1) impossible to find as others have stated 2) staff are poorly trained(if at all) and inattentive 3) if you call in for help with directions the staff will not be able to help you at all 4) no security also as mentioned, you could lose a child 5) dirty Enjoy!!! read more

This place is expensive, crowded, hidden in an industrial park, small, and has the most annoyingly strict waiver policy. I had read a bunch of reviews beforehand and studied from google maps the layout of Sky Zone and its surrounding streets, so finding the place was pleasantly quick and simple. There were various signs once you reach Air Force Rd. Parking on the other hand was a (pardon my language) B****. I brought kids here on a Saturday with e-tickets all ready for 12:30pm time slots. Traffic coming here and fighting for a parking spot made me late by 30min. The parking lot is oh so tiny, completely inadequate for all the patrons that visit this place. Then when I got to the check-in counter, I was told all but 1 kid could enter because he didn't have a parental signed waiver. I was mad at myself mostly as I completely blanked. So while all the other kids played, I was with the other one outside filling out an online waiver. I'm not his parent so it was a huge hassle of calling the parent as the waiver required his/her license. When I FINALLY got him checked in, we only had a lil over 10min left to jump. I tried to buy more time but the place sold out. It was an entirely stressful experience for me. So why 4 stars? Because my suffering pales in comparison to the radiant smiles of the children. While I was getting a headache 5min into jumping, the kids were having the time of their lives. So yes, I WILL BE BACK, prepared this time. read more

Sky Zone Trampoline Park - Map on how to get to Sky Zone from where GPS/Google will drop you off - Trampoline Parks Near Me - Everett, Massachusetts

Horrible. Absolutely horrible service! The woman at the check in counter was rude and accused people in my group of entering and jumping already when none of us had and were sitting in the lounge waiting. Then when we got to the dodgeball area, there were a group of guys that were clearly friends with the ref that were being extremely rough. I'm 9mos pregnant, was standing off to the side and almost got hit by these guys. When we complained to mgmt, they did nothing. Never ever ever again!!! read more

If when you were a kid you spent hours jumping rope, hopping over your neon Skip It or dreamed of having a backyard trampoline, this place will be pure magic. It will also be the best work out you might get all year! Between huffing and puffing and panting, you'll realize that you've never had so much fun being active. The great part of Sky Zone is there is something for everyone. They have a toddler/preschooler jump area, which is obviously for the little tikes. There is also a general jumping court, which has a basket ball hoop. Trying to slam dunk is an adventure of mostly misses matched with a feeling of weightlessness. The general jumping area is typically divided into zones by the jumpers size. They separate 8 year olds from 25 year olds. People love to complain about this rule but I'd rather see folks jumping safely than getting hurt. Next up, the foam pit. Want to try flipping... or flopping? Do your best Gabby Douglas impression into the pit. Then make your way out of the quick sand like foam pit. I usually get stuck and it requires a lot of strength to actually make it out. (Not my favorite part of Sky Zone). Lastly, the dodgeball courts! This is probably where I spend most of my time. I'm not the best and throwing or catching but I do have a mean dodge. All this on trampolines of course. Saturday nights, Sky Zone hosts Sky Jam for 18+ only; an awesome deal! 90 minutes of jump time for $15, 2 slices of pizza and a drink. Head over for intense dodge ball games. read more

It cost something like $9 for 30 minutes of activity; if you're not a heavy cardio person, 30 minutes is enough time. Honestly I think I could have jumped for a full hour, but my friends were tired after about 20 minutes. The required socks cost $2, but you can use them again next time. This makes the price a total of $11 (there is a parking lot and it is free). They have a few different zones - a foam pit, basketball area, dodgeball and just trampoline area. The basketball had a long line, and given that I only had 30 minutes, I opted not to wait for that. I did play dodge ball and it was a lot of fun (maybe because my team kept winning against a teenage girl's birthday party group). I spent about half the time just jumping, and even though I don't know how to do any flips, bouncing around was still very fun - bouncing off the walls, spinning in the air, doing a toe-touch, etc. The location is kind of hard to find, but there's lots of signage so it actually wasn't bad once we got closer. Just make sure you stay on the right roads, as they branch off a lot (we ended up down a dead end and had to make some u-turns to figure out the right way). They do ask that you complete a waiver beforehand, and I can see how this is a high-risk sort of activity. Wouldn't be surprised if some head injuries or broken bones came out of it. That being said though, I saw lots of little kid birthday parties. Don't feel awkward about that if you're older, there were still plenty of people over 8 years old. They do sell food, but it's stuff like pizza and popcorn. Bring your own water because you will want to re-hydrate and the water fountain is a bit of a walk outside the jumping area. They do have lockers, free and not-free (but only 50 cents). To be honest, I don't think anyone would steal your stuff from the free cubbies, but I put my wallet and coat in a paid locker just to be safe. read more

