Glow night was a total nightmare. Maybe 3-4 staff for about 200 teenagers. Place was completely out of control and they shut it down and called the police to usher everyone out. Never, ever take your kids here if this is the type of atmosphere they have. I was there with my kids yesterday, and Linkin Minawa gave us the best customer service. I was confused about how to do the waiver, and he was patient, kind, helpful, and just overall great. Don't throw a party here! They changed management and it was a complete disaster, zero help, they did not even check in our guests or check waivers. I was given wristbands and socks to do it myself, which I'm quite sure is against policy. No party planner at any point and I found the pizza delivery guy and fed guests myself. I was at a Birthday party here this past weekend and I will not be back. The place was dirty. Many sections closed. The bathrooms literally looked like porta potties- loads of toilet paper and urine in toilets that weren't flushed - other stalls no toilet paper at all. It was do dirty I couldn't even use it. The snack bar was filthy - the popcorn machine looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Fingerprints all over the counter top. No covers for any of the drinks or slushies. 1. They have taken away the zip line 2. The zip line in the ninja isn't working and not even available 3. The staff is average age 17 and have actually no idea what is happening. I talked with a manager who was make 19 - don't believe he was a manager- and said that staff was limited because of corporate and so they didn't have the staff to regulate the doge ball games. It doesn't matter if you're prepaid or pay at the door- Both lines are archaically and painfully slow. Both registerers need help from a supervisor and is never constant nor smooth. Overcrowded with little proper assistance. Supervision is not where it's needed - rowdy kids are not being called out vs younger kids just needing parents. Last week, my daughter went to Sky zone with her friends to have fun after school. Unfortunately, they left Sky zone frustrated and upset because of some teenage employee's mistreatment. These employees were rude, unprofessional, immature, didn't know their place, sassy, did not have the proper communication skills at all toward customers. They tried to cover up their own mistakes. They treated young customers with disrespect. They did not provide necessary information at the check-in and issued a refund due only upon an adult showing up. Employees' lack of communication and training ruined the girls' fun time. I strongly believe that this place and their employees are not supervised. I don't recommend this place at all! If you want to have a nice and peaceful time, go somewhere else that actually provides quality service. We have been to other Sky zone locations in the past and have not had an issue. I believe that this Danvers location has a particular employee and training problem. I will also file a complaint about this situation in order to hopefully help others who may also experience similar issues. They don't even deserve one star! read more

Definitely some minuses as it is mostly staffed by high school age kids and it can get very busy and you can see they are doing their best to keep up but parents don't tend to help the process much. Biggest plus is the staffs treatment to the kids - they do an awesome job with scared and upset kids and really do go out of their way to help. I have seen some great heartwarming moments between the kids and staff that make it worth it. Ok, minuses and warning points - others have pointed out but birthday party really isn't worth it, you get across to a small room to do candles and pizza quick but they often schedule parties back to back so they can hurry you along. Water is provided but organizing is chaos. Save the money and just meet up with some friends for jump time. Also Fill Out The Wavier First!! There are signs all over but everyone neglects to fill out the electronic waiver while waiting the 20 mins in line - get to the front and have to start again because "no one told them to". Name, address, date of birth etc. sure I'll be getting marketing materials from them for years to come. I wish I could give this place a zero. I had my sons birthday party here and spent almost 800 on it. We had all the kids come in early but since he had so many kids in the party the check in took forever. They had one person checking in two different parties and some of our kids missed out 30 min because that's how long it took to check in. The tall boy checking them in was rude and said "it's not my fault they are late" when no one was late. I started to complain multiple times and since it's all children working here they looked at me like I was stupid. You only have an hour in the room and get it after they jump. They don't even give you the full hour in the room before they start cleaning plates. I left our host 75 as a tip even though they say nothing about tipping out your party host. We did not receive the 30 day jump pass for birthday boy, we did not receive party favors, and nothing was said about the parents getting jump passes either. I will never come back to this place, I will make sure none of my friends have their kids party here as well. Tragic. I paid 600 dollars for my son's birthday party at Skyzone. We arrived at 6pm and got the birthday room at 6:50pm. The host rushed us through the whole process. It was extremely disorganized, ZERO communication with the parents. I paid to have a calm, fun experience and completely got the whole opposite. They cleaned up the room without letting us know anything, the only reason I found out the room was cleared was because I came back and found everything OUTSIDE of the door. My guest were treated horribly, they removed the plates right underneath them while they were eating. I was able to speak to the manager and she offered a few passes for next time. Before booking I suggest you get everything in writing because the booking online is misleading and in person nobody cares to take the time to explain, and let the children & parents know what activities would be next, for example when would the cake be cut ? or how long do they play before they go back into the birthday room? none of these questions were answered, everyone had a different answer. read more

