Fun place but a bit disorganized. VR was down and not working the whole time, but they did honor our refund. A few of the arcade games didn't work and laser tag area was on the smaller side. The trampolines were bouncy and the ninja course was definitely legit. The only issue was the kids were everywhere. The attendants were very chill, too chill. They needed to help keep the flow of traffic one way on the ninja course and on the trampolines into the foam pit. What a fun place! Had only been here for a birthday before today so this was our first time paying and navigating it on our own. Purchased the "Loaded" package ($29)plus socks ($3). Total came to $32 per kid. Save your socks for the next time! They have multiple sizes to fit and they just throw them out if you try on a pair and they don't fit. Each package came with a game card for the arcade with 40 credits too. Time in the park lasts one hour, which I didn't see that advertised anywhere, so going into it I didn't realize we had a time limit. Activity area was clean, not too crowded for a Sunday at 1pm. I didn't see a lot of bday parties here so we may have missed the crowds. A lot of staff roaming around keeping an eye on the floor. After an hour of jumping and a visit from a giant kangaroo we headed to the snack bar. Krave. Got a small cheese pizza and two small icee's for $19. You can buy your tickets online for a specific time frame, which is great. They have plenty of parking and all of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The prices are high for what it is, the most inexpensive "package" I found is an hour of jump time and a $10 arcade ticket for $25 .. which I guess is a deal, if your kid likes the arcade. If not, you're paying $25 for $15 worth of jump time. I wish they had an option to buy just the jump time. If they do, it wasnt clear on the website. The facility is nice, they have things that both younger and older kids (and adults!) can do. The bathrooms were pretty clean and the snack bar area had many different pizza choices but the other choices were not thatr great. TL;DR ... Its pricey, but a fun way to spend a rainy day. This review is for the mid-tier "All Star" birthday party package. The level of service depends largely on the person you are assigned. The manager was great, very accommodating, customer service oriented. However myself and my guests were disappointed with the very distracted person who was assigned to our party. Considering we were the ONLY active party in the party area, I have difficulty understanding why we had to chase down our Launch party helper multiple times (for drink refills, additional food orders, cake cutting, guest arcade cards, etc). Within the 1 hour we were using the table area she kept disappearing. Was she disappearing to the kitchen to nap, browse social media, do other assigned tasks?! I have no idea but we were literally the ONLY party there at the time. I've held enough birthday parties at other locations to have a baseline for comparison for service. When you spend over $400 (and you could expect an additional 20+% tip) you would hope there would be a little more effort to ensure your customers are taken care of. At other birthday party locations they both cut and serve the cake, they light the candles, they routinely check-in and ask if you need anything else, they make sure you have enough cups/plates and generally you don't have to chase down the representative because they're vigilant and largely available to you. We received none of this experience here at Launch in Norwood. In hindsight I should've spoken up but I've only grown more annoyed as I reflected back on the events in consideration of the cost. Oh and we were never given the t-shirts that we're supposed to be given to all guests. Again this is yet another example of the lack of effort at this establishment. Who has time, as a host, to chase down someone who is so utterly distracted and only reactive (rather than proactive)?! The food was prepared in-house and decent as long as you adjust your expectations and consider this is not a restaurant but a trampoline park. It tasted a little better than movie theatre food. We ordered buffalo wings, pizza, popcorn, and ice cream. The space is decent- they have a main trampoline court, a kids court, a basketball area, foam pit and dodgeball area. Note that the foam in the foam pit are discolored and dirty but you can't easily clean foam and kids still love jumping in so it is what it is. There's also plenty of seating and standing area for parents. This location has a small arcade area which was loved by all (including the parents). We wish they had even more games. The separated party area is located in the back. Depending on your party package you can select a table in a common area or a private room for your party. We had ours in the common area for the All Star party package which was not worth the expense in light of the terrible service. read more