Very clean !courteous staff! Took my kids there and they had a blast. I'm glad they have a separate area for little ones. A good place for kids to play! Btw all ages were in there jumping and having a good time. I definitely will be going back! read more

I am assistant director for the Cambridge boys and girls club and we took our kids here for one of our summertime field trips. The kids loved it and so did the staff. We all had so much fun and the place is big and friendly you'll want to keep coming back I know the Cambridge kids want to :) two thumbs up!!! read more

I came here for the first time a couple of days ago and I was kind of disappointed. First of all, it was really hard for me to find this place because it's located behind a building, in which you have drive down a long parking lot to find. It is very hidden and not obvious. I've never been to other skyzones, but I thought this place was very small and very boring. There are about four different zones that you can go into: dodgeball, foam pool, basketball, and the regular trampolines. Given that I can barely do any tricks, all I did was jump around and bounced. Very boring and tiring. I was really excited for the foam pool, but it was a major disappointment for me. Literally bounced and jumped in and that was it. The worst part was getting out of there because you sink into all the foam. Not convenient for a short 4'11" person like me. My friend and I ended up spending around $10 to play the basketball arcade game (in which I kicked ass btw). That was probably the highlight of the night. In terms of other utilities, they have free lockers and also paid lockers. I wouldnt trust the free ones so much cuz it's just out in the open and people can take things easily. Small lockers are only 50 cents and large lockers are 75 cents, but it's once time use only. If you don't have quarters, they have a change machine. They also have a snack bar which is super convenient. I got the mango smoothie from jamba juice and it was really good. I ended up paying $12 to jump around for 30 minutes. It's usually $11, but I had $2 off from one of the college booklets. And then $3 for socks that you can keep or recycle. I also heard that they offer classes to teach you how to do tricks. I might take one of those classes so I can have a better time here next time. read more

Do NOT buy a gift card for this place! They CANNOT be used! It's a great time, but the giftcards cannot be used for online reservations and if you don't have a reservation you will probably not get in (unless you like to go at midnight on a Tuesday). I've had these giftcards a whole year and have never been able to use them. 12/3: I'm very happy to report that the manager exchanged my functionally worthless giftcards for new cards that can be used when making a reservation. The two teens I took to SkyZone this weekend are eager to return, having had a great time. I have thus increased my rating to reflect this. read more

Soooo much fun- I love the atmosphere! I think that the endorphins that are released are well worth the $15 entrance fee!!! It's a great work out while having fun with your friends. Highly recommend it to everyone except those who have bad backs and neck problems. I bounced a little on my back and neck and now it feels a little strained. read more

A bit pricy and some people playing dodgeball take it a bit too seriously, but overall really fun and well managed. I unfortunately sprained my ankle by landing between 2 trampolines on the harder blue foam. The skyzone guy noticed it right away, helped me to get out of the zone and brought me ice within a minute. Great customer support! read more

Had a blast there with our kids while in town! Superb service from the staff! Definitely a must if in the area!

Went here on a groupon for a friends birthday and had such a great time. It's not a glamorous place by any means but it is a lot of fun and offers an awesome workout. They have sections by age which is nice because your not jumping over little kids and they also have a dodgeball area, dunking area, and a foam pit. I would recommend going when it's not a busy night because then there is a line for each activity. They offer lockers for 50 cents. read more

Bouncing good time. Hard to find location. Sketchy warehouse area, but only place really that can have this thing going on. The variety of jumping arenas was pretty cool. They have foam pit, dodge-ball arena, bouncing area, bouncing aeroball, and sky aerobics. Tried everything except skyrobics. Was exhausted after an hour of bouncing. Great work out while having fun. Recommend this place to anyone. Just make sure to read reviews on timing. Weekends are crowded. Waivers need to be signed and tickets should get purchased in advance. Its a lot to handle but well worth it in the end. read more

