I planned to have my son's birthday party here. He had never been (or heard about it) and it was going to be a surprise. He ended up asking for money instead of a party (kids these days), and I agreed. Then, because I tend to spoil my child, I decided that I was going to give him a big birthday weekend with Sky Zone being the final event. He had a great time, and still hasn't stopped telling me that I'm the best mother ever! Before you go: -Fill out the online waivers - it saves time -Book your jump time online in advance, BUT give yourself plenty of time to get there because you WILL get lost. -Give yourself extra time, you will get lost. I know I said that already, but it's worth repeating. This place is located way in the back of a sketchy industrial park and my GPS did not have an easy time finding it. -Wear loose clothing and high socks So the trampolines were fun, it was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pricing was decent too. My only complaints are that finding the place is a pain and the line to check in was long. We will definitely be going back - my son wants his party there next year and my friends and I are planning on going to an adult jump soon. read more

It's a nice place but the customer service needs to improve a lot!!! They also need more staff in, we shouldn't wait too long to play in each courtroom. read more

Fun for the kids but just not clean enough ( would recommend them to put out some sanitizer around for the kids) & of course over crowded.. the line to get into the place was a little to much however I car understand that. Staff was nice to ok but I can't give more that 3 stars. read more

If you want a brief review... It's a room with trampoline floors. Enough said. If you're someone looking for something to do, go check this place out. Its not that expensive and totally one of a kind experience. Try and recruit some friends to go with you though, it probably isn't much fun by yourself. If you're iffy on trampolines: I can't do anything more than a 360 on trampolines and Skyzone is still a blast for me. My friend is a trampoliine guru and does things like Misties and 720 frontflips and this and that (I don't understand it any more than I understand Pit Bull's spanglish rap). It's mostly about the active experience that really is unmatched. Potentially you're a parent who's worrying about the waiver you have to sign to let your kid go: it's really not a big deal. So long as you make sure your kid knows to follow the rules for the most part, kids typically have enough sense in them to not try ridiculous aerial stunts if they can't land them. And the staff is pretty proactive about making sure everyone stays within bounds and isn't being reckless. You will work-up a good sweat jumping for so long, so dress appropriately. Jeans are a mistake. Biggest complaint is that sessions are only an hour long. read more

Came here for a SkyRobics event and LOVED it! The class was a group of 5 and one trainer. My roommate and I got an amazing workout from it! We both plan on coming back. I've been to an indoor trampoline place before and I'd say I definitely like this place better. The trampolines here have a stronger spring than the last place I went to. It's just an awesome feeling jumping here! You definitely go higher. It's easy to get carried away and crash into the walls haha. The SkyRobics workout was awesome. Who knew you could do so much on a trampoline? We had a circuit that included planks and TRX and this ridiculously hard half push up thing. Holy moly my upper body was so sore for three days straight! And the trainer only had us do each set for 30 seconds. So, it was hard but good to know that we didn't have to suffer through it for so long. But seriously, just take the class to try the 'popcorn' move :P The employees here are so pleasant! They were all really friendly and always smiling! Finding a place where alllll their employees are like that is a rarity. The only downfall is their location. It's in the cuts. And it's reallllly dark if you go at night. You'll see some warehouses and think you're lost, but keep going. It's just a little further back. I would definitely come back. Especially since your first time is only $6! I think you have to buy their socks though, but they're not expensive and you can keep them. read more

There's nothing more humbling than getting annihilated in dodgeball by kids who haven't even hit puberty yet. I decided to take all my friends to Sky Zone for my bday, since...the older you get, the more you want to stay a kid:). After about 20 minutes of jumping on trampolines, we looked like winded elderly people. Well, next to all the 8 year olds filled with boundless energy--yeah, we were the oldies. But we looked mega-cool and hip in some Sky Zone high-top trampoline shoes. Right, right? Despite not being able to keep up with the REAL kids anymore, we had an incredible time doing back flips into foam pools, dodging balls with our adult diminished agility, and unleashing our inner giddy 6 year olds. We were probably the oldest people there... Us (after spotting some other adults): "Do you want to join us in dodgeball?" Adults: "Oh, we actually just came here to watch our kids. Where are your kids?" Us: "uh...those 25-30 year olds over there." *womp womp* After hurling our bodies across trampolines all day, everyone had huge smiles on their faces and a terrible need for Icy Hot. But Good God, I can already feel those abs forming, under the 16 layers of Icy Hot. Aw yeahhh. As long as you don't expect to be able to squat down/bend over/turn your neck for a few days without soreness and pain, this is the best place ever to take your equally childish friends. Best. Birthday. Ev-Er. read more

