We had a fabulous birthday party for a pair of four year olds here. From start to finish, the Learning Express exceeded expectations. The booking and coordination of the party was easy, with great communication. On the day of the event, everything ran smoothly and the team was very professional and attentive. Definitely made hosting a large party so much more manageable. Our character visit from Marshall was out of this world. So much energy and so engaging with the kids. Absolutely great experience!

Elsa Frozen Birthday Party

We celebrated my kids (3 and 5) birthday here and it was absolutely perfect. They have different packages and we picked one where they handled most things and included a character visit from Elsa. All we had to bring was the cupcakes and pizza! We spoke with/emailed the owners a few times prior to the party- excellent communication and I was blown away by all the small touches. The party room was decorated BEAUTIFULLY! Our character actor Elsa (whom I had not spoken with beforehand) was INCREDIBLE and wove a whole story about coronations on the spot and then crowned my girls with crowns I had brought with me (again with no prior coordination- I brought the crowns along thinking it would be nice to wear for pics). She also sang, gave out hugs and posed for pics- just a lovely lady. The playspace here is awesome. Kids ranged in age from toddlers to 5 and there was something for everyone - a gym space, a cool train setup, pretend play areas, and a very fun slide. Pricing is fair and based on this experience I think it was an excellent value.

My 15 month old can't have enough of this place! She loves playing with the cool toys that are really new as well as hopping on the trampoline in the gym area. The place is kept really clean and the store normally has activities engaging children (like drawing, character appearances, etc). The cafe stand next to the play area is also an added bonus for moms who just need that caffeine boost! The employees are all so nice and caring too!

This is by far my favorite indoor play center. If you think about the developmental needs of children aged 6 months through six years, this place has everything you you'd want in your own kids' playroom. For gross motor skills, they have the coolest little gym with the BEST equipment. From the open trampoline, rock wall, circle rope swing, various safe climbing structures, and soft mats to the mini-gymnastics bars, and way more, the entire room is stocked thoughtfully and encourages both exploration and exercise. Parents and caregivers can relax because just about the entire room is padded! Outside the gym is the Midtown which consists of different rooms set up for imagination: music-making, grocery-shopping, animal care, food serving, engineering, dress-up--it really has it all. In the center of Midtown is the most amazing train set I've ever seen, which invites kids of all ages to play together (or beside each other). This place is always clean and organized no matter how busy it gets because the owner has hired someone with the sole job of cleaning up and organizing throughout the day. Everything still looks brand new because this place is just so well taken care of and so well-managed. I adore the women who work here-they are always friendly, funny, and helpful. My twin boys and I love coming here. Update: Today my boys attended their first class here, Preschool Prep, led by the amazing Ms. Jess Porter. Listening to her warm, positive, and nurturing voice makes me wish I were a kid again so I could be her student. It is obvious how much the kids enjoy and respect the way she reads a story aloud, explains the steps for completing a craft, teaches the "Letter of the Day," facilitates smooth transitions, as well as commends children for their effort and/or enthusiasm. What a pleasure it was to watch both of my boys truly engaged and focused. It is clear that Ms. Jess, Ms. Sonja, and the rest of the team at Learning Express has put a lot of thought into this class, and I am so very grateful and excited!

Update your hours. The store says they close at 6, I rushed from work for a specific item. Arrived at 5:58 and the store was closed.

Yes, such a place exists! We brought the kids (ages 2.5 and 5) here before to play during drop-in hours, and they loved it so much that we decided to have my daughter's birthday party here. Turned out to be a great decision. For $199, we had the place to ourselves, two friendly employees helping out with toys, setup, cleanup, etc., and full use of all their supplies. Magnatiles, Legos, K'nex, blocks...you name it, they've got it. Oh, and they gave my daughter a t-shirt too! The kids had a blast! We would definitely have another party here, especially in the winter when parking is tough in the city. They have all sorts of classes for older kids too, so this is a place we can come back to for years.

Two ramps for testing out lego car creations. A 3D printer, printing stuff. Neat room. Off to the side are other classrooms or private rooms for parties. The kids mainly hung out in the main room working on legos, and others stayed on Minecraft for the whole time. - My one caveat was that it's very boy-oriented stuff. The girls we took didn't find much interest in legos or Minecraft. So, they weren't that thrilled to be there. - There is a 3D scanner in an adjacent building; you can have your body scanned and turned into a 3-D sand sculpture. Creepy/cool! -

Leading up to the party they were super easy to work with. The day of the party is where they really shined. We had Taylor and Craig running the party. Craig was incredibly fun!! The party starts off as free play, then they do a circle time, followed by bubbles and a parachute activity, a puppet show, an obstacle course and at the end the put my daughter on a rocking horse in a giant wagon and paraded her around to music while chanting Happy Birthday Kendall. Craig's energy throughout each element of the party was off the charts. The kid's absolutely loved him. There were 15 kids and very few of them knew each other. However due to the structure of the party and the high energy during each activity all the kids laughed together and had a great time. I had moms contact me and tell me that their kids said it was the best party they ever attended. All that being said, one of the kids arrived and immediately bumped his eyelid on the edge of a bench (it was a freak accident) and blood was legit squirting like a sprinkler. It was really intense. Taylor who was the other MyGym staff running the party was extremely attentive. She helped the child and his mother for over 40 minutes. This child is three years old and is diagnosed with autism. I called 911 and the Burlington police officer who is on a special care unit arrived. He is specially trained for responding to emergencies involving children on the autism spectrum. I cannot say enough positive things about this officer. He came in and calmed down both my friend and her son. Also, Taylor handled this child like he was her own. She really stepped up to the plate. So my review is this, the staff at MyGym are equipped to handle pretty much anything and they throw a really super fun party. It's worth every penny!!! To add to the fun, every child that attends, gets a free class.

As someone new to the area, it's been such a warm and welcoming place. Not only are the classes super fun and interactive (they switch things up every week!), but we've also made some great new friends -- both moms and babies! The staff is amazing, and the energy in the room is always so positive. You can tell they really care about creating a fun, engaging experience for both the little ones and the parents. I'm so thankful my husband found My Gym when I was just 3 months postpartum -- I had no idea there were even classes for babies that young! If you're on the fence, don't be. I highly highly recommend it to any parent looking to connect, have fun, and watch their baby learn and grow in the best environment :)

What I truly appreciate about the studio is that they are BYOB so it offers more flexibility if you are going with people to coordinate bringing snacks and drinks. They ave all the supplies such as glassware (wine glasses, corkscrew), plates and napkins. My first event here was for a "Paint Your Pet". That is considered one of the special events since there are specific instructions to submit by at least ~2 weeks in advance the reference photo so they can screen print it onto the canvas so it is more of a "paint by numbers" than following the instructor since it would be challenging to paint each unique pet. They offered great guidance of how to start. Understandably depending on the fur or pet detail it may take longer. I loved how mine turned out and proudly display it at home. They also offer a reward/loyalty system and somehow I have completed enough paintings at this point to level up to "Collector" so I'm excited to redeem a free painting session. After each event they send out a review survey so if you fill it out you receive a 10% off discount code for the next booking. I also got a birthday gift code of 20% off that I used for the most recent "Autumn Porch Leaner" class. Since I've also completed so many standard canvas paintings at this point I've also branched out now into the unique long/tall paintings for a different experience. I haven't had a bad experience so far and love going to Pinot's Palette Lexington location for fun with friends and family!
