Rated 4 stars for the kid's perspective. My son loooved coming here for a friend's birthday party. Absolute blast. Weeks later he still talks about it. I think you get a lot of time in the gyms (you do 2 gyms ) and a decent time in the party room. We have hosted a bday party at the Y years ago and never will again due to the fact the time is so rushed. Not sure if party hosts feel this way having their kids' parties here, but as a participant, I did not feel rushed. Some parents hate this place because they'd rather relax at a birthday party and not run around for almost 2 hours (Fair) but as someone who will miss the free spiritness of my kid as he grows into a pre teen (shudder) I wouldn't cry if my son ever got an invite to this place again. Considered doing a party here but it's cheaper to buy a new couch for more seating in our apartment than to rent this place plus food . If we made 5-10k more a year it still seems like a splurge ‍. But kids love it and will talk about it for ages (especially at the 4-5 year old age group) soooo if you are considering a party here just think who do you care is happier ...your birthday kid and friends , or your sanity ?? The management here just doesn't care. They don't. They can respond to criticism tell us how long they've been in business and act like they do but they don't. They have no business dealing with children, they have no flexibility and will try to squeeze you as much as they can. Worth talking to them about events and it will be abundantly clear. Not worth holding events with them. read more

Came to an open jump, and the kids had fun. The facility, though. Ugh. Broken equipment, old food in the party room, and the door was locked when we arrived 15 minutes after our scheduled jump time. We knocked, and the person at the front desk could not be bothered to look up from their computer. I had to call from just outside the door. We have been to several birthday parties here and have a few more coming up in the next few months. I really can't say enough good things about this place. They have parking on site. It get full, but we have been able to find a spot each time we visited. When you first arrive, there is someone at the desk ready to collect presents, take your information, and you have you sign a waiver. Something small that I found impressive is that they keep the waiver on file; so if you go to many parties you don't need to fill one out every time. It seems like a small thing but it shows their attention to detail and commitment to great customer service. The birthday party starts in play room A and you get a certain amount of time in this room (I believe 30 minutes). You and the party attendants have the room to yourself and it's big, clean, and a ton of fun! There are several big slides to slide down, a jumpy maze, and a regular bounce house (and more). There are plenty of staff around watching everyone and making sure the kids can get up and down. Parents are welcome to jump with their kids as well. When your time is up in that room, the staff line up the kids and roll the shoe rack into the next room for another set amount of time. Room B's cool feature is an enclosed area where kids can shoot soft balls at one another from pressurized guns. They were protective goggles and really get a kick out of pegging each other with the balls. Room B also features a lot of slides and bouncy equipment. After the kids are done jumping, they file into the food and cake room where everything is all set up. They get their hands sanitized and are fed. The staff really keep things moving. As I said at the beginning, I can't say enough great things about Jump on In. I haven't hosted a party here yet but we will. My girls keep asking for one and I think this is the year we will jump on into having efficient, fun parties here (pun intended). I'd say the perfect ages are 3-6 but younger kids have fun in some of the smaller bounce houses and I'm sure older kids still like it too. read more

Woburn has always been my jump on in of choice, but we were invited to a Birthday Party here.. Its nice, MUCH smaller then Woburn, and the set up of both rooms was kind of off that if I wanted to sit down on the benches I couldnt see my child at all... Other than that it was fine, less bouncy houses then woburn too, but they did have a really cool baseball house thing were 4 kids could go in & play back & forth... read more

Just had my daughter's 4th birthday here over the weekend with 18 kids and all of the parents, and IT WAS AWESOME! Most of the kids were 4, but a couple were 5 and 6, and a couple of them were younger siblings who were 1.5-2, and everyone had a blast. Huge space, lots of things to keep everyone entertained for the entire time, and it was CLEAN, which is one of the most important things for me. The party room was also set up well - I brought in steamers, a banner, table cloths, cake, cake pop stand, favor bags, blowouts, juice boxes, drinks for the adults, custom plates and custom napkins - they set everything up for me. There was a little mix up with Domino's pizza order (not their fault) - one of the pizzas was cheese instead of a three veggie topping (the other 6 XL pizzas were perfect), but they were very apologetic anyways and the corrected pizza came later for us to take home. They also were very efficient with clean up and helped us with unloading/loading everything into our car. Overall, I highly highly recommend, and look forward to going there again for another bday party! read more

The party part was great, but I've got a beef with the management. First the party: 17 kids went bonkers jumping around and having the time of their lives. The party referee, Josh, was organized, helpful, and made the party so easy for us. Five stars for the party. Here's my problem with the management: When I booked the party two months in advance, I asked for the waivers to be provided in Spanish for several of our guests. I was assured that this would happen, and they even thanked me for the suggestion. I called the morning of the party to make sure they would have the Spanish waivers. I was informed by a supervisor that they won't provide that. I explained the backstory to her, and implored her to have a translated waiver available. She was rather rude and repeated that they only make English waivers. When I pointed out that it's unacceptable to expect someone to sign a legal document in a foreign language, she told me that our Spanish speaking guests could bring translators with them. I was so angry at this point that I would have cancelled the party had it not been scheduled for later that day. Come on, Jump On In. Do the right thing and provide your waiver in multiple languages. read more

