My 2 year old loves coming here, and it's nice to let them get some energy out, however, on more than one occasion, I have brought him here and a multitude of things are broken/gross. In the ninja course(?) above the ball pit, there was a wooden structure with foam padding around it, broken and a few nails were poking out. I told employees about it and they duct taped it. It was like that for weeks. Unsure if it is still like that. In the under 10 section, I will crawl through with my child. Netting is ripped, even high up. Many horrible things could go wrong with that. The plank bridges have been broken where a child could fall down to the next floor of the structure. The lower you go in the levels, the more gross it gets. The only staff I see walking around dancing, making sure things are going okay are the older ones. The teenagers that work there hardly come from behind the front desk. read more

I want to start off with saying my niece(7) & nephew(4) had a great time, The place is great for kids to blow off some steam( I was there for 3 hours). I would not book any kind of birthday party package here I'll explain why. I'm leaving low score strictly based on management.... Well there literally isn't any this people could run with no employee's. It's comical how little the owner must care I'm going to break it down on how bad it is, I'm the general manager at my job so I know how things are suppose to run. 0.) They're playing usher's yeah not edited as I walk in I hearing "ludacris make your booty go smack" with little children everywhere 1. There's a sign that says "we are short staffed but "we're working hard" 2.) there's a sign that says they're hiring 3.) pictures of 3,4 or 6 employees sitting at the front counter on there phones eating pizza doing NOTHING 4.) instead of going into the setting & making sure the netbooks don't go into sleep mode & get logged out they took a label maker and put a sign on it saying to go to the front desk and ask for the password if the netbook logs out, which is a perfect example how bad things are run. Giving themselves more work to do, just bad customer service as ( you have to fill out your wavier on the netbooks) 5.) these 2 signs did more work then anybody that works there might as well fire everyone & give these signs a raise 6.) the place is filthy garbage all over the floor garbage cans over flowing you're walking around in your socks & you can tell the floor hasn't been mopped is weeks if not months, why is 7.) a video of customers enjoying them selfs with ZERO supervision people don't know but a estimated 20,000 people get hurt at a trampoline parks a year some minor but some are as major as getting paralyzed 8.) sickest part staff member laying in the back on his phone taking video of underage girls on the trampoline you can't make this up In my professional opinion it doesn't matter if you triple the staff if you have no leadership, management & workflow the place will continue to have bad customer service, this place is just waiting for a lawsuit someone going to get a nice 100k-250k hopefully nobody has to die for it read more

If there was a lower rating I would gladly have used it. The worst experience ever, room was filthy, pizza ice cold, all the guest left at 6pm without food being served. I was over charged and was told here is a 15% discount be happy. I asked for a manger to call me back, no one returns my call, filed a complaint with the BBB, no response to their inquiry, next step is going to be small claims. I am furious that they ruined the party and think ignoring me will make it go away. There is zero recourse, bad reviews do nothing but at least I know I have warned others to stay away. read more

As a paying customer of several children it is unfortunate that one of the children that accompanied my group was discriminated against because he is an autistic child. These indoor parks usually are for all families who are willing to pay and follow the rules. Tonight I realized this park is not for those who suffer from childhood autism. This child is not behavioral nor does he invade the space of other patrons. Per Fun City the condition for a parent to accompany a child who cannot jump alone is for the parent to purchase socks. After entering the park within 15minutes I realized that this child will not be able to enjoy this park. The father of this child was told he cannot jump when accompanying his son. We explained several times that he has not let go of his hand to enjoy the park himself and in fact he would prefer to sit down like the rest of the parents and let his child enjoy but unfortunately when his son enters a jumping cube he must as well to avoid his son from being injured or attempting to elope. After this the attendant then approached me who was with the group but not the parent of the child and started pointing to random children asking if they were my child and for me to provide proof that I paid for them. I asked to speak to his manager. I then explained to the manager she could look up my number and then explained to her what happened she then began and attempt to list that: we did not follow the rules (being that the adult jumped with the child) which was not safe and also that since we were a large group he had the right to check the bands of the childrenx I asked that usually the first intervention to a mistake is to educate so that the patrons can avoid making such mistakes. This manager was severely dismissive dispite us having a very calm conversation in the end she offered a refund and banned all families. I think that this could have been avoided if they had a sign in the window that stated " no autistic children allowed" read more

