession area, where tou wont find any sugary snacks kids love. Occasionally on weekends they will have pizza, but thats as far as it goes. TIPS: -buy your tickets online the day before you decide to go. This will save you time in line and will allow you to take your time in preparing for your jump. -fill out your waivers BEFORE arriving. You can do so on their website or in person electronically. Every person who jumps at sky zone must have a waiver. -the company separates their jumpers by age. My kids couldn't jump together because my son is 3. It's a shame bc this place is the only place we've ever been to that has rules like this. The only place they could play with each other was the small section of climbing activities which he was too small for anyways. I give it a 1 star for group events We had setup a trip to Sky Zone for our cub/boy scouts two weeks in advance, we were told it would be $13 per person with 15 or more including socks we had 33. We had arrived as 6 pm first we were told the price was $15 so the pack/troop had to pick up the rest of the cost. Then by the time the kids actually got to jump was 1 hr and 15 minutes later. They only got to jump for about 45 minutes and we still got charged for the full hour. All in all it was not a good event and that is too bad because the kids really enjoy going there to have fun. For the last 45 minutes there they did have fun but for the first hour and 15 minutes they were not having any fun. read more

It was my daughters 5th birthday. We came here cause launch was closed. It was a horrible experience. None of my kids could jump together. I wasn't able to jump because I needed to supervise. My toddler wasn't allowed to jump with her sisters. She cried the whole time. I asked if I could bump her up (guessing that they usually do this) they said no. So I stood between 2 parks managing 2 age groups and a crying toddler. Warning if you are going with different age groups don't come here. I would never return and I spent over $70. read more

I would like to start off by exclaiming how this location had terrible services. The staff members are very derogatory and defiant. The staff also have a attitude that is unexplainable. there was one staff member named Christian that I feel was very good at his job and very respectful and nice. now with a good comment also comes a bad one. Not a bad trampoline park, however, their policy that only allows you to enter on the half hour or hour is ridiculous. Not only is it inconvenient for the customer arriving anytime that is not on the our or half hour, it is an opportunity for excessive crowding by having all the guest arriving and playing at the same time. Additionally the customer service rep was less than friendly when I inquired about the policy. Finally, the waiver requires that you give up all your rights in an effort to protect the park and has no consideration for the guest. read more