Bouncy... Bouncy... Bouncy.... ::FACESPLAT:: brush myself off... Bounce some more! I came here a couple months back for yelp event and had so much fun bouncing around. The place is great for big groups and they even have private rooms and packages for kid parties. We came at night and it was a bit hard to see the signs. Our GPS was totally lost but the directions here on yelp are very helpful. Good times! read more

Are you 18 or older? If so continue reading this post. Skyzone is the place to be on Saturday nights. You're shaking your head, and I dont blame you. How could this be true!? For $15 bones you get to throw balls at people, throw yourself in a foam pit, or throw a impromptu race with a stranger named Maarky (definitely a Townie). When was the last time you bounced on a trampoline? When was the last time you jumped and rose more than 5-6" off the ground? Want to weightless? Me too, me too. The Saturday evening 18+ event starts at 10PM with 1.5 hours of jumping, followed by pizza and soda. Never have I ever enjoyed pizza and soda like this. You will not regret this decision! read more

We had been meaning to take our almost-three-year-old daughter to Skyzone for a while now, and we finally got the opportunity. Everything worked out so well, much better than expected. First of all, we were thrilled that they had a court just for toddlers, so we didn't have to worry too much about our little lady being crushed by the big kids. It was also nice that they allowed us to sit up on the platform by the trampoline and keep an eye on her. She had a great time, and expended a whole lot of energy (read: a plus for everyone!). The gym is very clean, and at no point was I concerned about a surfeit of germs hovering about, which is the case whenever we go to indoor playspaces. It's also very affordable: for the toddler bounce, it was $6 for 30 minutes. At that price, we can afford to take her on a semi-regular basis, which is nice. And the snacks were a pleasant surprise as well, as they had mostly healthy options, many of which were organic, and they were affordable. I think the little lady might love to have a birthday party at Skyzone at some point in the future, and the kids having/attending parties there today all looked like they were having a blast. So we'll keep it in mind for the future! read more

A definite recommended spot for something different. I went here as part of my brother in law's birthday celebration and was skeptical based on certain reviews and my own perception of trampoline places. I was completely wrong. This place is great for everyone. It becomes 18 plus after 10pm, which weeds out the rugrats that may you may otherwise accidentally punt across the trampolines. We had a 2 hour ticket (10p-12a) and my first thought was "is this really going to be long enough?" After the first 10 minutes of jumping around, I was soaked in sweat and taking a breather on one of the many leather couches circling the gym area. Even the most in shape people are going to be gassed after while, so the 2 hour limit makes perfect sense. Sky zone provides "sky socks" for $2 so you have some grip on your feet. You have to buy them, which makes me wonder why they aren't just included in the final ticket sale (small gripe). My group didn't have one issue at all with the staff or other patrons. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. I can imagine how many goobers epically fail at the basketball dunking area, but the one staff member working it humored our numerous, pathetic tries. Small things like that go a long way in making people comfortable. At the end of the night, they provided everyone with free pizza and drinks (included with your ticket). They could easily gouge people for more, but again, they did it right. As far as the difficulty in finding the location, Google Maps GPS takes you literally to the first sign directing you to the site. If you can read and follow signs, you will find it (unless you're Michael Scott and Dwight Schrute). read more

So, to get here, you have to go down, turn left, keep going, take a turn at the sketchy alley and then keep going. JUST as you're about to turn around out of fear of getting attacked by the Rogue Marble eyeing you through the fence (there's a marble/granite place next door), you see the dimly lit sign. So, accessibility: you make me drop a star. This is an excellent place to bring a slew of friends, or an adventurous date (or that One you're trying to test out and see if they're a good sport- or! The One who hates physical activity and you're trying to get them to stop calling). Like bowling, you have to get shoes. Instead of snazzy leather kicks, these are basketball high-tops with no arch support. Totally not flattering, but safe! Personally, this place is a little tooo far from public transportation to venture out to again but hey, if you have a car, give it a shot! read more

