This place is awesome. We have gone to a couple of birthdays here, and they've all been so much fun. It is a clean facility! If you are a kid, you will leave tired and happy. If you are a grown up who is jumping, you'll need to take some Advil because you will realize how old your body is now. There's also an arcade and an obstacle course! This review is specifically for their toddler hours on Sunday mornings. I love that they use the less popular morning hours to offer a time exclusively for kids 5 and under! I wanted to take my kids to the trampoline park but was nervous about my three-year-old staying out of the way of all of the big kids. I had such a great experience at this trampoline park, and I have to shout out Dounia for making it even better. From the moment we walked in, she was super welcoming, friendly, and genuinely seemed like she cared about everyone having a good time. She explained everything clearly, made sure we felt comfortable, and kept the energy upbeat the whole time. What really stood out was how attentive she was. She checked in on us, answered all our questions without hesitation, and handled everything so smoothly even when it got busy. BTW this was during a birthday party. You can tell she takes her job seriously but still keeps things fun, which honestly made the whole experience way more enjoyable. My brother and I decided we wanted a fun workout, so we stopped by Launch to both feel the burn and sink into our childhoods a bit. We used to go to trampoline parks all the time as kids, so it was definitely on our radars to try again as adults. We bought the Loaded Combo, which was $32 per person, and gave us an hour to jump and 40 arcade points. Prior to jumping, we asked the employees at the front desk if we could safely jump as adults - while there isn't an age limit for the trampoline park, this location is a bit smaller so there is only one area for jumpers. Luckily, it wasn't too crowded that day so we were able to safely jump and maintain space from the kids. We had a ton of fun dunking basketballs, jumping into the pit, and we also tried the arcade. Unfortunately, the over half of the arcade games were down, and none of the claw machines (my favorite) worked at all. We had fun playing the ones that were available, but they really shouldn't be charging such price if over half of the arcade games are broken. One hour of fun, however, was definitely enough for us and we enjoyed it overall. The staff was also super nice, and the worker at the prizes stand hooked us up with awesome mini gumball machines. read more

We had our kids birthday party here and probably pushed the limit on number of guests they normally have. That being said, they did a great job. The setup coordination was done primarily through phone. It was sometimes hard to get ahold of someone right away. Our day-of coordinator was really great and kept things moving and on schedule. We did NOT get advance notice of when the room was ready but luckily we didn't really have any decor so not a huge deal. We were ready to go early for a day where they listed special hours on website (1-7) but I decided to call and double check first because I've been burned by other Launches before. When I called someone answered from another location and had no idea what I was even talking about. They checked with a supervisor and said they were opening at 3:30. Launch entertainment is great. I threw my son's birthday party here and they are very organized. First, the trampolines was the real draw for me. My son has Autism and trampolines are very important to him and his friends. So check in is 15 mins and the trampoline time is the first hour. You can go back after the party and jump until your hearts content. There is plenty of room. Then they give you 15 minutes to setup your room. But the part that is terrible is the rush once you get into the room. It's 30 minutes and not a minute more so get it all done. Believe me, they are like eat pizza, now cut the cake and now take pics now get out. The. The kids get a choice activity and a card with points depending on the package you picked. The kids are happy and don't care so I can't complain. I really shouldn't but I would like more time in the room. I would pay more for that room too. But it was pretty expensive. But again, my son and his friends had an epic time and they had nothing to complain about. I think going back or getting a membership is in my plans. read more

Overall, the kids had fun, there are lots of options for kids of all ages, which is why I was going to give this place a four star review. What keeps me from doing that is this...I had to drive almost a half hour to get there with three, young kids, and one hand (different story). When I got there, at the front door was above young lady greeting everyone and directing them where to go. Great, right? So, I follow her directions and get in line to pay for my tickets, which should not take a long time, but it does. I waited almost 20 minutes with only four other guests ahead of me. Now, here's the kicker, when I finally get to the counter I am informed that the building is currently filled to capacity and that if I wanted to enjoy Launch that I would have to come back in a half hour. I was allowed to pay for the tickets in advance and they kept them at the front desk for me but, can you imagine driving for 30 minutes, waiting about 20 minutes more to play for an hour? What's the purpose of having someone at the front door if they can't inform the guests that the place is filled to capacity? I would have been upset, more with myself for not thinking ahead and still would have waited because I had promised this outing to my kids. Then there was the staff, I have to say that the staff who was supposed to be watching over their designated areas was sparse, and did not seem too interested in safety of the guests. Seemingly, that was left up to the adults. Barring these issues/concerns it was spacious and, as I mentioned above, the kids were able to partake in everything and they had a blast, which is why I am giving this place three stars. Here's a breakdown of pros and cons in you don't read the above. Pros: friendly staff, spacious, lots for the kids to do, and reasonably clean. Cons: greeter not well informed to help guest before they go inside, lack it supervision from staff, long wait time to pay, and a little pricey. The staff is quite young, but definitely polite and helpful. The place is on the smaller side compared to other trampoline parks. I took my niece and nephew here when their school was out. I looked at photos beforehand and the pictures made it look really big although when I walked in, it was really small. The place was super crowded and they made us wait an hour due to full capacity. When we were finally let in, my niece got hurt by a boy who was in his late teens (and obviously too old to be there). I also had to wait about 2 1/2 hours to get a small cheese pizza I ordered. The staff in the kitchen were unhelpful and would just ask what I ordered and would never come back with anything. The other staff was helpful and it is a good place to keep kids occupied although I did expect more. read more

