*This review is strictly based on a birthday party that we had hosted here*…read more We are not members of a Little Gym but it's right near our house and I have heard positive things about using them for a birthday party venue. I have a toddler and can't imagine 3 more toddlers never mind the 20 we had, plus parents, in my home! This was a great place to have a party as it allowed kids play time in the gym. They provided us with postcards to mail out as invites which was great. I had follow up calls and emails from the staff to inquire about RSVP totals and theme. They provide white tablecloths, utensils and napkins but you can bring your own if you wish - I brought items for the kids (mermaid theme) and had them supply the plain stuff for the adults. Piezoni's offers a 20% discount if you have a party here and the gym provides Capri suns. I brought bottled waters in addition to the pizza, veggie platter, cheese and crackers, cookies and a donut cake. The two girls, Bella and Lauren, were fantastic. They were scurrying around everywhere and essentially handled the check in process for guests, the games in the gym (very hard to rally toddlers to listen!). They also put the room together as far as decorations and the pizza. Lastly, there's no pressure to open gifts, they put it all in a big garbage bag to take with you. I really thought 1.5 hours (first hour in play and last 30 to eat) would have been too short but it was just enough time.

This place is amazing and it's really because the teachers go all in and they manipulate the pads…read moreand bars and stuff to be different which probably sets this little gym apart from any of the others because you can tell it's a franchise with rules and they use the cds with instructions but the teachers take over and also just let your kids run free which is necessary.

Feel free to take my review with a grain of salt. I am a 43 year old man who has never set foot in…read morethis gym. My daughter, who is 9 years old, wanted to do a gymnastics class with a friend who is younger but has more experience with gymnastics. My daughter's sole purpose in going to this gym was to be in the class with her friend. So my wife, and the friends mother, visited the gym to see if the girls could be in a class together. The staff told them that there was no assessment that could be done to see if they could be in the same class/ skill level, that the only way was to put them in a class session of 8 classes and "see how it goes". So my wife paid hundreds of dollars for the session, and an annual fee which I believe is for insurance. During the first class, they were told the kids skill levels were too disparate to be in class together, the friend would be in a higher level class and my daughter would be in a class with much younger children (as young as 5 years old). My daughter was very upset and cried all that night and whenever we discussed with her going back to the gym. She is not a kid that upsets easily. She did go back for a second class with the younger children, but cried afterward as she just wanted to be in class with her friend. After this second class (several weeks ago), I called around 5 pm to try to speak with the owner to see if there was anything that could be done to make it work. The person that spoke with me said the owner "is very busy and she won't be able to speak with you until after 9 pm". I said that would be fine, I left my name and number, and was never called. I have called and left a message 3 times since, and each time the staff took my name and number, and I have never been called. They have never reached out to my family or wife to see why my daughter, who was paid for the whole session, never returned. So, my experience with this business is that they took hundreds of dollars from a little girl, then did a bait & switch when they knew that her one purpose was to do gymnastics with her friend. It is entirely possible that this gym is the greatest gym ever at training elite athletes and will get your kid a gymnastics college scholarship or to the olympic team. However if your children are like mine and just want a fun recreational gymnastics experience, I would encourage you to look elsewhere. I have in the past taken my children to Aim High and have nothing but good things to say about that gym.

Disappointed in business practices!…read more Reserved a time slot by phone after doing the research on the company's website. While speaking by phone I asked about the conditions in the building during the heat. I was told there is an AC. When I came in to sign contract the building was hot! And summer gym smell horrible! We attended party in cold season and kids were burning up at the end of all the running - in summer heat it would be unbearable. Also the price that was advertised was now $75 more. I was asked to show where did I find the price. I did show them their own website! I completely get the pricing increase due to COVID, and in general prices going up. However, you changing price on website while I am there and saying we still charge you the new price is not acceptable! It has been 7 months into new year and if you have not updated prices for the current year... I will take my business elsewhere!

Disgusting behavior. Very sad not sure if we'll be back it's obviously all about the $$$ for abc Was in the event business for a very long time and you should always alot for delays and overage.