I purchased a set of five vouchers via Living Social two months ago. The first time I came to redeem one I was flat out told they weren't going to accept anymore vouchers for no specific reason. I was in contact with Living Social as were many others apparently. I received a notice that it was resolved and we could come back in. On my second attempt I called ahead to confirm that I could use the voucher. First the person pretended they were booked up at the moment but then she admitted they were not. When I arrived fifteen minutes after I called, the doors were locked and no one would answer the phone again. I don't know why a business would sell these vouchers, and continue to sell them, if they clearly don't want to honor them. Two times I've been left with a very sad little kid in their parking lot. :( read more

Called to ask if I could see the place prior to booking a party for my child and her best friend. The woman who answered the phone said she wasn't sure if I could come, then that yes, I could, but it would have to be really short. Then she said we would need to be out by closing at 7pm. We drove there, arrived 30 min later (at 6:25om), and the place was locked and lights off. Guess they don't want new business. read more

For my toddlers first bday I rented a similar place that offered 45 mins in the room and the rest of the time they could stay playing until they closed I didn't realize I payed for just an hour and a half almost 500 dollars (that's including the pizzas) for a rushed 1 1/2 hours I felt everything was being rushed the staff kept rushing us for everything kids were bummed they couldn't go back in to play I rented this place for my toddlers 2nd bday his bday is dec 23rd 2 days before Christmas there was no one in that place and the kids still couldn't go back in, i like this place but just to take the baby to play for a few hours if you rent the place you'll get rushed out if you go for the day you get to stay till they closed ‍ read more

Went here for a birthday party and it was great! This is one of the newer concepts out there, rooms with inflatable obstacle courses and slides. Since there are so few places to have kids birthday parties nowadays these places are good to have around. The place is immaculate and offers two huge rooms filled with inflatable slides, obstacle courses, bouncy houses etc. The system they have down is pretty good, where they keep things orderly and line kids up ushering from one place to another. Not sure what the prices were but I would highly recommend this place and the staff are both friendly and accommodating. Keep up the good work! read more

The good: - Great for kids, especially in the winter. - Exceptionally clean facility. - All of the bouncy houses and slides are in excellent condition. The not-so-good: - You have to register (and pay) in advance online to reserve your spot for the open jump. Other similar places ask you to reserve a spot but don't make you pay in advance. I'm not sure if it's refundable if something comes up. There were only about 4 kids in there total when we went, so it's not as if they couldn't accommodate drop-ins. - The pricing on the open jump is steep: $12 for 3 hours. But, honestly, how could anybody stay there for 3 hours? The facility is big but not THAT big. I can't imagine staying for more than 1.5-2 hours max. $12 for an hour or two of fun seems unreasonable to me. - Open jump ends at 4:30, but we were thrown out before 4:30 because they had a birthday party coming in. The employee was gruff when asking us to leave. I was pretty upset because we were paying customers and we intended to stay until open jump ended. If I knew we were going to be throw out earlier, I would have shown up a little earlier. Why does their open jump end at 4:30 when birthday parties also start at 4:30? Shouldn't there be a buffer? It seems that it wasn't fair to the people who scheduled their birthday party, either. The owner came out and apologized to us for the employee's rude manner, which I appreciated. I understand they are still new and possibly ironing things out, and I might try them out again but it left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. read more

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I would give this place more stars if I could! My daughter was there for an open jump session, and at the end her rain boots were missing. It was pouring rain & we were walking home. The supervisor called the people who had been there before (there were two preschool graduation parties happening at the time we were there,) and located her boots, which were mistakenly taken by someone else. When that person refused to return with my daughter's boots, the manager **drove to her to go retrieve the boots** and bring them back to us! Unbelievable!! We were also given several free passes ... and before they were able to locate the boots, they even offered to buy my daughter another pair of boots! I truly feel they went above & beyond to take care of us. I'm sure they have a policy (like most other businesses,) that they are not responsible for lost or stolen items, and the fact that they were so genuinely concerned & helpful really blew me away! So few businesses excel at customer service, and the managers at Jump On In really impressed me & demonstrated that they truly care about their customers. Also, the place is very bright and spotlessly clean (even the restrooms,) and the equipment is in great condition. The staff are attentive & keep the kids safe & keep the action moving. It's a safe, clean, fun & positive place to take your children. I couldn't recommend Jump On In more highly!! read more

The facility itself is good - pretty clean, keeps the kids entertained, etc. It sounds like birthday parties go well here, too. If you're at an open gym session, however, consider yourself warned: there are basically no employees enforcing any rules. Unfortunately, there are plenty of inattentive parents letting their kids race around, knocking over younger kids, jumping over the sides of the inflatables, etc. Even worse are the adults IN the inflatables, taking up space and knocking into little kids. It would be great if there were more "referees" around to deal with this. read more

