It can get a bit crowded and over-bearing during peak times, but if you plan accordingly and come off-peak it's pretty calm and enjoyable. One attendant at time, 4pm. Nobody to supervise the one moving attraction. I waited several minutes to ask her if it could be used and she complied for 3 minutes. After that she had to return to the reception area. Paid $20 per child for one hour. Not worth the cost to visit this location. Dirty floors and water fountains. Sorry for this franchise. I worked at altitude Merrimack for 6 months this is my review of the current conditions. While I was employed there I was treated like I was easily replaceable. Mind you, I worked an average of 120+ hours a month picking up every shift I could and was never shown any appreciation for my time. While being there I've witness multiple careless mistakes by management and absolute disrespect towards employees and customers. Management will lie to employees promising employees promotions and never follow through. I was promised to be moved to maintenance along with 2 other employees back in September making $14. this was never the plan. They instead brought over a maintenance manager from Conard and fired a Merrimack Manager. My co-worker has been with the company since it opened and they demoted and wouldn't give him a reason why. If you do decide to work here due to poor recognition and management you will be subject to on average of 3 shifts a week being 4 hour shifts which most of the time get cut to 2 hours a shift at 8 dollars and hour. While you are working keeping the park clean, management will be watching you in the office on there security cameras nitpicking your every move and calling out your mistakes in front of other employees. The current GM has no prior experience to running the park. I've even helped The GM figure out front desk and I was a Court Monitor only there for 4 months at the time. Fair warning if you decide to leave after employment DO NOT put any management down for references for your next job the will not give you a good reference. They are understaffed and are currently have the Concord park employees come down and work for the same rate. Management will tell you that they will notice you picking up shifts and will eventually move up the "ladder" but there are priority is to make money while Management thrives and the other employees enforce the rules and maintain the park for them. oh and don't get on the bad side of the Assistant GM Krysti, YOU WONT BE SCHEDULED!!!!!!! With all that being said if you think this will be a great fit for you think again...To management your just a body to sit there and baby sit the kids and if you complain you'll be sent home and not scheduled. I don't have any hate for Altitude but this park NEEDS to be addressed by corporate. what they do is robbing people of there work ethic and not addressing the real problems. Absolutely disappointed with this place. I came here back in April for the first time with my kids. They loved it! It was amazing! We just had a birthday party here for my twins today and it was a complete mess. The staff was rude to some of the guests, they were completely unorganized and there was no system at all. Once we were in the party room it felt completely rushed. Online it said balloons were included, there were no balloons. I opened my cake when I got there and it was fine..passed it to an employee to put in the birthday room, opened the cake again to start singing and the top part of the cake was toppled over. I spent almost $500 to have what I thought would be an amazing birthday party for my twins and it feels like a complete waste of money now. I'm so disappointed. read more

i brought my kids there and our experience was horrible one of the workers called me "martha the throat goat" after seeing me drink a large slurpee, the smell alone from this business was foul it reeked of sack sweat and regret reminded me of my college years. there was vomit on the floor outside the bathrooms that wasn't cleaned for hours adding onto the already foul stench i saw two teenagers throwing up gang signs yelling "O'block yurrrr" still don't know what that means and making my sons feel very uncomfortable with all these hoodlums. on the way out i heard the young man at the front desk i believe his name was Brandon? asking his co worker "smash or pass" and he then stated "smash i know it's grippy" still confused with that too. if i could leave a 0 star review i would. read more

Figured I would try this particular Altitude. Here is my review. It is smaller than I expected, most of the areas are for kids 12 and older but they seem to let kids any age into the different areas. Nice clean park and the kids really enjoy it the staff on the floor are friendly and accommodating. The girl behind the counter is rude and unpleasant. She has no patience and she has zero personality She mumbles one word answers and doesn't seem to know what's going on. it's a shame that she's the first thing we meet upon entering. Came here during my sons spring break. My son is 9 and I brought my niece who is almost 4 they both had a blast! It's always hard finding things to do with kids that are different ages but this is perfect. The staff was super nice and attentive with the kids. The place itself is super clean and doesn't smell like sweat and dirty socks like most places. Look for coupons before you come, had a buy one got one free so it was only $24 for two hours and socks for two kids. Great deal! Also, sign the waiver before you come makes things a whole lot easier. read more

Not sure what harm there is in enjoying a dunkins coffee while my 12 year old jumps for 2 hours ‍