I was dragged here by the wife to attend our friend's birthday (Ellie W.), me being 30 (going on 60) definitely felt the motion sickness of the continual vertical movements. Considering I haven't been on a trampoline since I was probably 8yrs old but after getting the hang of it we all decided to play dodge ball, where i failed miserably. Tripping over everything and everyone, I was quickly executed by the soft foam balls. I'm glad these balls were made of foam because I would've definitely had some marks to explain to my coworkers. Anyways, I would suggest you be in somewhat of a healthy and physical condition when attending this marvelous fun zone. I felt safe and the employees did a very good job of enforcing rules and making sure no one got hurt. I would also suggest you place all your larger belongings in the car before entering because the lockers are small, just big enough for a couple shoes, cell phone and keys. Also, the place is a bit hard to find. You need to look out for random signs on Telephone poles that point you to the correct warehouse building. read more

We went to Sky Zone for the first time today. My boys had a blast. We were lucky to hit it on a day that wasn't very busy. I'd imagine it's chaotic on weekends. The staff was both friendly and very informative. Can't wait to go back. Thanks Brian for explaining how everything worked. You and your coworkers were great! I had observed a kid that hurt his ankle. I watched as your staff assisted him to a chair and got him ice and then continued to keep him company while he sat nursing his injury. That speaks volumes to me!! read more

Been here twice, the workers need to get their rules aligned...some say adults are not allowed to jump during toddler time and some say It's okay. Otherwise, it's a decent facility, clean, plenty of tables and chairs for your personal items. I also noticed in the foam pit area that the Zip ties (excess flange) on all the signs are cut at a very sharp angle. I've seen plenty of toddlers and kids jumping at eye level with this accident waiting to happen....YIKES! read more

Super fun! Came here for what turned out to be my surprise 30th birthday. Boy was it fun, but boy did I feel 30. That jumping is exhausting and we were all so sore the next day. We lucked out that, because we were a large group, and because we were pretty much the only adults there, we got our own area. Apparently they tried to charge us more for that in advance, but we risked it and lucked out. A bunch of us said that, if we hadn't had our own area it probably wouldn't have been as fun. So, go with lots of adults if you're going to go. We had a blast jumping around and playing dodgeball. Getting out of that damn foam pit was probably the hardest thing I've done in a while, but I'm glad I jumped. It was so fun that I came back to take the skyrobics class. This gets lower marks. The part where we jumped was really fun, but the rest just felt like a regular aerobics class. I don't need to be standing on a trampoline to do tri extensions. But, doing mountain climbers against a trampoline wall was worth it! And it was quite a workout. I left feeling like I really went for it. I wish they had a separate court for aerobics, because doing it on the main court meant some trampolines gave way more than others, which did a doosey on my knees and back. And I did totally eat it, but that was okay. It was unique and I'm hoping to go back again. I thought it was reasonably priced and a good workout, plus you don't have to pay for a dumb membership... just pay as you go. read more

The first time here a was very disappointed. I did not plan on jumping but my children did. My children were 8 and 14 at the time. They would not let them jump and play together even after explaining my son has special needs. For that I would only give the 1 star. I recently return with my daughter and we lied about her age so we could jump together. Yes I know it's wrong but why spend money to spend family time when you can't actually be together. We were able to laugh, jump, and be silly together. It was a very memorable adventure and even though we had to lie to get it we did have fun. read more

