They have a bouncy city (I'm going as far as to call it a city rather than castle, it's humungous!), arcade, laser tag and concession stand. We played King of the Hill style laser tag which was so much fun. Theres tons of caveats and special features in the game that other places don't have. Staff here is super knowledgeable and patient. $21 for a laser tag session which is about 45 minutes, and 4 rounds total. Great bang for your buck. We also played a bit of the arcade and pulled out two prizes from a claw machine (they are functional and not rigged which is great). When it was time to exchange our tickets for prizes, the worker was so sweet and doubled our tickets for free. Such a fun and positive experience all around!

They do have a few bday rooms for parties which is cool and they have pizza menu basically catered for packages with game cards. There is one terminal you can reload cards with or ask the front. If you lose something in the park, they are not responsible, not sure if they'll actually help you find an item or get back to you later if let's say you lose your keys / phone in the pits, but i would say be careful with your belongings. Staff is fine, never had issues when bringing the kiddos here. Easy setup, time goes by color wrist band and they announce when that color band's time is up.

While during one visit it was quite busy due to camps and parties, everything remained clean, safe, and secure. Loved the themes of the different areas and that age recommendations were provided. When it's busy, you pay for 2-hours per child, with 2 adults free per child. It's a very affordable experience. If it's not busy, you can stay as long as you'd like. You're welcome to bring outside food (I saw many families bring pizza for Friday not dinner, great idea imo) and they have some food and drink available for purchase on-side in addition to the adjacent coffeeshop. You can enter with your stroller and stay on the gray carpet or use one of theirs which is allowed anywhere in the room. They even had exercise bikes set up for parents to use. They don't work but it's something to do! They also have WiFi. Overall, fun place for kids! I would suggest they put sanitizer pumps all over though. They make every kid sanitize on the way in but there aren't any inside that I saw. Also, I wish there was a Starbucks in this plaza!

We did not do a private party, which meant sharing the play area with other kids which was fine! Their two staff helpers knew exactly what needed to be done before the guests arrived. We just showed up with our food and they took care of the rest. They periodically checked-in with me during the party which was nice. They promptly packed up all our left overs without being asked. We vacated the party room at 11:30am but some of the kids continued to play in the play area and had a blast. I'm sure all the kids napped really well that afternoon. Thank you Jam Time!