Lots of different groups in the trampoline area so it was a complete zoo with pre-teen boys having a battle on the balance beam and little toddler girls bouncing around like crazy. Hard to keep track of kids. Some parents just sitting in the ground hanging out. Unclear where to go for pizza/birthday cake. Bathrooms were gross. Can't believe what a great job they did on the remodel!! I love the new laser tag and the new restaurant. The food is actually really good for a kids place! The staff at this location is unbelievable! The front desk is patient and so nice to the kids. The staff on the dodge ball court actually helped my two learn new moves! Recently had my daughter's 9th birthday party here, and I'm giving a one star review for the establishment/management, NOT for the party or the employees who provided us with service. I was glad that my daughter and her friends had a mostly wonderful time - I mean, they're kids and it's a jumpy place, so, all good for them. What I was extremely displeased with and frustrated about was the experienced adult management on site, or lack thereof I should say. On a busy Saturday, there did not appear to be one adult employee over the age of very early 20's in the place, at all. The check in situation was a disaster, thankfully I anticipated that and ensured most of my guests parents completed the waiver online ahead of time. First issue - and keep in mind this is a trampoline park geared towards young kids - the place had NO SOCKS available in children's sizes. Not only were there no children's sizes available, but the only adult size available was XL. Then, once everyone was checked in, we were not directed by anyone to go anywhere or do anything specific, we were only told that the associate who would be working with us was busy with another party. Thankfully, again because I have been there before, I knew what to do. While our group was jumping, the associate assigned to us approached, profusely and very politely apologized for the delay, and told us there were THIRTY THREE PARTIES scheduled that day. He then told us there was a further delay for us to go into the party room, because the group before us was "refusing to leave". Again, fine for the kids because more time for fun - not so great for the adults who were relying on scheduled times to pick up their kids afterwards. I need to back up here and mention that I had some simple wall decorations and balloons for the party room. I called ahead several days before my party to ask if the decorations were allowed, if I needed to set up, if they would set it up, etc. I was told CLEARLY that the decorations were allowed, that there would be adequate time to set up the room, that we would have access 15 minutes prior to set up and that while their staff would hang our decorations and balloons, we were welcome to do it also with or without their assistance, whatever we preferred. As I said, when we arrived, no one properly checked in with us. No one even knew we had decorations, so the room went undecorated, and the ice cream we brought to serve with the cake went in the trash, melted. We also paid for laser tag for our party, and two of the kids were upset about not being able to play due to lack of equipment (we only had 12 kids, which was the number I confirmed). There was no assistance with anything at all in regards to serving food or cake, gifts were mixed up, and I actually had to return to Launch a few days later to bring back a birthday gift for another little girl that made it's way somehow to our cart of stuff. While it was horrifyingly disorganized and terribly executed, I cannot blame the super pleasant, A+ for effort, young adult employees working the day of our party. Perhaps management should consider either being present to actually MANAGE the establishment, or not overbooking parties in such numbers that the young, enthusiastic, but inexperienced employees simply cannot handle without support. LASTLY - I did in fact call Launch, twice, because of the mixup with the gift. I was told both times that messages would be left for a manager to return my call ad hear all of these concerns, and no one ever called me back. Apparently, this is typical, because the young woman I spoke to actually asked me to please follow up on the second call, saying this happens "all the time" and that managers need to hear it from the customers. Bottom line, while it might be a great place to bring your own child(ren) or a small group for some fun (I personally won't even do that because I'm disgusted by the way the place operates and treats their workers), DO NOT HAVE A PARTY AT LAUNCH!!! read more

Despite contacting Launch corporate weeks in advance to go over all the details of the party (including extra food and number of kids, etc), when I got there on the day I was told none of it had been communicated to Launch Norwood and they were completely unprepared. The room was not ready (in the size we needed), additional food I had ordered was not ready, schedule had to be changed and we were late finishing, not enough drinks for the kids (not even enough water!!!), no favour bags were given dispute the fact they were included in the package. Booked the A-list, private room, birthday party. Terrible experience. Our host, Kelsey, was nonexistent throughout the whole party. She did not greet anyone in our party, not even my birthday child. She did not make my child feel special. She did not interact with my child or anyone. She was quiet when she was present, otherwise practically nonexistent throughout our two hours. While we were checking in our guests, Kelsey tells me I can start bringing the kids up to the court to jump. We still had kids to check in. I asked her if she can do it. I don't know, it just seemed like something the host was supposed to do? Right? Lead the party? Structure the party? Host the party? When in the court our host never came up to make sure everything was going how it was supposed to. My