I docked a star because of their waiver process, but everything else is great. You used to be able to print out a paper waiver and bring it to them, but now you can only complete the waiver online. I know, I sound like a tech-averse old lady. But with our recreation club, parents need to sign ahead of time, and not every parent has email/computer access so paper waivers were very useful to us. The good news is your waiver is good for one year! Here's the run-down: -Very difficult to find! Use a GPS and pay close attention to the small SkyZone signs once you get off the highway. If you're coming from the West (Medford.Somerville side on Rt 16) you have to turn right to get to the other side of the highway. It's a little confusing, but you can make it! -You have to wear SkyZone socks for an extra $2. I get the safety thing (grippy on the bottom) but one kid had the same socks but they had "Launch" (a competitor) written on them, so the staff made us buy new socks. Boo. -Even on a rainy Saturday, this place is not crazy busy, or at least it doesn't feel like it. Don't fear the crowds! - There are different areas to the trampolines (dodge ball, free jump, foam pit, etc.) but they are very regulated by staff for safety and efficiency. They do a great job of making sure everyone is following the rules, but having fun at the same time. -There are signs posted everywhere that say you can't bring outside food, but they don't really strictly enforce this. There is a food stand with candy, pizza, soda, etc, but I didn't see anyone running it so maybe they are lax some days, and not others, but if you are discrete about it, bringing a bagged lunch isn't a problem. -The prices are more reasonable than some of the other trampoline parks in the area by a few dollars per hour, but overall, I would say it's a pricey activity. $22 for two hours plus $2 socks. -On a Saturday during the day, about 90% of the people jumping are 12 and under. read more

Oh so sore! But worth every bouncy moment. We went on a Sunday at noon (right at opening) and were pleasantly surprised. They split the adults (which there were only about 10 of us jumping) from the kids so, we didn't feel like we'd crashed a 5-year old's birthday party. We purchased an hour pass, and glad we did. This allowed us to take a few, much needed, time outs. And for only $12, you can't burn that many calories in any fitness drop in class! (They do have a fitness class here, which looks intriguing). Couple pointers: wear tall socks. I didn't and got blisters from the hi-top shoes they make you wear. Also wear a tank or t-shirt and shorts/pants that allow a lot of movement. Otherwise, you won't be able to do fancy, dorky split jumps and flips. read more

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Such a terribly run birthday party. We had the 310 slot and they let the party before us run 30 min late causing our party to be late. The result was the kids in our group were hungry and thirsty and the parents were grumpy that things weren't over at the time noted. The party planner or whatever she is called was nice but ended up spending Half the time trying to figure out what to do to fix this instead of you know guiding the kids around. It was chaos. They did apologize but I can't get that birthday back. Do NOT have your birthday here today unless you want to have a stressful and unenjoyable time read more

What else does a 22 and 33 year old have to do on a boring Wednesday night besides bounce up and down on a huge trampoline? Nothing! We head into sky zone at 6, for an hour session of jumping. I was shocked to see a ton of kids, maybe it was spring break or something. The smaller kids generally stay to one side and the ahem, 'bigger people', stay away from them to promote safety. There are a lot of rules, yes, but maybe because im older they wern't entirley 'enforced'. Except that one time I was running across the trampolines and the 15-year-old who needed working papers from his guidance office for employment screams 'no running' as I fall and bust my face. So, I think the rules are there more for lawsuit purposes and maybe an I-told-you-so kinda thing if anyone gets hurt. There are three major parts of Sky Zone; The Foam Pit, to practice your flips, the jumping area, and the dodgeball court. The dodgeball court was my favorite because what mid twenty year old doesn't like ganging up on a bunch of 14 year olds. (and by ganging up, I mean they schooled me). Can't wait to go back. My only issue is that after jumping i'd love some greasy, overpriced pizza, but that's okay, I just head to Armando's after. read more

Really unfortunate - sent my own kids plus their friends for what should be a great rainy day activity. Instead - theres one single activity - an obstacle course - open. So after 20 minutes they are bored and done. Paid for 90 minutes, what a waste. read more

Amazing time with the kids. I also jumped and felt like I lost a pound or two.

We did our son's 7th birthday here. It was fairly priced, they provide everything and they keep the kids moving. I would definitely do another party here. Plan on being asked for a tip. That caught me a little off guard and I wasn't sure how much to give. It was $300 for 12 kids on a weekday, pizza, fruit and favors. We jumped for an hour and the staff was very attentive. read more

