Sky zone is always a great "go to" when funds permit on a rainy day. The ninja warrior style additions are awesome! Kids and adults enjoy them and people generally respect the lines and everyone gets a chance. Volleyball should be monitored by two staff members to limit possible injuries as much as possible. Had a terrible experience with management. This location is extremely under staffed and really struggles to manage hostile behavior of kids who go there regularly. Be prepared to be reprimanded if you bring your own food even after you ensure it's ok with the front desk. Don't try to purchase drinks, food or snacks there because it will take way too long and is ridiculously overpriced. HORRIBLE in Everett, MA. We paid for 5 kids without warning that a busload (over 150 kids) would show up in 10 minutes. The place was mobbed. We couldn't use anything without waiting, and our younger kids were under constant threat of inadvertent injury from big kids. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. When we asked for a refund when we saw the busload, they said, "our policy is no refund." The place is dirty and lots of broken down equipment. Very difficult to find, as well - it's located in a gritty, dingy, unsafe looking industrial park with lots of broken glass in the parking lot from break-ins. STAY AWAY!!!! All the positive reviews on Yelp must be faked by the company. There's no way this place could get 5 stars. Brought my 3 year old to the Junior Jump section for 90 mins and though he enjoyed it, it wasn't worth the $22 + $4 socks. For the amount of stuff to do and the size of it, I'd say $10-15 max would make more sense. The main issue was the smell!! The whole area smelled like a port-a-potty, no joke. The toilet in the area was out of order so maybe that was it but it was unbearable. Also bring your own snacks. read more

I do not recommended this SkyZone for birthday party. Below are the 3 things my kids listed for not ever go back and they love to jump. 1. Highly disorganized, we were for my child's birthday and the party organizer was not around most of the time, and Staff at each pit area have no idea what's going on. 2. Equipments are old and they see holes in some of the trampolines. 3. Limited things to do - especially compare to other parks. Our party was pushed back because party before us was delayed, as result we got a bunch hungry kids. Kids party are chaotic but as event place with staff that's supposed to help, I feel like it was poorly done. We paid premium to have a hassle free experience and that did not happy. Parking lot way to dark needs more street lights. went for a kids party that started at 3pm didn't get into the party room until a little after 4ish because the other party went over there time. So me and my pals came here to enjoy a nice evening to escape the heat wave that was going on at the time. only to find that the AC was broken and it was hotter inside than out. The only reason we came was to play dodgeball. Guess what! the Court was closed. Paid $30 to not even touch a dodgeball. This is a pretty big place and spacious enough for a good number of kids, or a small birthday party. The Junior section had 4 out 5 things to do, but kept our little one occupied for more than an hour. The biggest downside was that their air conditioning isn't great on hot days. I wish I had looked at reviews before going. As soon as we stepped in things were wrong. The employee who sold us the tickets didn't know anything. I asked about the different options and I barely got a respond. We ended up getting all day passes. The place is so dirty and old. Two attractions were closed. The place wasn't that crowded but it was chaos. Most employees are on their phones and do not really talk to you if you have questions on how things work. None of them were actually watching the attraction they were stationed at. The kids went to the foam pit and got jumped on by other kids because the employee didn't ask the other children to wait and would let kids do whatever they want. When I told him that it was dangerous, he just shrugged. When we went to the junior jump area we were told that our time had expired and could not jump anymore....I pointed out that it had only been 45 min that we were here and that we had all day passes. The employee rolled his eyes and said well I guess you are fine then. We were charged for "combos" at the food court even though we only ordered popcorn and pizza. When I inquired the employee was confused and said that's how it works. We spent about $145 for one adult and two kids and were left disappointed and one of my kid hurt. We went during the week right before closing with our family and there was only one other group of young boys there. Staff was super friendly and helpful from checking in to supervising The dodgeball was closed and is usually for games with similar group sizes (we had two adults and a bunch of kids) one of the employees was nice enough and agreed to let our family play a mixed game of dodgeball for a bit. I saw there was a separate section for little toddlers. The main jumping trampoline has two sections depending on age but there is a see through screen so you can still talk, laugh and bounce with family members . They have plenty of food and drinks as well for post jumping fuel. We come here a few times a year and love it and will for sure be back! read more