Just had my fiancé's 30th birthday party here and it was a blast. The staff made everything about planning the party super easy and were very helpful while we were there! Everyone had a lot of fun and I would definitely recommend this place for a party or a group of people. We played some dodgeball, jumped in the foam pit and slam dunked at the basketball hoop. We even enjoyed our pizza, juice boxes and water that are included with the party package! The only thing is that this place is hard to find which I saw on previous reviews but the staff member I talked to on the phone gave me some good advice on finding the place so I would recommend calling ahead to get some direction help. I can't wait to go again and since they gave my fiancé 2 free jump passes (which I didn't know would be included with the party) I know we will! read more

I took my son to the Sky Zone, and he had a blast! I highly recommend it if you have children who are active and need to blow off some steam. Especially during the winter months. The entire place is full of trampolines, and as dangerous as it sounds, they keep it extremely safe for all participants. My son loved the "Continuous Dodgeball Game" going on. My only complaint would be he and I couldn't jump together. They separate the adults from the children. Other than that, a blast! read more

I have been to Sky Zone three times already and I cannot get enough of it! The place feautures different games that are played on trampoline like basketball and dodgeball. I would say that 30 minutes is enough unless you want to seriously train. If you want to dunk, this is the place! They also serve food like pizza. There is plenty of parking. read more

Let me start this review by saying I'm not a parent, nor am I child or teen. I go here for the sky fit classes and I'm well over 40. I love this place! I am very fit and work out most days . I like to be pushed and challenged physically , but much more importantly, I like to have fun. This place is SO MUCH FUN! I was a gymnast in high school and did some diving, so I'm comfortable jumping etc . The saddest thing is that they really market and design this place for kids and kid parties . I'm not crazy about kids. I wish they had more adult time ( I'm considering going on Saturday night , but that's a late time for me, and I'm worried it's a very young crowd, but it's more the time ). If you're looking for a fun& bouncy & challenging workout, try the sky fit class! read more

We went here Friday night for my 8 year olds birthday. We have been before and had a blast so figured it be a great idea. From the minute we walked in the door we received nothing but a bad experience, the girl at the front desk was very unfriendly and not helpful. The staff on the floor promised to announce my sons birthday and never did , and the kid that gave the "rules" was robotic and speaking very fast not one of the kids understood a word he said! We were there for all of five mins the kids wanted to play dodge ball ; the whistle blew and next thing I know my 5 year old was lying on the trampoline screaming on the top of his lungs. The two girls working refused to help ; when I asked if I could get me child , as their were other children getting off the trampoline the first girl told me "no", the other "yea I guess"! Not one of them offered to help me . I rushed over to my child and brought him over to family . My aunt was frantic , the kid that came over that was giving the rules 90 miles a min was standing there not saying anything , I had to ask for water and ice . He comes back with two tiny little bottles of water , and a baggie of ice and a tiny piece of paper towel. My aunt demanded the manager , when the women came she comes over and says " your son got hurt" my child at this point was screaming he felt his leg snap! The manager the continued with , "I'm not sure what your plans are but I have to get a report before you leave maybe someone else can take him in another car" then disappeared to get her report . When I asked her to check the cameras she completely ignored what I said, not once did they offer a ambulance or any type of help . Not one of them cared as my son was screaming in pain! Now I understand you sign a waiver and that isn't my point, but not one of them cared or insured my child was safe . They were just a bunch of teenagers that didn't care at all that he was talking fast to a 5 year old ! The girls seemed like they couldn't be bothered , there was no sense of urgency from not one of the staff members including the manager! After hours in the Children's hospital , we found out he broke his Tibia! The next day another manager called to "follow up on the report" ; as I explained she seemed like she cared a little more than the other people but , not once offered my money back giving I was there for 5 mins and my horrible experience with her staff. Not that the money would change that my son broke his leg! Instead had the nerve to ask me if I wanted COUPNS for the next time I visit! Again I signed the waiver for my child but your running a business, a 5 year old breaks his leg ... where's the compassion?!? Horrible experience !! read more

Wow - I am OLD. After 20 minutes of bouncing around on these things, I was DONE! my knees are so bad, so I was pretty scared to try any daredevil moves like flips or fancy bounces, but all the kids seemed to be having a blast. read more

The workers here are horrible and don't know what they are doing and also it is very small and the workers pay no attention at all and also I've heard many time they were swearing and yelling at people for no reason and one time i was hurt all they did was tell me to get of the trampoline and didn't care at all about my injury this place is horrible the one in Danvers is amazing highly recommend that one read more

This place was great! Very clean, the staff were extremely nice, and the trampolines were way better than I expected. We went with a group of folks and it was really fun. I highly recommend it for a party or any other event. Great exercise too, it was super fun jumping in the foam pit too. Overall this place is great, I would highly recommend it! read more