The age policy is way too strict and not clearly stated on website or on doors of building. I signed waivers online at home before going and the website did not tell me that my twins (barely under two years old) could not jump. So we went there, stood in line for over 5 minutes and only then were told they couldn't jump. Launch is so much better. Opens earlier and let's kids under two enjoy as well. So there I was... It was a nice spring day and kids seemed to be having fun jumping. Some were a little too rough on the equipment, "court monitors" didn't care, so I just moved my children onto a different activity. It seemed all ok, but then... "Oh no!" Says birthday boy's mother, "I didn't get enough pizza for the parents!" "No problem," said Super Dad, "I'll go upfront to order more." But then something incredible happened. No more pizza. They could not get more pizza because it was pasted the deadline. "Ok, well then I'll just order it from somewhere else" SuperDad responded confidently. "Oh no, are you kidding" responded Altitude staff & management. "Bringing in outside food is against our policy." Super Dad "What? But you won't get me anymore pizza, what else are we supposed to do for food?" ...crickets... Super Dad ordered the food anyway, parents can eat in the parking lot if they must... Then BAM! Child with gluten and dairy allergy walks in with a gluten dairy free pizza and ice cream. Father: "I called and was told I could keep my ice cream in the fridge." Staff: "Are you kidding me? No. I don't know who you spoke to but no. And you cannot bring in the pizza, it is against our policy." Father: "OK, well do you offer any gluten free and dairy free foods for my child?" Staff: "No." Father: "And you won't let me bring in gluten free and dairy free food for my child because it's against your policy? OK, well I will just put this ice cream back into my warm car." So just when you thought things couldn't get worse... Super Dad charges in with pizza for all! Hungry parents dove in for their share of the pizza. But then the manager came! "You can't have this here! This is against our policy. THe pizza has to go!" Super Dad: "Come on now. What are we supposed to do? You won't give us more pizza and people are hungry." The Man: "The pizza has to go." Super Dad: "OK. What are you going to do, pull it away from the guests?" The Man: "... No. But consider yourself BANNED from Altitude." I've been coming to the Merrimack location for months and had my sons b-day party here as well. I recently purchased a 3 month pass and was told at the time of purchase that I could take a picture of the front and back of the card to use in the event that my wife has the physical card with her or vise versa. That makes sense as we are not always going to be in the same place at the same time. I was very happy with our experiences until this week. I've been in at least 7 times in the last 3 weeks and have used the picture on my phone each time. On the last visit I was told by the desk clerk that they couldn't accept the picture, I told them I've used the picture every time and their response was "it's in the fine print and I can't accept it". I asked for a Mgr so they went into the office and came back to say they would accept it. Today I came and was told they couldn't take it by a different person, so I asked that they speak with their mgr. She came back to say that today would be the last time I can use it and that their employees were telling people the wrong thing as they were misinformed. I then asked for a duplicate copy or if I could make a copy myself, but the mgr told her no. I was surprised that the mgr didn't come have the conversation. Now it gets ridiculous, my son asked for his usual mixed Icee and was told they can't mix flavors. Smh I said he gets the same thing every time, but she wasn't allowed to do it. I wonder if they changed management or ownership?? I wouldn't come back if I hadn't spent the $100 on a pass. This place used to be great but after today I will never go back. During TODDLER TIME FOR TODDLERS. I bring my kids to this every week here and I promise I will drive to Pelham now every time. They were busy great I get that but it's a trampoline park and it's a time for little kids. A specific man on the trampoline watch followed my kids around yelling at them for every little thing they did can jump together pushed a cone over can't be in the ball park can't throw a block at her brother can't use the basketball trampoline. Told me well she can't follow the rules so I have to yell at her. She's 2 years old she doesn't even begin to get it first off and second ITS A TIME GOR TODDLERS NOT 12 year olds. And on top of that the way he takes to my kids was nasty and like their 12 they are 2 and 3. The manager come and talks to me and literally does nothing but say they are busy oh okay so being busy means your employees can be nasty to little children. I got you I will NEVER bring my kids back here ! The Pelham staff are so nice and always try to have fun with the kids and the owners are sweet people this would never happen there ! read more

We LOVE going here! The kids love all the different activities and could jump for hours. The pricing is affordable and the location is ideal for us (we love having an altitude so close to us!). We visit at least once a month. The staff is always very friendly and energetic. Highly reccomend! read more

I have never wrote a review in my life. That being said.... I took my 2 year old son to the park today. I held his hand as he bounced. I was not bouncing my self. I was strictly fowling my son around so he would not Injure himself. Like any parent would. As I am doing this some young staff comes over and says I can't be on the tramp without a wrist band. My son is 2 . Just turned 2. I was in shock. I said excuse me???? So I am not allowed to hold my sons hand well he jumps cause I don't have a wrist band???? Im not jumping Im just watching over him. The premature staff said "that's right!""" I got a refund and left Immediately. My wife, son and I will not be going back . To that location been to plenty of other locations with my son and never had an issue. I think if they didint hire premature teenagers this issue would most likely be fixed.