Granted, we had a blast at Sky Zone and it was something I had never experienced before......it's what happened weeks AFTER our visit that lowered the review along with a few other minor things. It is VERY hard to find, and as others have said......make sure you use the Yelp address in your GPS. Even then, I had to ask at the rock climbing wall location where Sky Zone was. There needs to be signage on the other side of the building as well as the road leading in, like another two or three signs would do it. Be very careful here! My lower back hurt for weeks after leaving our hour long session, now I see why they are so adamant about the health waiver. Maybe I'm just getting old and all of that pressure on my lower back is an activity I can no longer handle. Either way, be forewarned if you are in your late 20's or older. In fact, we stopped about 45 minutes in because we were all exhausted and running out of activities to do which I will get into in a sec. Frankly, I also wasn't a fan of the staff. I'm not a child and don't need to be treated like one. We couldn't play dodgeball with a bunch of teenagers, really? I don't see how I could hurt someone by throwing a ball maybe 10 - 15 mph faster than they could. I also got uuuhhhmmm, yelled at a few times for not getting to the center of the trampolines and instead bounced just a handful of times on the outside. Lighten up buddy! I'm trying to gain my balance and go FORWARD to get off the "starting trampoline". I'm not doing this on purpose so leave me alone! I don't think my body can handle this place again and I just didn't feel like there was enough to do to warrant a repeat visit. The basketball section is an extra fee and if there are no adult dodgeball games going on, you can only handle so much bouncing up and down or jumping into a pit that is almost impossible to get out of and makes you feel slightly claustrophobic. I'm really glad we left home three hours early because I spent one of those hours circling Norman Street, hunting for Sky Zone. Where are you, Sky Zone? I consulted two GPS devices, and Google Maps mobile, and pressed up-down-up-down-left-right-left-right-B-A-START, and scoured every inch of the industrial area within which Sky Zone is located...and then I found it. Trust me when I tell you that you will need an entire truck full of breadcrumbs to get into and out of this place - there was one tiny sign on the main road, and then tiny signs at the beginning of the labyrinthine complex of rock-climbing, marble-cutting, and general industriousness wherein which Sky Zone is located. Their ample parking lot is dark for the most part, which is creepy, but the building itself is well-lit. I was unprepared for how large an indoor trampoline park was going to be. Wow! Picture a patchwork quilt with squares bordered on all sides by thin strips of material: that's what the trampoline layout is like. There are about fifty square and rectangular trampolines in one big swath, separated by these hard, padded dividers. You don't want to land on one of those dividers, but it's not like they don't tell you in the training session beforehand. The training session consisted of a staff member going over rules and procedures in front of a video in an area where there were lots of seating options. I was surprised at the fact that one of the jumping zones (there's at least four of those "quilts" - one is a kiddie zone) was designated as a place where you could do mid-air flips. Mind you, they don't encourage anyone to do them, and say specifically not to do things that are above your skill level, plus you sign a waiver at the beginning that holds Sky Zone harmless for anything that happens to you. It felt fair and balance, is my point. A trip to Sky Zone goes like this: sign waiver (unless you've signed one electronically online in advance), pick up your orange sticker ticket (you wear it and it tells you your scheduled jump times - either a half hour or a full hour) and your blue jumping shoes (the most fun anyone's had in a pair of blue shoes since Elvis Presley), stash ALL your stuff in a cubby or (paid) locker, and head over to the trampoline areas. Pick a trampoline area - do you want to play dodgeball or airball, or are you going to do some flips, or maybe just bounce freestyle? There's minimal or no waiting, and it's one person to an individual trampoline. It is impossible to be in this space without smiling - and I looked at everyone's faces, so I should know! There were people bouncing off of the walls (which are also trampolines), leaping like mountain goats, doing aerobics (they have classes that are an hour long), and everyone was smiling. My face hurt at the end of the night! I have fibromyalgia, which means I was very concerned that I would be booted off of the tramp-field for "resting;" they have a strict policy of no sitting down on the trampolines, and if you saw how some folks caromed around in there, you'd agree with the policy wholeheartedly. Anyway, nobody gave me any flak for how gently I was bouncing/bobbing, or how many times I got off of the trampoline field and went to sit on one of their nearby orange couches. There are six or so stairs up to each field, so it's not, to my knowledge, a truly accessible space (unless there's some kind of ramp or lift that I missed somewhere), and because the stairs are powder-coated metal with holes in it, I would exercise extreme caution using any assistive devices on these stairs, in case of getting stuck. It's not just young people and kids, either. I saw plenty of grey hair catching air out there! For safety, cleanliness, innovation, sweet tunes, and way more exuberant fun than I could've ever imagined, this place definitely rates four stars. A complete hour is, I believe, $18 per person? $12? I didn't actually understand their pricing schedule, but someone else may be more adroit at it. You can apparently buy a ten-hour pass for $100. A half hour of bouncing time was definitely enough for me. Oh! And bring at least two quarters if you want to use the locker; they cost $0.50 for a small one. read more