Had my daughter's 6th birthday party there last weekend. They were completely disorganized. They didn't have the stickers or the socks ready for us and when they gave the stickers to my wife it was a mess. There were duplicates, people were missing and people we didn't even know in the batch of stickers. My wife spent 20 minutes going through them all figuring it all out and the party coordinator kept taking her sweet time walking back and forth getting 3-4 pairs of socks instead of grabbing socks for everyone on the list. So right off the bat the kids lost 20 minutes of play time and they said they would not change our start time. Then came time for the pizzas. They called us back to the room and we had to wait for the pizzas that showed up late which again we lost time to eat, do cake, and open her gifts. They the proceeded to keep coming into the room to tell us we needed to wrap it up because another party was coming in soon. We kept try to ask them for more time but they refused and we had to pack up and leave the room and my daughter had to open the remaining gifts on the floor out in the hallway! They then told us we had to go to the front desk to check out and pay the balance owed and when I let them know how I felt about their service I was met with disdain. I asked for some sort of discount due to their incompetence and was flat out told NO. So I ask to speak to her manager to which she rolled her eyes at me and reluctantly said fine. The manager came over and was of no help either, basically telling me flat out that there was nothing she would do for us because that's what she was told so I asked to speak to her boss to which she replied NO I am not going to do that. I asked why and she said because he's not here so I said please get him on the phone, she again said NO I am not going to do that. My wife then came over because she could see me getting to my boiling point. She asked for an itemized bill and she noticed that they were trying to charge us for 5 extra people who weren't even there and one person that we didn't even know. They ruined my daughter's birthday party and showed zero remorse for it. $500 for 40 minutes of play time and 25 minutes for pizza cake and presents. This place is completely dysfunctional and the employees from the bottom to the top are lazy and inconsiderate. Never again! Do not waste your time, money and sanity! read more

If you just want a place for this kids to burn off some energy, this place is great. If you want to have a party, this place is a disaster. The jumping area is great and there are a lot of activities. There's a ninja warrior area, a play area with slides, and lots of trampoline areas. For parties, they have no idea what they are doing. I've been to two parties here and both were a mess. Check in was disorganized and we could not figure where to go or who to talk to. Food orders were completely screwed up both times. There was confusion about when the kids were allowed to bounce. The employees were really trying to help, but there seems to be no management or organization to help them out. If you just want to have fun, this place is good, but do not plan a party here. read more

The staff is extremely ignorant and more concerned about socializing with the other staff members. The manager was the rudest and immature I've ever had to deal with. One of the staff members called my daughter fat. Then continued to make jokes over the walkkies to the rest of the staff. My daughter called me hysterically crying from the bathroom. They completely denied all of it. UNTIL we found the kid that was working on the floor and he came to the desk and admitted that she said it. The manager ( Moses) wouldn't give his name. Said " it's against company policies ". Then he proceeded to ask the only stand up employee who said it ON THE SPOT IN FRONT OF ALL THE STAFF!! Management is very unprofessional. they treat their young employees like slaves. They have them scrubbing tiles on their hands and knees and cleaning up vomit and feces without the proper equipment. They schedule them for 9:45 but don't arrive until 10 or later to open the building. They are scheduled to be out at 5 but never come out on time. Management fires these teens, makes them take the shirts off there backs despite not having anything underneath and tells them to leave the premises. It's 30 degrees outside so luckily this child had a zip up sweater. What a crappy way to be treated on a first job as most of them are 15-16 years old. read more

I went here today for the first time with my kids (ages 3 and 1.5). The facility was clean and the staff was very friendly. You can pay to stay up to 2 hours. There is a lot to do, including trampolines, foam pits, bumper cars, laser tag and an enormous childrens (10 and under) section where we spent most of our time. We went on a Friday morning and basically had the place to ourselves. I asked about a membership and the girl I spoke with said it may be a possibility in the future. We will definitely be visiting again! read more

Fun City Trampoline Park - 10 and under play area - Trampoline Parks Near Me - Goffstown, New Hampshire

This place has many safety issues ranging from loud metallic banging noises when jumping on one of there trampolines to being able to touch or accidentally hit your head on a pipe on the ceiling. The staff knows​ absolutely nothing and they don't enforce the rules of the trampoline park at all. In addition, one of the trampolines has a tear in it. The worst part was that every single trampoline there was extremely loose which means they didn't buy the proper springs for the trampolines or they just thought it would be a clever idea to use less springs to save money. Overall, the quality of the trampolines were terrible and unsafe, the staff is lazy and careless, and I highly recommend that you go to altitude or skyzone instead because this place is terrible. read more

