The Chuck E Cheese of today isn't as exciting compared to the old days. For one, the slides have been gone ages ago and their mascots are more of a backdrop. My niece buys the card option where you play based on minutes rather than tokens. This can be good or bad depending on the game. For example, the coin drop machines, drop 1 coin at a time! Add to that, that the scanner doesn't detect the card right away, so you're wasting precious seconds trying to scan. We went to Chuck E. Cheese on a Sunday @ 12:00 with my son and our 4 year old granddaughter first thing we noticed was not to many employees working there it was hard to find someone for help, we had to buy a "card" to play the machines and some kid machines were broken down i understand one or two machines being down but their were more than a few. A medium pizza was $14.00 dollars we figured between my son and i that would be enough but it was very small we finished no problem and we were still hungry even though we also had nuggets, fries and soft drinks. We also noticed if you wanted a salad it was $ 9.00 dollars!! just to mention also it took 45 minutes to get our pizza and it wasn't really that busy kind of surprising being on a Sunday. read more

Look, I really wanted to hate this. I hate theme parks. I hate loud arcades. I hate chasing my kids around. BUT. I didn't hate it. It was clean, and for a Saturday afternoon, the mayhem was well controlled. Honestly, all the employees were super friendly, patient, and kind to the kids, which seems like a no brainer but I feel like nice employees in kid places is not a given. They do look like they've revamped the place since I was there yeeeears ago for someone's birthday party. They also don't have coins anymore, so you just have a little reloadable card that you use for all the games. We had two kids use $20 worth of card for almost two hours of running around and playing, so it's more than reasonable for something to do on a rainy day. read more

My nephews told me that this location recently had a renovation and took over the space of a store next door to make it bigger. We have gone Fridays after school, which seems to be a perfect time because its not too crowded. Unlike other reviewers from a few years ago, I felt that this place was very clean. May be different on Saturdays though. They have some pretty amazing games/rides that I wish we had when we were little- fruit ninjas, a "hamster wheel" ride, a virtual/motion ride, and a game where you ride a fake horse! Hilarious. Bonus points for not having those stuffed animal crane games-they're tantrum factories. I also appreciate how every game is one token, less frustrating for the kiddos who want to play gun games that usually cost a dollar. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. I don't even know where to begin describing the horrendous customer service and the rude manager and staff. I had my son's 7th Birthday party here this weekend and the party host was awful. I'm not sure what her purpose was. I served all the food and drinks, gathered the kids for cake etc and pretty much ran the show. The manager never showed her face until I asked for her at the end. She was rude and condescending as well. The kids kept getting their cards stolen and the place is so dirty. I will never step foot in this place again and I advise anyone considering a birthday party here to think again. read more

I have not been to the lowell chuck e cheese in sometime, I was shocked by the many changes and new games. This is one of the cleanest chuck e cheese I have been too, the many new games, and excellent new menu kept my kids six and eight busy for hours. I've taken my OTHER sets of nieces + nephews here to this particular location. You know the one thing I don't like here? When you get a soda - there's no good flat area to put it down so you can affix the lid. You have to like walk over to the salad bar for a nice flat spot. Seriously - check it out. The place is still big and clean and nice - but - it's not as new and fresh as the one I go to most in Burlington. Still, the kids love it here. They have air-hockey here (kid-sized) and the kids LOVE it a lot. They have a sizable climbing tube thing here that the kids love. I am still a fan of the pizza and the fact that the invisible-ink-stamps keep everyone inside safe and sound. It's a good place to kill a couple hours with the kids!!! read more

Its right next to my house so its a great place to pop into with my daughter for some fun. It can get really packed in here because schools run fundraisers in here. The place can get pretty dirty, they should probably get more staff for these types of events.... also so help u God if you don't have coupons it can get really pricey. It can be a wicked pain sometimes because now the coupons have to be printed and have your email address on them and last time they wouldn't even let me use the fundraiser coupons the school handed out because there wasn't an email address on them which was pretty crappy of them :( it can get boring for adults pretty quick unless you watch the random children in here verse each other in air hockey lol. read more

Only posting on Yelp because the District Manager emailed me to find out why I rated so low on party survey, which I felt I was being extremely generous, and he has not responded in any way in a few days. When we first got there no one directed us to our table, so we walked around trying to figure out which was ours. We ordered the unlimited tickets but they were not loaded correctly on the cards, so they all had to be returned, while the kids were playing, to be fixed. They forgot to put in our food order until we reminded them that the party was almost over. They couldn't work the ticket blaster so my daughter was just standing there for several minutes inside the tube. Then when it was time to check out, the women told me to take the survey in front of her! I was so uncomfortable and felt that I was put on the spot. Also, the staff were not communicating with each other. 1 person would ask me when I wanted the cake and then another would ask the same question 2 minutes later. Then they would have conflicting responses, so we had no idea which person to listen to. Also, they served the cake in the box so no one could see it! The kids had so much fun but everything else was so unorganized and it was difficult for me to enjoy the day. I do not blame the workers. They were young and possibly new. The managers should make sure their staff is trained and ready to host a party. Will never go there for a party again. read more

about a year or two ago theychanged their pizza recipe into the new and improved, call me crazy but i hate the new pizza, its inedible! the old pizza which every one supposedly hated was actually pretty good! they also recently remodeled and although its larger and more spacious i like the fact that in the old one the toddler area was seperated from the older kid area, the food is also way overpriced i only come cause my daughter loves it here read more