Woah. So much to say. Let's start at the beginning. Driving here... Not hard. Look for the big orange and yellow signs. Give yourself extra time to get there. Also, the directions from Yelp were better than my GPS. (Nice job Yelp!) Check in... Pretty easy. Complete your waiver in advance, tell them your shoe size and you're off to the rules review and then Boyce away. Clearly trampolines are not the safest invention ever made and you are knowing taking a risk so there really isn't a surprise if people get hurt. The place is spacious and the staff is pretty good at crowd control. I liked that they keep same sized people clustered. There was never a time I saw a young kid with older teens or teens with adults. They are very strict about the height requirement. Good job on that. We were there today for a birthday party so we got a private bouncing area. That was nice. After one hour of jumping, we went into the party room and the guy assigned to our party room worked his butt off. We offered help numerous times to try to give him a break, but he was not having it. All in all, the adults worried about injuries, the kids had fun and a good time was had by all. My kids didn't make it out of the parking lot before they crashed. read more

If I could give zero stars I would give it to them. Poor employee selection. We were buying a 7 day pass but the cashier told us it would be better if we bought a 90 day pass, so we did. None of the people over there cared to explain what the do's and don'ts or terms were. We went the first time and were told that our toddler can't jump because it was glow time. We were like okay our bad we should have looked at the schedule. Today we went again and were told to come back after 5 and that the trampoline park was already full and that they can't allow the pass holders. Like WTF! I called the customer care and a really shitty Francisco answered. I told him about the situation and he asked me if I had the receipt. I said no, the cashier didn't give me because he said I just have to come back and tell my toddler's name to get in. He said yes that is correct and the terms are on the receipt for booking in advance for the passes. He did NOT say sorry my employee didn't give you the receipt or sorry you were NOT educated when you bought the pass. Instead he told me that I shield have researched before buying the pass. What a great customer service. I told him if he wasn't even going to apologize and he said NO he works in a different department and that it was not his fault. I told him it was a shame he couldn't help me. Unbelievable. I am for sure that I am never taking my toddler again. Such a shitty place with shitty employees. I took my son here for toddler time during the morning hours on a weekday. The place was pretty empty save for a few employees. This location is in a random lot behind a bunch of warehouses and smells like trucks farting diesel fuel all day long. Aside from that, there's NO heat?!?! It's JANUARY in New England...the temps are regularly in the teens. My 18 month old was at least wearing fleece lined pants and a heavier sweater but his hands were freezing. I wasn't allowed to jump, but I had to purchase their socks anyway so I could watch to make sure my kid didn't run headfirst into the metal gate blocking off the court. Overall I paid $15 to freeze my @$$ off for an hour and a half. It was an okay place to let him run around and burn off some energy, but I would not come back between November and April. read more

Read stars as: 3.5 stars I went with a bunch of friends to SkyZone for their SkyJam 18+ event where they are open from 10pm to 12am with many different activities open. Overall, very fun time! They had 2 games of dodgeball open, a slam dunk activity, a foam pit, and open trampoline areas. However, I am taking off 1.5 stars for customer service. First, the person at the counter couldn't be bothered with us and basically ignored all our comments as he rung us up. More importantly, my boyfriend was doing one too many flips, eventually landed on his face, and got cut by his glasses. It was not too serious of a cut, but there was a good amount of blood on his face. The guy supervising that area barely made any efforts to help out, just asked if there was any blood on the trampolines. Though it wasn't serious, I would think that seeing a fair amount of blood on someone's face would prompt some sort of first aid. All they did was give us band aids and some paper towels and my boyfriend cleaned himself up in the bathroom. I just hope they are a bit more helpful/vigilant during normal hours when little kids are jumping around. read more

