I wouldn't recommend going there. The manager was not helpful at all very disgusted with the way they treated us especially knowing you can visibly see my daughter has special needs and she was very excited about going, and I am a very frequent customer there. We have been there early in the morning. We've been there up until almost closing time.

Overall only cost us $12 for a few hours which was pretty sweet because it helped get My sons energy out. I'd say this is a cute little place to bring the young kids but they might need to add so more stuff if they want guests to stay a little longer, because I think 2-3 hours is the max amount of time you could spend here! My toddler loved it, and as a parent, I appreciated that it was clean, well-designed, and developmentally appropriate. The superspace jumbo magnets were another hit amongst kids and adults alike. The parents got so invested into it and were building tunnels for the kiddos. Great fun for us too! Overall the space is very thoughtfully designed, and you can tell the staff really care about creating an engaging environment. They have a new craft activity everyday as well. Everything felt safe, clean, and inviting. It's easy to spend a few hours here without the kids getting bored. I thought it was gonna be crowded and have insanely long lines but it didn't! I went on a Monday so that's probably why but the flip zone bumper cars are amazing! My strap was a tiny bit loose so I moved around a lot but overall it was amazing! If you're scared to try the flip zone bumper cars, they're not that bad! Laser tag is super fun! This location has no go-karting but that's fine to me. The zipline is also good! It hurts a tiny bit while dangling but overall, it was amazing! The bottom of the ball pit in the ninja warrior course smelled a bit, funky to say the least... The pizza was amazing! To summerize, It's a wonderful place! APEX trampolines, ninja warrior course, amazing food, and the best laser tag I've personally ever played! I'd rate 4.5 if I could.
