A relative got food poisoning from the concession stand, the fields are confusing, and the bathrooms were unclean and dangerous.

Check in process is easy and simple. Such cute fun activities for kids of all ages. Could certainly spend half a day to a full day here! Plus full price tickets aren't bad either ! (20 bucks).

There are tons of interactive exhibits including water play, climbing structures, pretend play areas, and building activities--that kept my toddler engaged the entire time. One of the highlights for us was the special area just for ages 0-4. It's such a thoughtful addition because it gives younger children their own safe space to crawl, climb, and play without being overwhelmed by the bigger kids. My toddler loved it, and as a parent, I appreciated that it was clean, well-designed, and developmentally appropriate. The superspace jumbo magnets were another hit amongst kids and adults alike. The parents got so invested into it and were building tunnels for the kiddos. Great fun for us too! Overall the space is very thoughtfully designed, and you can tell the staff really care about creating an engaging environment. They have a new craft activity everyday as well. Everything felt safe, clean, and inviting. It's easy to spend a few hours here without the kids getting bored. Another bonus is that the museum is in a great spot--there are a few restaurants within a block or two, which made it perfect to grab lunch right after all the fun.

A perfect escape from the summer heat, and big bonus that the coffee shop next door delivers until late afternoon. My daughter had a blast toddling around, checking out all the activities and watching the bigger kids. So many cool things to explore. While during one visit it was quite busy due to camps and parties, everything remained clean, safe, and secure. Loved the themes of the different areas and that age recommendations were provided. When it's busy, you pay for 2-hours per child, with 2 adults free per child. It's a very affordable experience. If it's not busy, you can stay as long as you'd like. You're welcome to bring outside food (I saw many families bring pizza for Friday not dinner, great idea imo) and they have some food and drink available for purchase on-side in addition to the adjacent coffeeshop. This really is a huge win and I'm so happy to have this in the area!

We had celebrated both of our boys' birthday parties here, and it exceeded all expectations--it was an absolute blast! This indoor playground is a clean, safe, and spacious haven tailored perfectly for families with young children. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made us feel instantly welcome. The facility was immaculate and beautifully supervised, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment. A huge thank you to all the staff for their incredible organizational skills in confirming our date and answering all my questions with ease! The birthday party was incredibly well-organized. When we arrived early, we found the party room beautifully decorated with our decorations that we bring, which made set-up a breeze! Our host was fantastic--keeping us on schedule, checking in with our guests, and even assisting with clean-up afterward. The pizza that comes with the birthday party packet they ordered was delicious, further enhancing the perfect party atmosphere. And the juice box and chips. They also had different size of party room, which is a huge help and nice to have for big parties and small parties. Now let's talk about the playground itself--it truly is a wonderland! With a wide array of play structures, including thrilling slides, adventurous mazes, and soft play areas perfect for toddlers, there's something for every age. As parents, we loved the unique opportunity to plunge into the fun and play alongside our children--something we genuinely haven't experienced at other places. It enhanced our family bonding experience in a way that was truly special. One standout feature is the ability to order coffee online from the neighboring café, delivered directly to the counter. This kept us energized as we watched the kids run wild! The smooth waiver process upon arrival also added peace of mind, ensuring a safe and enjoyable visit for everyone. Overall, Go Play is the perfect destination--whether for a fun day out or a fantastic birthday party! Kids can wear themselves out with endless activities, and parents can unwind, even bringing their laptops to work while overseeing their little ones. We had such an amazing time that we will absolutely be back for more fun and unforgettable memories! If you're searching for a clean, enjoyable, and family-friendly atmosphere, Go Play is the place to be. Highly recommended--go play, go play, go have fun! You won't regret it!

Belmont Kidspace - Train table area

According to the parents at the check in counter it can apparently get fairly crowded at times, but when we were there there was hardly anyone at all. In the front room, my son spent a lot of time at the train table (of course!) and with a lights and noise busy box toy in the padded infant area. There were also several rocking horses, construction toys, and a dress up corner that some older kids were having loads of fun with. But the majority of our time was spent in the gym/gross motor space. There were all variety of balls, big cars and ride-on toys--some that were donated by local stores--small slides and climbing structures. By far his favorite was the "roller coaster" cart and track they had against the back wall. I had never seen anything like it before and at first I thought it looked a bit unsafe (like how did the kids not go toppling over the edge of the track or zooming off the front of it...) If you've seen this track maybe you can understand my concerns but after watching a few other kids go first it seemed pretty fun so we tried it. And then we did it over, and over, and over and over as toddlers are wont to do. So, cart fun aside, the parts that *I* liked best were: easy parking on the sidestreet next to the church, cubbies next to the door for storing shoes and bags, I could take my coffee inside with no problem at all, clean bathrooms, there were seats in the gym area for parents to sit, and kid sized picnic tables in the front room for snacktime. You can even buy snacks and drinks there to have. I commented to my friend that I wished there were books and she pointed out there were a few boxes of them up against one of the walls. There didn't appear to be many, though, and I guess that would be the one thing I might improve--at one point in our several hours there my son was kind of in a lull and could've used some quiet time so a more inviting "quiet time" space with books and bean bags or whatnot would've been nice I think. This place is run as a co-op, meaning those who pay the $45 to join for the winter must commit to volunteer a certain number of hours. We paid $10 as first time visitors and will definitely be going back so they said we could apply the $10 toward our membership next time (if I can find the receipt). Overall this was a great place to spend a few hours with an active toddler and we'll definitely be going back.

My kids were absolutely straight-out playing hard for 2.5 hours and they had an absolute blast trying everything that Kidz Wurld had to offer!! I have a 3- and almost-2-year olds and both were thoroughly entertained the whole time. We are already looking forward to going back! On a more specific note, the only employee there that day was warm and inviting and sweet and, even though I don't know who she was, you could tell she enjoyed her job and she loves kids and she made the whole day that much more enjoyable. She was ALWAYS moving - she was either checking someone in or putting toys away or cleaning toys or making food. She was a busy lady but always stayed positive. Thanks for a great day getting my kids endless energy put!

It costs almost $30 for two kids just to enter the "play area", which no longer has that many toys. They have added an obscene amount of video games and a mini golf section (that of course yours kids want to play), but costs additional money. Games are about $1.25 each play and mini golf is about $5/per person. You could easily be strong armed by your kids to spend $100 for only an hours worth of play. They also downsized the sitting area/tables to 2 tables on each side. Bummer...

Finally, an indoor venue that's getting things done the right way! My CO2 meter reader was around 800-900, and slowly climbed to the 1000 range. I needed to determine whether a minor (who I am the guardian of) had visited this trampoline park on a specific date. I contacted the park on two separate days, and both employees independently confirmed that a waiver for my minor was on file. They even provided the same expiration month and year for the waiver. When I later visited the park to obtain a copy of that waiver, I was informed that the record could no longer be located. I was subsequently told that the software provider, ROLLER, had identified two recently deleted guest profiles. However, the park then stated there was no remaining data showing that my minor had ever been at the facility, despite employees having confirmed the existence of his waiver just days earlier. I cannot speak to how or why the record disappeared. I can only state that multiple employees confirmed the waiver existed, and shortly thereafter the associated record could no longer be produced. Parents should be aware of this situation and consider whether the facility's record retention and data management practices meet their expectations. zero stars