husband had to go into the party room to grab the pitcher of water along with cups so the kids could have a water break. He had to go back and refill at least three different times. I would imagine this would be the hosts job? But alas, it was my husband doing it all. My child's special birthday announcement was never broadcasted over the intercom like it was stated. The other hosts were so interactive with their guests. One host was asking a child if they'd like to be her little helper. Ours was just terrible! The staff are all young teenagers, who don't direct anything in the courts. They literally get paid to just stand around and daze. My husband (again, poor guy should've got paid for the time he was there he was doing all the work the employees should've been doing) had to direct our party when it was okay to jump in the foam pit, which section to go to, while the employee was just standing there twiddling his thumbs. I went into great detail about everything that went wrong and I sent it to the email provided on launch's website. To my dismay, "free passes and pizza on Tony" were the only things offered for our terrible party that my husband, my guests and myself had to host. Shame on launch and shame on the management not training their employees properly. Management needs better customer service skills. What a sad compensation. read more

My kids went to Launch with their camp last week. We sent an email about this but has not received a response. My 7 yr old was told by Launch employee to put her money in cubby, her money went missing. Another kid (8 yrs old) bought a drink that cost $2.25 and gave $20, Launch employee gave back $1.25. The 8 yr old told the employee the change isn't correct and the launch employee said yeah you did give me a 20 and gave correct change after the boy told him...I find this highly suspicious I do not feel safe sending my kids to Launch. Launch gets 10 stars, while Sky Zone is lucky to get 3 ! Launch is quite the drive for me, but well worth it. Both my 5 year old and myself had a great time together. Main Bounce Zone, Dodgeball Zone, Basketball Shooting Zone, Foam Pit Zone. Fun for all ages ! They also have food and games too. The kids who are supposed to run and referee the games are just standing there, making no attempt to enforce the rules (you get hit by a ball, you're out). This place is great right. You can get an 60 min to bounce or 90 min. They got video games and Joey the kangaroo walks around. My kid loved the foam pit and dod it multiple times. Took son and nephew to Launch in Norwood today. Very disappointed! First...the trampolines are TINY!! They are half the size of Skyzone tramps! Anyone over 10 will have a hard time using them. They are showing wear so be prepared. Second...(and this is truly why I'm so peeved!) The food here is not edible! We ordered a cheese burger, fries and Mac/cheese. The food smelled of propane and old frying oil. The smell even permeated the food and all you could taste was chemicals! We threw away $20 worth of food. Really disgusting! It was a huge mistake to celebrate my son's birthday at this place. It started from no one contacting me before the party to discuss final details and allow me to pre-order extra pizza for parents. This should've been a red flag. We came on time and spent 25min at the check-in. There were a thousand kids at this place, I don't exaggerate. Complete ghetto. Speaking of reduced capacity?! The staff were absolutely clueless 17 year olds who had no idea how to provide service and simply did not care. The rack designated for the party to leave gifts and shoes on wasn't available. Parents were carrying around jackets, boots and gifts. Our private room wasn't ready at the time our party was supposed to move there, we were delayed by half an hour. The table for 10 kids was long enough for 30 people - why?! Kids automatically picked seats 10feet apart - try taking a photo of the birthday boy with friends around... 2 extra pizzas for adults never arrived. The host didn't think of bringing a knife for the cake yet kept asking how else she could help. She brought it 10 minutes later and then said it was time to wrap up the party in 5 minutes. Basically, we had 20 minutes to stuff 6-7 year olds with pizza and cake and somehow enjoy the experience. She literally did NOTHING for us except forgetting important details of the event. The Bday t-shirt that was included in the package was never given to the bday boy. We were looking forward to our guests signing their names on it. I found one of the staff members and asked her about it, she went to check and never came back. We wanted to reload arcade cards when kids ran out of money, NO ONE could tell us how and where to do it. They kept sending us from one person to another. Visited here with the kids and this place is pretty good. It is located in the old Decathalon Sports store off Route 1/Auto Mile in Norwood. In comparison to the other Trampoline Park in Hyde Park, this one is a bit pricier, however it features more stuff to do like basketball, dodgeball, a foam pit and two large trampoline sections. Plus they have quite a large video game arcade with no coins but cards similar to D&B. The pricing for the jumps is similar to the other park, sold in hour intervals. This place is good for both kids and adults and is a good work out also. This place on weekends is very crowded later in the day and it is easier to reserve online ahead of time.
