There were numerous logistical failures while we were at Launch. When we arrived, we noticed that our reservation start time was listed on their check in screens for the wrong time. We notified staff that it was the wrong time and they said no big deal. Well, it turned into a big deal when they ran out of space for birthday parties starting after ours and they were trying to kick us out of our party room. They also ran out of pizza- they had to order pizza for our only our party from Domino's. They said it was from Domino's, but it tasted like the worst Domino's pizza we ever had in our lives. Something you don't want to happen at a kids birthday party is to run out of pizza- there will be a mutiny. We had booked our party months in advance- how poorly managed are you to not have enough dough, cheese and sauce to make enough pizzas for the booked parties. They also ran out of silverware, napkins and knives to cut cakes. While we were cutting our cake, the staff came in our party room and just took the knife from us as we were using it and gave the party room next door. After we finished cake, they were trying to rush us out because they ran out of party room space. It's their fault they had our time listed wrong- I showed them my confirmation email listing the correctly booked time. What a waste of time and money.

They also had a variety of games, which require a pre-paid card, but were all very reasonably priced (0.25 cents to $1.75). The pre-paid card also came with certain deals (load $10 receive $12 credit) and there were a variety of games for a variety of different skill-levels. They had the "play until you win" claw machine too, which is great for kids of all ages. The prize wall was expansive and the prizes were "priced" fairly. It ranged from a few points for candy to thousands of points for larger items. My son was able to get a stuffed animal for around 700 points, and he loves that thing. The area was clean, it was not crowded, parking was plentiful and staff was friendly and approachable. We really loved Xtreme craze.

The second gym was bigger and nicer but they didn't have as much time in this gym and once we were in the party room we weren't aloud back in the gyms to play... it was just like rushed, and small. I was extremely disappointed, the kids had fun which is and was what was important but as a parent paying $500 for this party I expected a much better experience. And I can not even imagine if all the kids and adults that were invited could have made it how we could have fit anymore people in that tiny party room. Never again.

As I had ample time in the family bathroom nursing twins, I couldn't help noticing how dirty the bathroom was. It was 10:30am and toilet and floor were very dirty. In the party eating room there were two highchairs available, although one had broken straps and the child couldn't be strapped in. I have these same highchairs in my home. They are $25 from Ikea - I would hope a replacement highchair is in the works. As I was a guest for a birthday party, I did not pay attention to prices. My 3-year-old had a blast however; they are lacking accommodations for families with younger children and that made our time difficult. We don't plan to return.
