Disappointed in business practices! Reserved a time slot by phone after doing the research on the company's website. While speaking by phone I asked about the conditions in the building during the heat. I was told there is an AC. When I came in to sign contract the building was hot! And summer gym smell horrible! We attended party in cold season and kids were burning up at the end of all the running - in summer heat it would be unbearable. Also the price that was advertised was now $75 more. I was asked to show where did I find the price. I did show them their own website! I completely get the pricing increase due to COVID, and in general prices going up. However, you changing price on website while I am there and saying we still charge you the new price is not acceptable! It has been 7 months into new year and if you have not updated prices for the current year... I will take my business elsewhere! read more

Attended a birthday party today at ABC and just 5 minutes after it was scheduled to end the owner sent a teenager to make a rude announcement that we need these mats and you have 5 minutes to clean up and get everything out. Disgusting behavior. I understand going over a bit could be a conflict but my God man have some class it's a little boys birthday party and you shut it down like they were prisoners and it's lights out. Very sad not sure if we'll be back it's obviously all about the $$$ for abc Was in the event business for a very long time and you should always alot for delays and overage. Terible Teribe Terible My daughter has been going to abc gymnastics for about two years . I was a nice lady until I questions why my account was over charged and after being disrespected and judged I decided to take my daughter out of both classes ... After overcharging my account I was judged and disrespected by the owners ....They owner told me I made a big deal out for $6.00 ... first it was $10.70 second it's not about the money but about you deceiving me , judging me and disrespecting me ...... you went up on the price in September , so many people left I staid . for about two years I have paid the 3% service charge this wasn't something new ...You judge me while you yourself won't allow kids to enter the playground the kids enter the play ground before paying $5.00 it's for the 10 to 15 min they will play before or after class ..... THE owner of this place traumatized my 6 years old daughter because he got angry that I told him we are talking her out of both classes .... He turned of the bouncy house while my daughter was in side playing ... told her to get out of there and then realized there was another child inside and turned back on ...... There is no EXCUSE in the book to justify your behavior towered a inosant child . She asked me why this men was so mean ? What did she do wrong ? He used inappropriate words and disrespect me because I told him I will not stay at a place were I am being judged and disrespected .... And instead of apologizing to me he flipped out and stared using offensive words .... This person should not be around children after what he did to me and my daughter...... the gym is full of kids 10 years and younger While he is telling me get the F... of my face and so many other un appropriate words , he doesn't care that the gym is full of kids ... They dont care about you or your child ... all they care is about filling their pockets ... A business owner who takes his anger on child .... A owner who uses un appropriate language with a women ... A owner who disrespects and judges a customer ..... I can't put into words of how I feel and How I will make my little girl try to forget of this experience ....... My buddy is still shaking .... My heart is still pounding .... A great place to get your children to start exploring their interest in Gymnastics, and to sharpen their skills. My son first came here because he was invited to a birthday party for a friend, and his mom liked the place so much that she signed him up for classes. This place is DIRTY. Went here on a school field trip and was really grossed out by the smell, the heat, and the dirt. No air conditioning on a hot day in June. The floor was covered in dirt, and people kept falling off the edges of the uneven floor because they are not marked! The foam pit was fun, but I don't see how they could clean the foam - ugh. The kids had a lot of fun and the concept is awesome, but I wouldn't return. read more

This place appears to be on the decline from what I've seen. The ability of the "instructors" has been undependable. Lately they've taken to not turning on the heat during sessions. This has resulted in unenjoyable times here. We've used this place for awhile, but it's looking like we are considering moving on. Most of our friends already have. read more

We love coming to ABC. The coaches are wonderful and very knowledgeable. They teach good foundations even at the really young age level. It's fun and clean and both my kids always are excited to gym day! read more

I took my kid here and switched to another gym, I have never looked back. First, the instructors didn't take any control over the class. Kids would misbehave and there was no follow through or authority in how they managed a class of 3-4 year old kids. Meanwhile the "other instructor" would sit behind the desk reading a magazine ignoring her husband's loss of control. Parents are not allowed in the gym while class is in session to keep their kids straight. Complete waste of time and control for anyone to learn. Second. I paid hundreds of dollars for my kid to be in class there. Why could they never turn the heat on until someone complained. I complained every week and every week the "other instructor" wearing her winter coat would say, "oops I guess I forgot," Classes would be cancelled due to weather with no makeup or reimbursement follow through. I would ask, they would say "we will make it up." But when the session was over, no one would have an answer to either giving me some of my money back or makeup days in the gym. I would never recommend them. Take your kids the Norwich, better gym and more control with the classes. More active instruction. read more

I remember going to ABC when I was younger. It was great for awhile, but coaches were unwilling to work with children they didn't like. I felt like my training was neglected after I paid SO MUCH to be part of the gym. I would recommend somewhere else- unless you are family friends with the owners. read more

I have heard from many who have switched to other gyms that it is very unsafe there and not a great experience. Our issue is that they pledged to be a sponsor of the local little league and received all the benefits for that pledge, then they never wrote the check or returned calls/emails. So, for that reason we have recommended to others not to send their kids to ABC. Their banners were hung for an entire year and marched in the Memorial Day Parade in front of thousands of people and they did not give one penny to the little league. read more

Not even worth a one star review. Dirty, Dusty, Awful experience. Despite a website that had illegible red script on a black background and info about a program in 2010 (the current year is 2015), decided to give it a try because it was so close to home. Listed Open gym time was not that. My wife had called and been told the whole space was available just ten minutes earlier. There was a class going on so my child was on a jungle gym by himself while a class went on in the part we wished to use. It was approximately 55 degrees inside the space. Only staffed by three high school aged girls and one claimed she didn't even work there. Dingy, dusty and incredibly cold. No child seats in the bathroom, no changing tables, and some of the most unsafe set ups I have ever seen. The climbing wall hangs a foot from a rope ladder across the same spot. So, if a child falls from the wall, they will hit a ladder two feet off the ground to compound any injuries possible. I even got a splinter from holding the climbing rope. A splinter! From rope! And when I asked for tweezers, they asked if I got the splinter from the rope, so it is obviously a known problem... Don't go!!!! read more