I believe I reviewed Sky Zone back when I first attended, but I recently hosted a party there, and I think it is worthy of a separate review, because it is a different experience. The staff was completely phenomenal. I made an error in setting up the event, and most of our party arrived late (after check-in, and some even after the jump was set to begin), so there was a lot of confusion at the beginning. The people at SkyZone went far above and beyond to accommodate us, moving things around, crunching numbers, and doing everything possible to make sure that everyone was able to jump with us. Everyone had a great time, the person who helped with the cake and pizza was a lifesaver, and the whole event was a huge success. Considering that it could have been an unmitigated disaster, I am eternally grateful. I don't actually have kids (I set up the event for a local group I volunteer for), but I would absolutely recommend Sky Zone for future events. I know the group will keep Sky Zone in mind next time we want a family-friendly party. Both adults and kids had an excellent time (even if I am so bad at dodge ball that I maybe shouldn't play at all). read more

This place is full of ignorant workers who yell and shout at parents and children. There was an incident when we came here as a family for the first time. We have two toddlers playing in the small jumping area as we were watching them, and there were other parents were also watching their children. One of our toddler fell down so my sister approached her to help her out (without jumping) and suddenly there was a guy screaming and shouting tat us saying to get out of the jumping area as it was jumping to him. He approached us and yelled at us with very bad attitude! He was claiming that my sister was putting other children's lives in danger!!! She didn't jump and if her intention is to hurt children's live, she could have hurt her daughter's life first! And why is the yelling ? We escalated it to the manager and he was defending his attitude also saying that it was danger to get into the jumping area. He also said that he watched the video of my sister jumping! We said Great show us the video then? He didn't agree to show the video. That means they didn't speak the truth and they didn't apologize for shouting and being disrespectful. If you really care about safety then you should put someone who watches the toddler jumping area, not someone who cleans the floor and suddenly glimpses the area and comes to shout at people! And also you should train your workers how to be respectful when speaking to people. I don't recommend this place at all!!!!!!! read more

Fun for kids and adults. Check in was crazy, they definitely dont have enough people working up front . Prices for any food or drinks was way to much in my opinion. They sell popcorn, pizza, smoothies, bagged snacks , and bottled juice/water. There is a water bubble available also. Prices are per person/few hours. They book parties as well and I was not impressed with the general flow of things. The party I attended was chaos. Upon arrival, they put everyone in a "private space" and 10 mins later said everyone had to get out because they had a party coming in. There was no private jump/game time for the attendees of the party so your with the general public at all times. After playing, you go to a party room; eat, sing happy birthday, have cake and your basically kicked out . They had brought in the next parties belongings while the party I attended was still going on! They cleaned up while we still had time in the room, they said so they could prepare for the next party. I mean shouldnt they have a block between the parties so they can do that? The kids had fun, but a lot of time was spent just waiting for skyzone staff to get the crap together. read more