Been here twice, the workers need to get their rules aligned...some say adults are not allowed to jump during toddler time and some say It's okay. Otherwise, it's a decent facility, clean, plenty of tables and chairs for your personal items. I also noticed in the foam pit area that the Zip ties (excess flange) on all the signs are cut at a very sharp angle. It's all fun and games until your ACL contracts so hard that it snaps off the top of your tibia... Or something like that. Sky Zone is a great idea for children's birthday parties and high calorie burn workouts. The location is a little sketchy, hidden among some warehouses in scenic Everett. Our group of 10 twenty-somethings arrived in 2 vehicles for my younger sister's birthday party. After much arguing among siblings/friends whether or not we were going to be tortured and killed in the abandoned parking lot, we finally located the entrance. Inside, after signing a waiver longer than Anna Karenina and just as difficult to understand, we took a group photo (the BEFORE) and wandered through the facility to check out our options. As it's targeted to children, it's full of the screaming demons everywhere you turn. You can free jump, jump into foam pits, play trampoline basketball and try your luck at trampoline dodgeball. Maybe some other stuff. We tried the free jump and foam pits, where we all discovered that we need to burn calories more often. At that point we spied the trampoline dodgeball area was empty, and immediately scrambled to claim it. My team was crushing it. It was the 10 of us and some random kids who were total bullies, but we showed them who was boss. The foam balls don't hurt although they can surprise/stun you, especially when you get one to the face. The worst thing they can do, though, is throw you off balance. Which apparently is what happened to me. I valiantly took a shot to the face, and while off balance a ball rolled under my foot, and we're still not really sure what happened but the game came to a screeching halt as I landed in the fetal position, clutching my knee in agony worse than I've ever felt, totally silent. Luckily I was there with my 3 siblings, best friend and other friends, so they had major sympathy for my situation, right? After I was helped off the playing area and into a chair, supported by my older sister, best friend and a staff member, the rest of them continued the game at my urging. So what if I couldn't speak from the pain, couldn't un-bend my leg and was rapidly watching it swell to twice the size of the other knee? I wasn't going to be the one to take the spotlight on my little sister's birthday. If I went to the hospital, 4 people would have to leave and go with me. No way. The show must go on! The manager, assistant manager and 3 staff all crowded around, anxious to help however they could and frequently urging ice, tiny bottles of water and to call an ambulance. Someone went back and watched the security footage (which I wish I could see, more than anything in the world) and said that yes, it was an epic-takedown. But no, I adamantly claimed I was fine. Just don't touch me. Or look at me. Or talk to me. I refused medical treatment, and waited in agony through the rest of the day until we were finally headed home and conceded that yes, I very much needed to go to the hospital. After some massive medical failures, they informed me that I needed surgery ASAP as my ACL was dangling inside my knee joint with the top of my tibia attached to it, no longer attached to my lower leg whatsoever. Long story short, if you're 10, go here and have a blast. If you're an adult, think long and hard about the benefits your work offers for FMLA and salary continuance, as I got a crash course when I unexpectedly had to take off 4 months for my recovery. Don't be that girl who has to explain multiple knee surgeries by saying, "I broke my knee playing trampoline dodgeball." Just don't. read more

This is my third SkyZone I have been too. This place is nice and a lot of fun. The adult areas are pretty small but I am sure they would adjust it if there were more people. The staff is very inconsistant with personalities but overall nothing to worry about. This place is in the middle of nowhere. My Uber driver was hesitantly asking me if he had the right address because he thought I was taking him somewhere shady. (Sir... I should be more worried) I came for a SkyRobics class, and I really didn't come with any expectations. To-Do's: - Sign the waiver before class (either online or in person) - Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. - Get the required socks, which has gripping on it. - Put your belongings on the correct cart, which are assigned by each group. Nico was our SkyRobics instructor, and boy was he easy on the eyes. I had no problem watching him instruct us how to do things. But actually, all of the staff at Sky Zone were super friendly, always initiating a conversation while I was passing by. This place is super fun place to go in a group, whether you're a kid or an adult. The class went like this: 1) Cardio - Intense jumping variations on the trampoline. I was already tired after 15 minutes of this. 2) Circuits - There was TRX, push-ups against the stand-up trampolines, planks, PLACKS (plank jacks), squats, and medicine balls. This definitely targeted every part of your body, and you had to steady yourself on the trampoline while doing squats, so it was really working your core. 3) Abs 4) Squatting game 5) Stretching My inner and back thighs are now sore, meaning that this was a great work-out. It was new, fun, innovative, and definitely a great place to bring a group of friends to suffer together. Make the trek out to this venue! read more
