Really great staff, the music is funky, and it's overall really fun. However, the socks are a little bit expensive. Will go again.

We hosted a birthday at Launch for 10 kids. We will never host a party here again and we do not…read morerecommend that anyone has a birthday party here. There were numerous logistical failures while we were at Launch. When we arrived, we noticed that our reservation start time was listed on their check in screens for the wrong time. We notified staff that it was the wrong time and they said no big deal. Well, it turned into a big deal when they ran out of space for birthday parties starting after ours and they were trying to kick us out of our party room. They also ran out of pizza- they had to order pizza for our only our party from Domino's. They said it was from Domino's, but it tasted like the worst Domino's pizza we ever had in our lives. Something you don't want to happen at a kids birthday party is to run out of pizza- there will be a mutiny. We had booked our party months in advance- how poorly managed are you to not have enough dough, cheese and sauce to make enough pizzas for the booked parties. They also ran out of silverware, napkins and knives to cut cakes. While we were cutting our cake, the staff came in our party room and just took the knife from us as we were using it and gave the party room next door. After we finished cake, they were trying to rush us out because they ran out of party room space. It's their fault they had our time listed wrong- I showed them my confirmation email listing the correctly booked time. What a waste of time and money.

I jumped in the adult sized one and tackled my niece full force. Couldn't stop laughing as she flew! My favorite portion of the park is the Ninja section. I'm super rusty and it really showed that night. Missed the grip and dinged my finger good enough to bleed and require a bandaid. As for the pit below....ya'll NEED to CLEAN that more often! I found coins, broken plastic toy plates, gum, socks among the dust. Someone dropped their airpod in that pit, and that'd probably be the only reason I return (I'm determined to find it).

When I pointed out her behavior, she responded by saying she could have us removed. I requested to speak to her supervisor, but she said she was the manager and asked us to leave. Additionally, she refused to provide her name, which left me feeling quite frustrated. Just want to add that I called Fun City to speak with a manager and they said I was harassing their business . Follow Up Review Response: I see the business responded to…read moremy comment and I applaud and appreciate them being responsive to feedback. I do want to reiterate that my experience could have gone very differently with a "I'm sorry that there was confusion about when you'd be able to access the room. I can see how that might be frustrating. We will do everything we can to get you access to the room as soon as possible." Nothing like this was ever said. We were told the room is in use and the room is being cleaned and then we were admitted. We were admitted before the stated contract time but the reason I choose to still provide feedback about the experience is b/c while contract language says "jump time 1-2, room time 2-3" there was also email guidance about what could be brought in and how access to the room could be granted upon arrival to decorate and set up, which lead to my confusion. Also EVERY other party we have attended there and I'd say it's over 5 we had access to the room no fewer than 30+ minutes prior to "room time" or before the end of "jump time" however you want to phrase it. There's a difference between being contractually "in the right" and providing quality customer service. It's true it said room time 2-3 but it did not say no access will be provided to the room prior to that time and did have conflicting guidance in emails about access to decorate, etc. Lastly, based on the comment about being dissatisfied with the outcome, I want to be clear the only "resolution" or "outcome" I was looking for was room access, which we eventually received and we expressed our appreciation for your party planner with both words of gratitude, tip, and assisting her in getting all the items upstairs. But the outcome we never received, which appears we won't, was an acknowledgment of our feelings or even a bit of empathy for the confusion we had and the frustration we felt. Maybe it was entirely my fault to misunderstand email language about set up and base my expectations on past experiences, but all it would have taken was a simple "I'm sorry there's confusion. I see how that could be frustrating. We will do what we can to get you access as soon as possible." That's all I needed...

We have always had large parties & book the largest one we can get. We would get up the big room above the registers which is perfect. This year, we were in the smallest room upstairs. When we walked in, I asked them if it was our room because we always get the big room due to the size of our parties. I also asked if it was for 24+ people in which I was told no, it holds 10-15. I stated that it was going to be a problem because I have more than that. In return, I was told "it has nothing to do with the room, it's the party that is booked" & that there was another legendary party booked. I am not really sure why there would be another 24+ party booked if there wasn't room to facilitate/handle it. Our party ended up over flowing the room & into the upstairs eating area due to not having enough room to fit everyone. It was rather uncomfortable apologizing for having adults & younger children sitting on the floor eating pizza. Not just that, but for the last few years, we go there & part of the course and/or a room is always shut down. This is the 3rd year in a row that one of the major play areas is closed off. As for our host, I have no complaints, he was helpful & there if needed. We also did not end up getting a bag for the birthday children which we usually do. I am sad to say that I think our time at Sky Zone has come to an end. It was very disappointing having to spent as much money as I did ($500+) on a party that was fit for 10-15 people. To say "it's not about the room" was not the best thing they could have said. It is about the comfort & space especially when you have a big party. 5 pizzas & refills are not worth what I had paid.

What can I say besides "wow!"…read more X-treme craze was a really cool place! Our family members recommended it for our son, and we're excited to take him on the bounce-house Nerf gun wars. I believe we visited on a Tuesday or Wednesday, whichever night it was they had a special an hour of Nerf wars for $20/pp. Our son had a great time in the HUGE (HUUUUUUUGE!!!) bounce area ( it is so big they have CCTV in the back for parents/non-participents to watch from the seating area). They also had a variety of games, which require a pre-paid card, but were all very reasonably priced (0.25 cents to $1.75). The pre-paid card also came with certain deals (load $10 receive $12 credit) and there were a variety of games for a variety of different skill-levels. They had the "play until you win" claw machine too, which is great for kids of all ages. The prize wall was expansive and the prizes were "priced" fairly. It ranged from a few points for candy to thousands of points for larger items. My son was able to get a stuffed animal for around 700 points, and he loves that thing. The area was clean, it was not crowded, parking was plentiful and staff was friendly and approachable. We really loved Xtreme craze.