Skyzone is a blast! Brought my 14 y/o with her 13 y/o friend, and they LOVED it! Went on a Friday night in August and because I'm a planner and a little paranoid, I ordered reserved tickets ahead to time on their website. I was worried our time slot would sell out but to my surprise it was pretty quiet. I suspect the weekend weekends may be quite different and Very busy!! They jumped from 7:30 - 9:30. It's a cheap Friday night activity versus going to the mall with teens and shelling out tons of $$$$. The waters are pricey, but once empty I filled them up with the water cooler. Their snack selection seemed healthy and vast, offering a few gluten free options for those requiring them. The place is hard to find and because I get lost everywhere I go, I'm relieved that other fellow yelpers had a hard time finding this place because they makes me feel better :) Great time! Trampoline park? Seriously? YES!!! This is an amazing activity to do with adults as well as kids. Laugh-out-loud fun, invigorating, and great exercise. Have an over-active kid who needs to burn off some energy? This is the place to go! Want to experience the childhood joy of bouncing, flying through the air, flipping, and grinning from ear to ear? Look no further. Prices are very reasonable, snacks are available and healthy, staff are friendly and helpful. Safety is a focus, but of course, trampolining does have risks, so keep that in mind. Sky Zone even offers trampoline aerobics that will kick your ass. Seriously. The space could benefit from a dedicated, carpeted stretching area. They don't specifically suggest stretching prior to and post-trampolining, but they should. Also, there are rooms set up with picnic-style tables for birthday and other parties, which would be more comfortable with some carpeting, colorful walls, and maybe some movable tables and chairs. The main reason for 4 stars rather than 5 has to do with lighting and signage outside the space. Sky Zone is located near Metro Rock, in an area populated by warehouses and dimly lit parking lots. They say they are a walk from Wellington station, which is technically true, but would be scary and dangerous given that one must cross a multi-lane highway and confusing rotary. Most importantly, however, the street address doesn't accurately get you to the actual entrance, there is very little signage pointing you in the right direction, there are no big signs outside the actual location, and lighting along the streets as well as in the parking area is horrible. Driving there with my friend, we were pretty apprehensive. Sky Zone, invest in some big signs and big lights. Then you'll have a great trampoline park that doesn't feel scary to get to! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. There is absolutely nothing nice to say about this facility. I planned a whole trip from the South Shore for a group of 10 friends to go to this Skyzone. 10 customers who were spending hundreds of dollars at this establishment, with the potential to bring others and likely return ourselves. I bought the tickets on Groupon, thinking I would save some friends a little money. I have, in the past, not always read the fine print and had things fall through due to my own irresponsibility. SOOO this time, I read everything possible to know that this trip would be a success. Needless to say, we traveled all that way only to get to the check-in and be told that because it was a Friday "Glow Night", we were not able to use those Groupons. I asked the employee to show me where it says that we were not able to use those Groupons that night. The employee however could not so he got his manager. The manager also could not point it out. They simply stated it was in the fine print. When I asked him to show me, he said the portion that says, "Walk ins only" stated that we could not use it. The actual Groupon title was "Six 90-Minute Open Jump Passes: Valid Any Day." They said that it was Groupon's fault that the information wasn't on the coupon (which doesn't make sense because Groupon gets their information from the company). The manager had absolutely zero customer service skills and simply said that it was "Glow Night" and we weren't able to use the coupons. We would have to either use the Groupon and pay essentially double the cost for the extra "Glow Night" essentials or contact Groupon and get my money back. NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I CONTRIBUTE MONEY TO THIS COMPANY. So, I simply took the group of 10 elsewhere and certainly got my money back. I will never give money to this establishment who simply cannot own up to their mistakes and honor their promotions. read more

HORRIBLE FRONT DESK SERVICE. A woman named Colleen who was supposedly a shift leader was outright rude and mean for no reason. We had a large group and payment got a little complicated and she said "I can't believe you guys are springing this on me right now" all while sighing and huffing and puffing. I've never experience someone so openly rude. If you can't smile and be nice and hide your frustration, customer service is not the job for you. read more

I hope management reads this and comments and really honestly looks into it because there is a woman at the front desk named Colleen who should not be there. plain and simple. she is extremely rude. I asked a simple question to her and received a half-answer and major eye rolling. I asked her to clarify her answer and she said "I can't" and rolled her eyes some more. She is extremely rude and does not belong in a customer service environment. She belongs in a place where she has no interaction with people, because clearly she doesn't like people! Skyzone: you are a great place and lots of fun, but management come on now, read these review and youll see that the main complaint is your front desk staff, which is unfortunate because that is an easy fix and there are so many other people looking for jobs who would love to be there. but instead you have employees who don't want to be there and SHOW IT. read more

im going to give this place four stars for fun and originality! this is such a cool idea and is one of the only places in the area where you can jump around on huge trampolines. i wasnt sure what to expect when i came here, but im always up for an adventure. you should be too if youre here! the place sells tickets by time--$8 for 30 minutes, $12 for 60 minutes. id recommend trying to buy tickets online before you go because you could have a pretty long wait before your time to jump. when your time starts, youre admitted to the area with the trampolines. there are four areas. two with dodge ball, one with a huge foam pit, and one just for jumping and doing tricks. they section the areas by age/size, so some of the areas get pretty involved, especially dodge ball. this place has some pretty strict rules, and what ill call 'tramp guards' (think life guards for trampolines) to monitor things. you can do flips and tricks, but you cant bounce each other and you cant do flips jumping from one section to the other. some of the rules are a little lame, but it didnt really hinder me or my friends from having fun. i will say that this place is probably a little more fun if you bring a crew of friends, including vince vaughn and melody from 'hey dude,' with you and hit up the dodge ball. the one downside (aside from all the rules) is that this place isnt t accessible. i think they have another location in hyde park, which may be accessible by the t, but im not sure. read more