Went to sky zone today with my kids I immediately found out the computers weren't working there seem to be no one in the front to help with this issue. 30 minutes later a cashier helped me do the waivers and purchase the tickets. The boys are jumping were they're allowed to jump with the tickets I bought them when my youngest son whose 6 years old gets screamed at multiple times by the host for playing with his brother who is 8 years old she then screamed at him again because she said he was being too loud she then told him to go play at another section I got very frustrated at this point & got up to talk to her she was extremely rude and said she would call her manager because she didn't want to deal with this. As you might imagine this place is poorly run. Waited inline for 30 minutes to print out tickets I purchased online the night before. The park website says socks and masks are required. I'm so disappointed. I have been here numerous times before and never had an issue. I thought it was a perfect day when we arrived because it wasn't crowded, it felt like everyone was away for summer vacation this week. So I thought this couldn't be any better. I did not know this while we were there but my son was being bullied by two older boys. He kept ignoring the bullies, there were two of them they took his hat and told him it looks stupid and that he looks like a drug addict with that kind of hat. They also told him they would beat him up they kept following him around the entire time for 2 hours and saying making negative comments towards him and threatening him even seeing my son periodically to check in. I had no idea until a few days later. Please be extra vigilant going here. I'm surprised that none of the employees who manage each station didn't hear or see anything. I don't know if this is some new tik tok trend so just be extra aware. It literally felt like we had the place to ourselves and this still happened. read more

My family and I had a much better experience at Sky Zone than we had at similar places like Altitude. I feel like SkyZone addressed the issues I had at Altitude, thus making it an all over better experience. First, we were very happy that the toddlers were separated by age from the older kids. We felt it was much safer for our almost 3 year old this way. Also, here there are staff members at each "zone" here, so an employee is supervising each individual space, this was not the case at the other trampoline park. The zip line was a great feature too that was new to us that our oldest really loved! The building is much cleaner than Altitude, and due to the staffing in each zone, there wasn't a million kids running into us and causing chaos. Also, the toddler playground was a nice addition for our little guy. Even though we live 45 minutes from Sky Zone, it'll be worth the longer drive to come here from now on. read more

It was fun but 2 things num 1 in the tramp dodge ball a kid in a sky mask got hit multiple times but the worker never pulled him out, the worker allowed the kid to hit young 7 ish year olds with the dodge ball on purpose even when they were out it got to the point were me and my friends had to protect the little kids from the balls. Sky Zone is just a mere OK. Took my 5 year old son today, he was so excited to go ! I think the concept is great, but this could be SO much better ! Walked in to wait in a pretty long line (nbd expected), then when we said we had never been before the girl said "oh well you need to sign a waiver on a keyosk before getting in line" yeah, wasn't happy ! Someone should clearly be at the doors letting people know before they get in the line. Note to all parents: they go by age, so you cannot jump with your kids, HUGE BUMMER !! On top of the jump by age, they have SO many rules. Hey, don't get me wrong I'm all for safety; but when you wait in long lines at every court and you only get to jump once, or shoot the ball once, it is less fun. They have Main Court, Dodgeball by Age, Foam Pit, and Shooting Court; they also have a court just for toddlers. As I mentioned, concept is great ! Good exercise when it's super cold out or raining. I work for a company that takes individuals with disabilities on community outings. I have one individual that goes to Sky zone EVERY Saturday. He jumps on the trampoline for about 20minutes and then goes to the foam pit where he lays in the back of the foam pit (burying himself) for the rest of his time. This is his routine every Saturday. Today, he was not allowed to lay in his usual spot at the back of the foam pit even after I asked them to call a manager. The simple solution would be to close the lane of the foam pit he was in. I am beyond disappointed and will no longer be giving sky zone my business. So many better trampoline parks. read more

We here for a 3 year old birthday party and it was a great experience besides the long wait at the beginning. Check in was at 1010 and we waited quiet a while before the kids were able to jump. The staff member who was working our birthday party was nice and helpful. And they have a good set up for the toddlers at this location where it's just a bunch of little kids fenced off from everything else. There were maybe a bit too many kids and parents at once but my daughter had a lot of fun. I did think the way they go about keeping with the time was a bit rude. We were with a birthday party and they were just like "your jump time is over" and made us leave before the rest of the party which was just weird. But other than that it wasn't a bad experience compared to some of the other local locations of this business. read more

Great staff. We had to push our jump time back an hour because of a huge traffic backup on the highway. I called in & girl in phone was very accommodating. Then when we arrived went to rent a locker & I made an error with key. Another helpful employee deposited more quarters for me and we were all set. My Children's stickers cane off and although we had to wait in line for almost 10 mins they were replaced cheerfully and quickly. The check in process for the Glow Party at Skyzone was horrible. I had a group of kids to check in and we had to wait 30 minutes. We lost 1/4 of our jump time. Think about how much money I wasted just standing in line. The staff was unapologetic and completely unaccommodating. I would expect a pass for a free jump or something to make up for my time. NOPE! I had never been to a trampoline park before. My nieces and nephew wanted to try it out so I took them last week. The cashier told us they do separate by age on some of the courts. My nieces and nephews are ages 8, 10 and 15. The 8 and 10 year old could do everything together, but they were separated from the 15 year old on some of the courts. This was not a big deal, they all had a great time still. I've noticed a few complaints about the separation which I get but it does make sense why they do it. I mean some of the kids that were jumping with my 15 year old were really big and I wouldn't feel comfortable with them playing dodgeball with my eight year old. Being a protective Aunt, I appreciate the rules they have in place. To conclude, the staff were super friendly. The place was very clean. I loved that the little snack bar had all healthy snacks - I thought that was great! I had a great experience and I would highly recommended to anyone. It's a great way to tire kids out. read more

Sunday night manager Armando is extremely unprofessional and rude! Party of 8 - all kids are a few months apart. My daughter is a few months away from being a "D" with all the other kids and they wont let her jump with her friends. I asked and the manager said "I will not bump her up, no exceptions" If you want to jump/play with your kids....not the place to come. Every section is segregated by age.
