My friend wanted to go here for her 30th birthday so we did! It was super fun but exhausting! Who knew jumping on a trampoline took so much effort ‍ There is a huge open room of trampolines, a battle beam, rock climbing wall, dodge ball courts, basketball dunk track and a foam pit to jump into. You buy your sessions in hour intervals and the one flies! We were the oldest people jumping without kids by about 20 years but still had an awesome time! There aren't lockers (though unlocked cubbies are available), so be prepared for that. You have to purchase their grippy socks which are cheap - but be prepared for that added expense. I should note there is a military discount (20% off the service persons jump). There is a concession stand for drinks and snacks are available as well. Overall it was a blast - kids are of course crazy and running around but what else would be expected?

Staff is inattentive and does not pay attention.

Worst jump place I've ever been to, thanks mainly to the staff. While there is a large main jump area and a number of other fun areas it is the inattentiveness of the staff that warrants this low rating. We were there for a birthday party and I watched as staff failed to help maintain lines, provide direction to the children in the foam pits failing to exit or just sitting on the side so others couldn't jump. Instead the staff stood around talking with each other about their personal lives and what party they were going to later or simply biting their nails staring off into space and not paying attention or doing their job. If I was management I'd fire them all instead of paying them to just stand around. Would be better off giving discounts to the parents who are left to do all the policing of lines and ensuring safety of others. Be hard pressed to ever get me to go back when Sky Zone isn't far, the staff is incredibly friendly, attentive and safety oriented especially for the smaller kids. Save your money and frustrations... go elsewhere!p

Incredible trampoline park in Billerica! Great for kids , adults, grandparents and babies! We've been about 1 dozen times and kids go home incredible beat and they have a blast each and every time! They have; climbing walls! Dodgeball court (x2), foam pots to jump into (x3 lanes), basketball slam dunk lanes (x2), 2 birthday rooms , a jousting beam (in front of climbing wall). Wide open jump pit with about 100 individual floor and wall trampolines. The bathrooms and facility are kept extraordinarily clean and well maintained. Socks are $2 and can be reused every visit. VERY busy on weekends with no call ahead reservations! Make sure you ask if they are heavy with birthdays; if so, they tend to ignore other patrons, if so. Just an FYI. Highly recommended you come before kids eat dinner or on weekdays to have more wide open availability. Great location with a lot of pah'king! Only bad points; !!!!!get a liquor license for the parents!!!!

Very fun! I went here with a friend, no kids. And I personally had a blast!! I felt like my inner child came out. I couldn't get out of the ball pit, however. It was almost frightening. Other than that, very large area and tons of fun. Don't drink before you go, not recommended.

Place is awesome stuff. Great long trampolines for gymnastics. Staff are pretty laid back but when they aren't, they ruin the fun.

There were numerous logistical failures while we were at Launch. When we arrived, we noticed that our reservation start time was listed on their check in screens for the wrong time. We notified staff that it was the wrong time and they said no big deal. Well, it turned into a big deal when they ran out of space for birthday parties starting after ours and they were trying to kick us out of our party room. They also ran out of pizza- they had to order pizza for our only our party from Domino's. They said it was from Domino's, but it tasted like the worst Domino's pizza we ever had in our lives. Something you don't want to happen at a kids birthday party is to run out of pizza- there will be a mutiny. We had booked our party months in advance- how poorly managed are you to not have enough dough, cheese and sauce to make enough pizzas for the booked parties. They also ran out of silverware, napkins and knives to cut cakes. While we were cutting our cake, the staff came in our party room and just took the knife from us as we were using it and gave the party room next door. After we finished cake, they were trying to rush us out because they ran out of party room space. It's their fault they had our time listed wrong- I showed them my confirmation email listing the correctly booked time. What a waste of time and money.

