What a fun place! Had only been here for a birthday before today so this was our first time paying and navigating it on our own. Purchased the "Loaded" package ($29)plus socks ($3). Total came to $32 per kid. Save your socks for the next time! They have multiple sizes to fit and they just throw them out if you try on a pair and they don't fit. Each package came with a game card for the arcade with 40 credits too. Time in the park lasts one hour, which I didn't see that advertised anywhere, so going into it I didn't realize we had a time limit. Activity area was clean, not too crowded for a Sunday at 1pm. I didn't see a lot of bday parties here so we may have missed the crowds. A lot of staff roaming around keeping an eye on the floor. After an hour of jumping and a visit from a giant kangaroo we headed to the snack bar. Krave. Got a small cheese pizza and two small icee's for $19. They definitely could do with some more tables in the seating area because it's very large, but everyone who wanted one, got a seat. Overall a super fun day and activity.

    This is the restaurant area.

definitely the worst of all the Launch locations. Small, not as many obstacles, no zip lines. worth driving to Framingham over this one.

There's a few video games in the arcade and they expanded their gatcha/ claw games. Now i must take notice i would rank 3.5 currently out of 5. A couple things we did notice is I'm sure most places dont clean the foam pits regularly, but they def are a bit sticky, (yes i know kids and all) but they have empty bottles and trash in there haha. The little games that are setup in there like the toss the ball in the holes game, doesn't work and someone tossed blocks in the ball return slot. The score doesn't update, but the timer works sometimes. Could use some more maintenance in the trampoline park. They do have a few bday rooms for parties which is cool and they have pizza menu basically catered for packages with game cards. There is one terminal you can reload cards with or ask the front. If you lose something in the park, they are not responsible, not sure if they'll actually help you find an item or get back to you later if let's say you lose your keys / phone in the pits, but i would say be careful with your belongings. Staff is fine, never had issues when bringing the kiddos here. Easy setup, time goes by color wrist band and they announce when that color band's time is up.

They are a trampoline park with kid sized trampoline squares, so I'd say great for children under 10, way smaller squares than Skyzone/Launch/Altitude. They also have an arcade area where you can find a bunch of claw machines with cute stuffed animals. I ended up having great luck with the claw machines & won 6 stuffed animals in a row, with 1-3 tries each! Left a happy gal ;) I'd imagine Space Zero to be a great place for kids birthday parties. They've got two private rooms in the back & also have two bathrooms. Note: the play area is pretty dirty... employees do not make an effort to cleaning anything, foam pit doesn't get replaced... VERY STICKY & moist. Foam pit contains a lot of junk, such as half full water bottles, socks, bracelets, etc. I've actually never seen a dirtier foam pit to be honest, but my 4 stars is for the claw machines :)

I have been to a couple other locations in Toronto, Atlanta, and I think Charlotte. First thing about me is that I am super competitive but in a fun way and not in an annoying way. Our group was a small but manageable total of six people. We started out on the first race track then had some libations before going on the second track. Both tracks were quick, but the second track seemed to be a little bit faster plus it did allow you to be able to slide less in the corners, but the track was quite curvy so you definitely needed to know how to drive. In between sessions we went back and have more drinks before finishing up two more runs on the track. Everybody had a great time and we really enjoyed it. One of the guys in our group even had the top 15th time in the country for that day. We realized pretty quickly that if you were in the first car or the last car then your times would be a lot better than anyone else's because you did not have to hit the brace as much and you could have a better time. The food was good and we got served very quickly. We placed food orders as we proceeded to do ax throwing. The one thing I did really like about the ax throwing was the fact that they were projected games onto the board so it wasn't just target practice. The games varied from connect for to tic-tac-toe to skills targeting. It was quite nice! I will definitely get some people together to go back with and have fun because I really need to get in that top 15 ranking!! Lol we did not play any other games while we were there. The bathrooms were immaculate. They had soap to be able to wash your hands, and there were plenty of paper towels as well. The business also make sure they had someone to be able to answer questions and act as a representative to make sure things go smoothly. All I can say is that they are top-notch.

They don't inform you beforehand, but you're really only given around five minutes, including intermission, to prepare and recover. It's hard to fathom; the whole place seems to be managed by teenagers who lack any real understanding of safety protocols. It's likely they haven't even glanced at the handbook. I entered the arena with a grin, but I left feeling dejected and in pain, my back possibly fractured from the experience. In conclusion, respectfully fuck you Supercharged. -14-year-old btw

We have enjoyed ourselves 5 or 6 times now at this jump park. It had a lot to offer. I like the general trampoline area but the kids love the rock wall, balance wire, toddler area and the battle cages. There are a lot of older kids so if your children are toddlers or even k-3rd grade, be very careful of who they're jumping around. Broken bones are not easily fixed and one good jump to the ankle will do just that. I wish they had a better drink and snack area, hopefully that will be updated soon.