This place is terrible and a big waste of money, you go there with your kids expecting to jump and play with them, instead all they do is yell at you, and separate you from them, I didn't go there to jump with the older strangers, and my oldest is cleared for all the trampolines, all I heard was you can't do that!! You can't do this.. and we signed waivers, I don't get it,!!! Place sucks!!!! U don't hear any of that at altitude in Billerica.. and it's bigger u can actually jump with your kids read more

How can you compete it with indoor trampolines. In winter time this becomes a staple as a cheap way to tire out hyped up children. Thirteen dollars is reasonable price for an hour of non stop bouncing. Even I have jumped when I need a throwback to my childhood. My kids love a good game of dodge ball. The only downsides is you have to buy special socks to jump on the trampolines. So remember to save the socks if you plan to go again. Also you can't jump with your kids but I understand it's a safety thing. read more

Love it! Unlike other trampoline parks such as Altitude, or Launch, the staff are very aware and make sure everyone is following the rules. At many other trampoline parks, it's complete chaos. Sky Zone is a very safe place to jump. The only reason I, not giving it five stars is that they don't have long trampolines. As a young gymnast, I enjoy tumbling but am unable to do so at Sky Zone. I also like how they have a special area for small children, UNLIKE ALTITUDE, WHICH REALLY NEEDS THAT. read more

Today was my first time visit to a sky zone. I explained the number and ages of children I had with me to the front desk staff person who then sold us all jump tickets and socks. I had my three children ages 2, 5, and 6. The two year old counted as a toddler. I was made to believe is bf on a court with him jumping which is why I paid for a ticket and socks also. Wrong. The staff on the court side was rude, and on a power trip. Instead of presenting themselves in a helpful manner, the only time they spoke was to bark orders at the children. When asking them a question you got condescending responses. I understand working conditions and stress but you cannot first halfway explain the rules then have a dictator yelling at everyone for breaking them. The harsh environment felt like recess at jail but I think even prisoners receive a bit more respect. I saw one staff member who was monitoring the toddler area argue with a mother over the height of her child. Very rude and unprofessional. Pros - there were several people there but with so much space you could hardly tell. read more

horrible horrible. its a set up. don't waste your time.. $400 party that was just absolutely horrible.

Love love love! This place. Went for a random day while in Boston for training and couldn't get enough! Totally wears you out but would be the best place for a kids party and even an adult one! You're never too old to come here. I went with myself (20) and a few friends who were older than me. The staff was very friendly. They have two dodgeball rings and that was the best. We were able to play the game we all played when we were little while bouncing on trampolines. Highly recommend this place for parties, for play, and they even have exercise classes. read more

My kids love it here and we had my daughters 11th birthday party here yesterday. With the exception of one staff member, Brianna, I think, everyone was very helpful and professional. Our party person was named sassy and she was great! The pizza was delicious, we brought our own cake and there was nothing I needed to do!! The kids had a blast and I got to watch the patriots game while they jumped. Thankfully all the guest showed because I would have had to pay even if they didn't! read more

Came here on a Friday afternoon in the summer and it was perfect. No crowds and no lines! It was like having the place to ourselves. Our group of 4 was able to go in the foam pit, shoot basketball, have several rounds of dodgeball, and do free jump all in 30 minutes. Well worth the $10 each. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was really fun and we all left happy (and sweaty)! read more

First time here and probably will be the last. The parking lot was cramped with very little to no spaces available. The location seemed very sketchy for kids, it's situated behind a chop shop and probably a meth lab around the corner as far as I can tell. Then we proceeded into skyzone with reservations and all only to find out that it was overcapacity. Maybe if there was a more organized booking system in place this wouldn't have happened. The monkeys running this place are money hungry and they will consume you, your wallet and soul. That's bad for business. The unfriendly staff were all useless and miserable that they had no desire to even be there themselves. I can definite feel for them as this place is trash. If you like disappointment by all means go here otherwise think of your children and how they will feel. Anything more than one star is most likely fake review paid by skyzone themselves. In all honesty this place blows horses dudes. read more

According to a manager, this location arbitrarily changed its policies in the last couple of months regarding size of child vs. age of child. While children under the age of 5 (in my case, my son is 4) were once allowed to bounce wherever as long as they met size requirements, they are now relegated to a cramped "toddler pen". I was told by the same manager that this policy was put in place to prevent "discrimination based on size". Age discrimination is thing, too, or so I hear. What makes the least sense about this arbitrary policy is that younger kids are not allowed to bounce into the foam pit, which already has a safety measure in place to allow only one child at a time. A young child would, by definition, be unable to crash into an older child in the foam pit. But I suppose you can never be too safe. Probably safest to make all the kids sit quietly in a line. Suffice it to say, as soon as my son turns five we look forward to never returning. read more

