Admission with rental skates included was $10 per person with no time limit. The decor was reminiscent of the early 2000s (think: neon glow-in-the-dark murals on concrete walls) and they played pop hits ranging from the 2000s to modern day. It felt a bit like a 2000s-era after school program activity in the best possible way! Overall, we had a great time skating here for about an hour. The staff were good about keeping people moving in the same direction, and the rink had plenty of people, but not too many as to cause a constant danger of collisions. This would be a great experience for children and adults alike. Especially for the price, the hours of fun here can't be beat!

Even more concerning, the enforcement was clearly inconsistent: I personally observed that not every family who arrived late was charged the same way, with no transparency or fairness in how the rule was applied. Beyond the billing issue, I personally witnessed this same individual harshly and aggressively question a child in front of others about why he didn't want to perform on stage, then rudely demand that the parent take the child home immediately. The fact that the same person applies inconsistent, arbitrary charges to parents while also treating children with this kind of confrontational hostility suggests a consistent pattern of behavior, not an isolated incident. This is not the patience, professionalism, or basic respect a program serving young children should have.

I asked for a partial refund and clearly didn't want a full refund as my child did attend some of the classes. I was met with emails from the owner on how following policy I should not get a refund. She emailed way too personally on how I should not give a negative review and how it would hurt her business. Again, I will not go into details, but feel that she should have given me a "partial" refund on the classes now missed and under the circumstances, not follow her policy. She sent me a $30 sign up fee and returned it to me only. No partial refund and I tore up her check as I feel on principal as I should have received what I asked for which was not a lot of money at all. I was given feedback from Tumble Kids on how cleanliness is a priority for them and how many times they clean etc. If they indeed do that, how come the lobby stinks? Come on! I was told it's because it is a gym and gyms smell. Seriously? I have been to many gyms with sweaty adults and the gym does not smell! Even the doors coming in are full of grimy hand prints. Windex them! Deodorize the lobby. The play area for little kids looks like you will catch something. Like a grimy daycare. I will never be back, will never recommend and shame on Tumble kids for not giving a partial refund under the circumstances. I am being very kind in my review for not mentioning more as my intention is not to hurt any business but bring awareness of any customer paying for services and not getting a clean environment. I will add that the teachers are nice and the kids do enjoy the gymnastic part of it. But in all reality, the gym is way too small to accommodate the amount of kids they have in the gym at one time. Each teacher tries to organize her group and teach among other kids jumping around them in other classes. Boda Borg was so fun we went 2 nights in a row on vacation. Our group is usually fans of escape…read morerooms but this is that with MORE activity! Be ready to run, sweat, jump, crawl, and climb - I have bruises on my legs lol The rooms are really immersive - if you're in a jail themed room you can expect low lighting and crawlspaces. If you're in an army themed room you can expect to be speedy, climbing, or seeing flashing lights. The door colors tell you the level of physical activity so you can just do chill mental challenges if you wanted to. Two parts of each room - figure out the objective, and then actually complete it. If you fail you can exit the room and line up for it again (it goes quick) or go to another room. You can also ask a worker for hints. It gets hot in there quickly if you're doing physical activity challenges (some rooms are hotter and smellier than others) - but there are drinking fountains on the main level and fans blowing in the hallways. Make sure to wear comfortable activewear and shoes!

It did get pretty hot inside while running around, so be prepared to sweat a little. We could see that the AC was set on 69 but the temperature was 78 so the AC may have been having issues. They also had some industrial fans to help cool it down. They provide free lockers but you can't bring a water bottle with you in the quest area. This was an awesome group activity that requires problem-solving, teamwork, and physical activity. We only paid for 2 hours but could have definitely stayed longer. Highly recommend!