Fun city in Salem nh I would not recommend, we had a party there for a 10 year old at 6:30 figuring all little kids would not be there and 10 year old boys would not bounce on any little, little did I know it's a teen hang out!!!! it was so crowded way over capacity! it was unsafe teenagers bouncing everywhere no one was running the place, not a place for kids!!! no guidance no rules, party was very unorganized, we order pizza and it came cold we never got our arcade vochures it was supposed to be 5.00 a child! To top it off there was a teen fight in the bathroom one of my guests had to break up!!! Very embarrassing to host a party there!!!! read more

I had 2 birthday parties and will not be having more. The attitude problem on certain employees is not worth the $500 I've spent. Specifically referring to the employee working bumper cars today (the female with glasses and an attitude problem that likes to yell at little kids and make them run off crying for doing what the host told them to) then to make it worse the unprofessional and immature individual continued running her mouth muttering under her breath, rolling her eyes. I asked to see a manager when the party was done but they never showed up. The place would be great if they didn't have employees that don't belong working with children. This place has so much going on and the kids love it, great way to let off steam! Two things were a great concern though. A kids birthday party, very pricey & mass confusion, you don't know where to go & once you do find the birthday room, not everyone has a name tag & there's no one to tell you what's going on once you get there. There are tables set up for kids but no seating for parents. Second concern is SAFETY! Hundreds of kids running around, crawling babies & just walking toddlers. Kids running in and out of the party room, in and out of ball pits with minimal supervision. Even with parental supervision, kids are going to run, climb, hide and can disappear in a moments notice. There is nothing stopping a predator from quietly taking a child & walking out the door. There is No security check, the staff is limited and there is mass chaos everywhere. Your child is at risk. I very disappointed with Fun City! Terrible management. They just made it so kids under 10 can't jump on the super bouncy trampolines. This policy is fine, but the super bouncy trampolines are the only reason my 6 year old daughter comes here. After 2 minutes I requested my money back since we weren't going to stay and the manager was very unhelpful and would not give us a refund. We are NEVER coming back to fun city. was so boring for the kids. there was a stranger things event and it wasn't even being monitored at each station. there was this one tall slide that needed a potato sack to go down in it and they didn't even provide those. so all the kids got burned going down. and the so called "stranger things" part was so wack. the decorations were barely even there... "the lab" was just some Christmas lights on a wall. the damn walls were peeling. very unorganize.... you would think that since we still have COVID around and monkeypox now that there would be a certain amount of people to be able to come in but no. everything was dirty. sweat stains and all on the couches and dirty mats. read more

My kids can't get enough of this place! Great for all ages! Staff is really fun. We have been to a few birthdays here and the attention given by the staff at parties is inconsistent. Sometimes they are great while one party, we had to track the staff down to get our pizza and couldn't get drinks or silverware. Terrible here paid for the 2 hour unlimited and have to wait over 15 minutes to TRY and get someone for laser tag. Went to desk twice asking for someone and still no none came. Time ran out and all 5 girls were very disappointed. Won't be bringing kids baxk. read more

We celebrated our daughter's birthday at Funcity Trampoline Park. From the moment we walked in the customer service was excellent. All of the staff members that we encountered were professional and cordial. The general manager was extremely amicable and welcomed us throughout our time at Funcity. A major thank you to our host Ally. Delightful, professional, energetic, and helpful are just a few words that describe Ally. You are a beaming light and a true example of what a host is and should be. Thank you also to Jackie for checking in on us on a few occasions and for offering to blow up balloons for our party room. The bathrooms and facility were clean and well kept. Knowing that this is a public park with germs everywhere, we encouraged our children to use the automatic hand sanitizer dispensers. I love going to fun city, it is a great place if your having a bad day to just hang out with friends, if your planning on eating at fun city don't count on it, they only have drink an assorted snacks: pretzels, candy etc. I recently learned kids under 10 aren't able to go on the Olympic style trampolines (ost) most of the time I spend at fun city is on ost and before the rule was it place little kids would go there to. When you go to the kids area the no one over ten rule isn't very strong, the only people to regulate it are over protective parents. read more

The setup itself is good n a place for the kids to have fun. The registaring process n checkin in is a big mess. Even though u fill out the forms online u still wait awhile to even be helped. Many workers available but no work being done.8 u wait n no one pays attention to who is next. Just a mess for those with small ones. read more