We attended a birthday party in March 2015. Yesterday in the second play room the facility had opened the rear door that opens to parking lot. The door was unattended. Not only was foot traffic coming in, but any child could've easily walked out. I closed the door and went to report this to a staff member but not one staff member could be found on the floor. Won't be bringing my children to a place that doesn't have security as its top concern. Otherwise the facility was clean and appeared well maintained. The children love coming here and out of our five visits to birthdays haven't seen any opened doors, etc. except for our most recent visit. read more

Have been there twice now for children's birthday parties. Lots of fun, for children and adults. Grown ups too can go on the slides. Probably the only thing I'd change about Jump On In would be that *everyone* should have to take their shoes off to be in the playrooms. Right now, only those who want to jump/slide have to - which means that some people are walking around in shoes, some in socks, kind of gross anyways, but especially when the weather is bad and some people's shoes are wet, dirty, etc. Would be better if the playrooms were socks only. The last time I was there, JOI could have been a little cleaner, too. But overall, a really fun place. read more

I've been here many times with my kids and have had a birthday party here too and have always had a good experience. However, this past weekend I went with my kids and the place was so filthy. The bathroom was out of soap and all of the hand sanitizers were empty. The odor was almost unbearable and the carpet and floors looked like they haven't been cleaned in days. When word was out that Jump On In had a new facility in Boston - summer of 2012 - I called immediately to book my daughter's 4th birthday party ! Many Boston families had used the Woburn facility in the past - so having it close to home was wonderful! Having it be a brand new facility too with new equipment is of course is a great bonus. The manager was very welcoming and full of helpful advice - he gave me a tour (anyone interested in hosting a party might want to do this ) and I loved seeing the rooms with daylight streaming in through the windows ( unlike Woburn ) The equipment is fun and suited my children's friends who were 4 + yrs old. Jump On In has a structure you follow for the party - which works well and their staff helpers are on hand to guide the children and parents into the different spaces at the allotted time. The room for the pizza party works well and is private. The staff helped us a lot with crates for carrying party gear to and fro ! They have thought it all through so well and help a lot - so it free's you up to enjoy your child's party too ! I think i have been to 10 + parties at Jump on In - my children love it and based on the number of fellow nursery school parents who have also chosen to host their children's parties there too - I would say to those on the fence about hosting a party there - you won't regret it ! My daughter had a wonderful 6th birthday party at Jump on In. The facility is prestine with multiple rooms of slides, obstacle courses, inflatable houses. The children had a wonderful time and I recieved many compliments from parents on the venue. The Jump on in staff was very helpful in making her party a success. Since her birthday party, my daughter and her friends have gone to the open playtime at Jump on in several time. They have always enjoyed themselves. We had a birthday for our 3 year old at Jump On In and it was the best decision. From the moment we entered, our "referee" LaTonya, greeted us and took care of everything. We had a second referee, Herm" who was equally pleasant and enthusiastic. They engaged the children and made sure everyone had a great time. LaTonya even gave my mother-in-law batteries for her camera! The whole place was clean. All the equipment was in perfect condition. I don't have a complaint. Worth every penny. read more

I decided to bring my 3 year old in for a jump session during the February school vacation week. Initially, I was concerned that the place would be a zoo and that she may get pummeled by older kids. I was also nervous about being able to help her manage the houses as I had my 7 month old strapped to my chest in a baby carrier. However, I was pleasantly surprised! We managed to get in a few minutes after opening (which I think saved us from the larger crowds). My daughter (who is quite petite) was able to manage most of the bounce houses on her own. When she needed help one of the "referees" was always near. He took her up and down the huge inflatable slides and was really looking out for her knowing that I was nervous. She managed to jump the entire two hours and loved every second of it. I suggest letting the referees know if you think your child may need a hand. Our referee went way above and beyond his job and he seemed to genuinely enjoy it. She can't wait to go back! read more

I held my 3-year-old birthday party at Jump on In on Saturday 2/23/19. We enjoyed the large play room. Everything else about the day was poor. It should be stated on your website how strict you are about the time of the event. We felt completely rushed. The staff you had assigned to our party were not clear about what the event would be like. You should give families stop clocks that go off, so they can be rushed to the next activity. I understand that it is a business and you want to fill the place with as many people as you can. I also understand that you book your parties tightly so that you can maximise on your revenue. However, as a participant it just felt horrible. As we were trying to clean up you send in more staff (black males) to yell as us to leave. Just Poor done in complete poor taste. The person that came in the room started spraying the tables and food wasn't removed from them yet. For one hour and a half to spend $617 is just poor. I wished we chose another place for my daughter's party. I am extremely disappointed and will never return to the establishment. Just Poor!!!!! I cried on my way home.