Ok the Birthday Party is FINALLY over, its such a relief... It went off without any major…read morecomplications except for Hurricane Irene!!! But No wind can keep us down... So Jump on In was a GREAT TIME... All the adults had more fun than the kids... All the kids had a great time... My son (he turned 2) was completely running all up & down all the rides (Bounce house things - whatever you call them)... I was apprehensive that he wouldnt know what to do, but he ran right up them & down the slides... He was loving it... The refs we had for the party were great, at no point did we feel that they were naggy or even picking... They actually never had to speak to anyone, maybe had to save someone once or twice that was stuck but other than that they were great... They had the Party room set up wonderfully, they served the Pizza & cut the cake like professionals... I honestly have never in my life seen a cake cut soo perfect & soo fast... We did have the 2 Hour party & it was cramped for time in the Party room... We had 45 mins to Eat Pizza, Cake & Do presents & sing... It was tight... But we made it happen & then like any party we all began to congregate in the lobby & I think the place was sick of us & wanted us out (we were a big party)... Other than just wishing I had more time, there is nothing I can complain about... Just a note, if you bring drinks there - bring a method to keep them cold on your own, Ice in a bucket, Pre-Frozen, whatever... Just putting the drinks in the fridge didnt get our drinks cold in time... Dad & I actually spoke about it & said we might just have Next Years party there also... It was really a good time & I even climbed my big ass Up & down the rides & it was Fun!!! Just remember to bring socks & tuck your arms in like they tell you - all the kids have burns on their arms from the slides... It was also a little pricey - but totally worth it because they do everything, clean up, serving the food, providing the utensils... We just showed up with Cake & Drinks... We are going to go back and book a day when its Open Gym to just play & see how it is one day, Ill update review when we do...

I have hosted many of my daughter's birthdays at Jump on in Boston and figured we would give Woburn a try. Lets start with the music never once came on, may not be a big deal to some but after coming home and realizing that we had no music was pretty annoying specially because they advertise it. Our "referees" were OK, like most of their staff very young. Like I mentioned before, I been to JOI in Boston and the staff has always been extra energetic and involved. These girls only really came around to tell us time was up, one of the girls did try to get a group picture but it was impossible (party was for a 2 y/o). But for the most part they kept to themselves. Overall it was pleasant but definitely consider spending a little more for the extra time, when you have a bunch of toddlers /small kids it's needed.

There's a few video games in the arcade and they expanded their gatcha/ claw games. Now i must take notice i would rank 3.5 currently out of 5. A couple things we did notice is I'm sure most places dont clean the foam pits regularly, but they def are a bit sticky, (yes i know kids and all) but they have empty bottles and trash in there haha. The little games that are setup in there like the toss the ball in the holes game, doesn't work and someone tossed blocks in the ball return slot. The score doesn't update, but the timer works sometimes. Could use some more maintenance in the trampoline park. They do have a few bday rooms for parties which is cool and they have pizza menu basically catered for packages with game cards. There is one terminal you can reload cards with or ask the front. If you lose something in the park, they are not responsible, not sure if they'll actually help you find an item or get back to you later if let's say you lose your keys / phone in the pits, but i would say be careful with your belongings. Staff is fine, never had issues when bringing the kiddos here. Easy setup, time goes by color wrist band and they announce when that color band's time is up.

They are a trampoline park with kid sized trampoline squares, so I'd say great for children under 10, way smaller squares than Skyzone/Launch/Altitude. They also have an arcade area where you can find a bunch of claw machines with cute stuffed animals. I ended up having great luck with the claw machines & won 6 stuffed animals in a row, with 1-3 tries each! Left a happy gal ;) I'd imagine Space Zero to be a great place for kids birthday parties. They've got two private rooms in the back & also have two bathrooms. Note: the play area is pretty dirty... employees do not make an effort to cleaning anything, foam pit doesn't get replaced... VERY STICKY & moist. Foam pit contains a lot of junk, such as half full water bottles, socks, bracelets, etc. I've actually never seen a dirtier foam pit to be honest, but my 4 stars is for the claw machines :)