This place is a rip off. They do not have the heat on in the winter. I do not recommend bringing your children here. It's been such a brutal winter, how can you run a business that welcomes children as young as 0-4 and not have any heat??? Whoever the manager is does not care about their customers nor employees. Everyone is freezing, shivering, bundled up while working or jumping. It's plain pathetic and we will never come here again. read more

The best part of the skyzone experience is tapping into that inner twelve year old - who doesn't love the old backyard trampoline? Came with a group of 20-somethings and we had a blast. Dodgeball was intense but great fun, the basketball jump court and foam pit were great too (if you don't mind fishing yourself back out of it). No injuries among us but beware of sore muscles the next day. The hour went by quickly but it was enough time for everyone to get in a great workout AND leave happy. read more

Fantastic! This is the third Sky Zone I've been to. Compared to the ones in Boston and Providence, Sky Zone Everett is a bit darker (building with no windows in the trampoline park) and a bit older-looking, a bit less clean, but otherwise, it's a stellar trampoline experience like the others. The staff were really friendly, and we lucked out, going the Friday of Labor Day weekend- so there were only about 10 people there for the entire hour we jumped! If I hadn't gone to the others first, I would have given this one five stars, but now I'm even pickier about my trampoline experience. :) Also, the building is REALLY hard to find- the 69 Norman Street address on our GPS is quite far from the building, and you have to follow the small signs down a maze of turns, driveways, and alleys to find the building. read more

This would be fun really only for kids or if you can afford to rent out the whole place but if you have a large groups like we did of 25 people they don't really care whether you and your group gets to play dodgeball at once or not very frustrating all in all it was a good time but you'd think such a large group they might give one or two more shits about. read more

My experience @ the Everett location. I saw Bad Moms Christmas & instantly wanted to take my girls there. They were excited to go. It is extremely hard location to find. However that was the least of my problems that day. It was a Sunday & they have a # of couches. Which a # of parents were treating as if they were @ home legit sprawled out even sleeping. One gentleman was sleeping while sitting up. Ok cool with me he still made the rest of the couch available for other parents to sit down. The icing on the cake had to be when I stepped in human feces in the ladies room. The staff did quickly attend to the ladies room put up a caution sign. However offered no alternative to a ladies room. Nor any direction to why moms, young ladies & girls could not use the bathroom. I did hit Sky Zone up before I decided to give a negative review. I did not expect free admission for the next time. I did receive a apology & would like to keep my opinions on that to myself. Maybe I just expected just a bit more. A "maybe hey no problem we @ least have the cost socks." Maybe I am wrong ??? I in no way shape or form do I hold the young most likely good kids that work there responsible. I saw them as over worked and under paid. Parts of Sky Zone trampolines were not open do to lack of staff. I was told by many friends to not go to the Everett location but to Danvers. So if we do go back Danvers will be the location. If you and your family decide to go to the Everett location just beeeee weeeerrrreee in the bathrooms apparently not every noes how to get there poopies in the potty. read more

This is the ideal place for 10-11 yr old boy birthday party!!!! We took 10 to this on a Sunday and the boys played dodge ball for an hour. They LOVED it. How can you not have fun bouncing and throwing balls at the same time. We then have pizzas (not bad) and brought our own cake. We had a private room for 40 min and it was perfect. It has snowing and cold outside but this is the place for indoor fun. Make sure that you do the required home work with the parent waviors (from the correct place is very important) Watch out cause parents will down load the one from Bloston and you are in Everett. You will not get to jump. Wear long socks and loose clothing and have fun! read more

Great place to take the kids. Very clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. Well worth the trip.

Fabulous fun, but not cheap. Much better, in our opinion than the Boston location which was super crowded when we went there. If you're looking for a great place to host a kids' birthday party, this is the place. For two hours, you get an hour of unlimited jumping in a private jumping area with organized games (sans anyone else from the public, which is super great!), pizza, juice and a host that takes care of everything. At $500.00, however, make sure you use the maximum number of 24 kids to make it worth while! The kids love to keep the free socks, too, and at the Boston location, they have yucky shoes that the kids have to wear and return (ewww!). read more