It's fantastic to have a fun indoor location so close to home, and we see ourselves going here a lot. The Good: -Something to do to keep the kids occupied! -Staff is very friendly, despite working out all of the kinks with a new place. -There is a good variety of things to do between the trampoline areas, laser tag (not open at the time of review), VR, and adventure courses. -Not cheap, but not unreasonably priced. Needs Improvement: -In general, the place is too small. I was very underwhelmed when I walked in since the photos made it look huge. -It wasn't busy when we went in, but the trampoline area will get very crowded when it is packed since it is small. -The "XP Arena" is 1/3 the size shown on the website and was a "miss" for us in terms of fun. The activities aren't that fun such as navigating through cramped spaces or standing on wobbly balls, and it's very easy for little ones to get hurt. The pace you go through this area is also very slow, so it's not great to keep the kids moving. -The arcade was weak. They are still moving games in, but the area is just too small to have a decent arcade. Better off to ditch it and use the space for an obstacle course or similar activities that other trampoline parks have. -The VR is fun, but a disaster from a process standpoint (anyone with a six sigma background will cringe). It wasn't busy and we waited over an hour to play since they were cycling in about 10-12 players per hour. The setup takes 8-12 minutes per game plus ~5 minutes for the game. Each player has to use a touchpad to enter in a nickname, their equipment sizes, and click "enter" or "skip" multiple times. Take my advice, dump the player consoles and have the attendant just ask each player for a nickname and the game they want to play, and enter the information in him/herself. 60 seconds, tops. Also dump the virtual line concept and switch to a real line. Go to In the Game and watch how they do it. Just as an update, I went here 2 weeks after my first review. VR wait time is currently 3.5 hours. I also just saw two staffers encouraging some middle school boys to play dodgeball in the jump area, which is extremely dangerous with little kids around. Place is run by high schoolers. So in conclusion, it's great to have something local to take the kids. But they tried to do too much with too little space, and the end result is not enough of anything. read more

GIFT CARD PURCHASES: Be careful when purchasing gift cards because they are specific to each location and cannot be used at alternative locations (Ie a Woburn launch gift card can not be used at methuen launch) There are no notifications to indicate that the gift cards cannot be used at multiple launch locations (that I could see). I also found that in order to cancel a gift card that's been purchased You have to drive to the location versus canceling online Which is a huge inconvenience. read more

I went here last night. I came in at 6pm with a group of 8 children. I had purchased Supercharged passes for all of them and did a special they had where you buy 4 SC passes get one free pizza and a pitcher of soda (so I was told I would have 2 pizzas, 2 sodas). When I went to check in, I was informed that there was no pizza for the night. I was given the option of some of the other food from the kitchen and made a choice. The food was not great at all. I do understand that they are not an actual restaurant but the chicken fingers and mozzarella sticks were undercooked frozen things that took a LONG time to come and the fires were gross. With the passes we got, we were told that the children could have UNLIMITED laser tag and UNLIMITED XP Arena, and 1 game of virtual reality. There were only 2 workers on the floor so the children had to go find someone each time they wanted to do one of the options. Due to there not being enough workers, they were only able to do one of each because they had to wait til the workers had time to come run the game they wanted to do. Then we signed them all up for virtual reality, and they all waited for their turn. Due to other games running late, only one of the parties we had signed up were able to play. 5 of the children who had been waiting were told they couldn't do it because the place had closed (even though they had allowed them all plus 2 other people after us to sign up) The gentleman I spoke to about this wrote my name down on a piece of paper and told me I had 5 free games. Doesn't seem to be official but I will be calling back to make sure that is real and to give him the children's names since we may not all be back together. I would like to say the workers we dealt with were very young and very sweet. They were all polite and helpful and this is 100% not an issue with any of them in any way. I am mad that I spent so much money to come there and that everything went so poorly. I understand being understaffed and not having enough people to cover one of the rooms but the $50 pass we paid for was basically totally useless. The food was awful and the kids were just not happy when we left, nor was I. I had spoken to a few parents who told me not to come to this Launch and I wish I had listened. TLDR don't waste time or money. Go to the extra 15 minutes away for Altitude. read more

Almost speechless!!! Too small for the number of people they allow in, very few arcade games and some were broken. What the hell happened here? The poor staff (young kids) were all confused, my grandson got hurt by an ADULT jumping around like a fool. Put age limit on trampolines since the area is very, very small...We assumed that all of the old Toys-R-Us was utilized, but it was 1/4 of the size. I am giving Launch 5 stars. We hosted our child's birthday party here today and they were wonderful! Our hostess was the best we could have asked for. She kept the party moving and she was extremely gracious and kind. The kids got to do bouncing, dodge ball, laser tag, obstacle courses, and eat pizza and cake and ice cream. Launch helps set up, they call you before your party to confirm all the details, they answer any question you have and get back to you right away. Really a wonderful place. read more
