I recently threw my son's 5th birthday party here, I opted for the big party package so I could invite his class and our family with kids; this package says 25 kids, and 40 adults. We maybe had 15 kids and 30 and we were wall to wall crammed into a small party room for cake and pizza. Then we didn't have enough time to do our gifts there. The whole thing was so rushed. When we first arrived we were in one gym, thank was dark and dusty. The second gym was bigger and nicer but they didn't have as much time in this gym and once we were in the party room we weren't aloud back in the gyms to play... it was just like rushed, and small. I was extremely disappointed, the kids had fun which is and was what was important but as a parent paying $500 for this party I expected a much better experience. And I can not even imagine if all the kids and adults that were invited could have made it how we could have fit anymore people in that tiny party room. Never again. read more

I took a four year old today to the open session that happened this morning. He had an absolute blast and I was quite pleased. The facility is the perfect size for his age - if I lost sight of him for a minute, it was small enough that you could easily spot him. There were five large inflatables that he loved playing on and several other activities (baseball, basketball, air hockey) that were also appealing. The sign-up online for the session was a breeze and they were all set for us to arrive. The high school students working were pleasant and kept their eyes on the kids as they played, gently redirecting those that were not following the rules. Only a set number of kids are allowed in for each session, so it wasn't overcrowded either. Two hours was the perfect amount of time and he gives it a thumbs up! Recently had our Daughters 5th birthday here. The party itself was fun. The problem is that one of my daughters presents got put into the wrong bin, and went home with a different family. I called right away when I noticed it missing. The owner followed up with me saying the family would return said gift today. I called, got voicemail, and as of now, no response. If the family didn't return it, I would like to know, and also what the resolution is. Myself, and my friend (who brought the gift) are upset. Now the only thing we can think is "how many times has this happened without anyone noticing?" As of now, my husband and I will not be having any more parties here. Mistakes happen. I get it. But as a business owner, be prepared with a solution. Also, owner said she only be able to do anything with a receipt. It was already embarrassing enough to ask my friend what the gift was and explain what happened, now I have to ask her how much she spent? read more

Attended several children's birthday parties there. The place is ok in a pinch...kids are entertained and there is an area for the kids to enjoy pizza and cake...but there are far better options out there. For adults, the place doesn't offer so much as a cup of coffee or even barely a place to sit. The smart adults dropped their kids off and came back an hour later. After a couple of excruciating parties, we started declining invitations if they were being held there and hosted our own parties elsewhere. read more

I had my son's 11th birthday party at the one in Nashua. We were given a half hour to eat pizza, sing happy birthday, eat cake and open gifts. In the middle of my son opening his birthday presents we were told he could not finish opening them and my guests could not finish their cake. While I'm rushing to get all of our things together and pick up the rest of my sons unopened gifts I had staff hounding me over and over again to leave. We paid $410 dollars for our sons party and have never felt more disrespected in my life! I'm appalled and will never return to your establishment again as well as my guests that attended my party. I think you should probably come up with a better routine for your parties especially for the amount of money you charge. The 1 star I gave you was for the hour the kids had in the bounce rooms!!! read more

We had my son's birthday party here this month and it was perfect. Everyone had a great time, we were at full capacity with kids and adults too! We had two helpers,both were wonderful. We also ordered pizza and what we were originally planning to order the staff recommended much less for the age group and they were spot on! Additionally, it snowed the night before until the party. I noticed below there was a bad comment about that, but wanted to say that the lot was plowed and we were able to park close to the building to move things in/out easily. We have also been to many parties at this location and all were equally run and good service. Food has always been on time from Maplewood. They made everything easy!!!! read more

Just had my son's birthday party at this place, it was awesome. The place is clean and organized, staffs are nice and helpful, they provide pizza order and staff for helping cut the cake, set up and clean up.....you don't need to worry for anything, just enjoy the party! Before I checked BB kidz klub in westford, for the same price to host a party, Jump on In is better than the BB Klub for the service and food provide for customer. Great place to have a kids birthday party!! Our 9 year old had a great time with her friends, so much so that they slept the ride home back to Keene. I would say the energy they expend while having fun is a great choice as opposed to a bowling party and renting the jump houses for home. We have done both and they get bored with the single rental after about an hour or two. They Jump On In has multiple themed jump houses and slides as well as other sporting activities. You also can have food and cake ordered for the party or event and it will all be setup for you after the kids are done jumping. We had a great experience and felt that staff was incredibly helpful. If your stressing out about your child's upcoming birthday or school function, this would be a great choice and guaranteed to be fun. We also found out that they have a Parents Night Out which we will take advantage of to have a nice dinner out some night while the kids have fun. Great Idea! They also have what they call open jump sessions where you can jump for an hour or two without reserving the gym. I've read what others have said about parking and other locations but they have to realize that Nashua is a much smaller town than Woburn, MA in size and having to be in a commercial zone vs. retail, parking will be different. read more

Had our son's party today, horrible it snowed the staff all I'd say under 19 told me to park in the street .The lot they have has enough room for 6 cars. More than one party... no parking. Lug everything in from the street in the snow. My father in law had to shovel their walkway to get in. Yes they did not shovel who does not shovel there walkway. 300$ later that included the pizza, time to write a review, but when it's horrible why would you let other people bring their kids .The Pizza was horrible from Maplewood in Nashua cold take your kid to a place where an adult is in charge! read more

We had my child's 6 year birthday party here with about 20 kids. I had not seen the facility, but my husband attended a birthday party of my son's classmate here and said it was a good place to keep the kids engaged. We arrived about 15-20 minutes before the party and the facility was appallingly DIRTY. The kids party room chairs were so dirty (disgusting) and the floors had not been vaccumed from the day before (and they were not planning to do it). Additionaly, the bouncy houses were not all blown up (a fuse had blown). I was really angry and made it known that they needed to clean up the place. I would have rated this a one, but the staff did step it up - vaccumed, cleaned the chairs and table clothes, etc, They were accomodating. They also took $100 off my bill. It ended up being a very good time for the kids. I would however, not return because the place is just dirty - if you look around at the dirt layers on the bouncy houses, the party chairs, the walls, etc. I realize kids are not the cleanest, but the standard of cleanliness at this facility is quite low. read more

We were here for a birthday party last summer. The kids seemed to have a lot of fun, which is important. The staff was very nice and organized. We might go back if invited to other birthday parties, but I can't imagine paying to bring a kid there. The only memorable thing about this place was that there was barely any room for adults to sit while kids played. read more
