    Birthday party set up!
    Nicole P.

Our family planned a 4 year old's birthday party here. It was a really convenient way to celebrate! They provide a table at with tablecloth, waters, balloons, and a sign directing which party to which table. Our sign had an adorable drawing of Elsa and Ana, which happened to be the theme of the birthday cake we brought. With the party, the kids sign up for a wrist band giving them 1 hour of jump time before pizza shows up. Several of our kids came back completely red in the face from so much running and jumping. Success! The nice thing is they clean up everything from the party too. The reasons I didn't give 5 stars are because 1) it smelled like sweaty feet and 2) there were multiple leaks in the ceiling that they just stuck buckets under. Fix your roof before it becomes a danger!

Altitude did a very nice job helping the family to facilitate the party my favorite part and why they get a five star is because they had that massage chair did you find out the mall. I was already dreading to go but once I saw the chair and sat next to someone else who felt the same as me children's birthday parties??? We know how fun they are but altitude delivered with the socks professionalism and the way that they helped out the families it was really nice I would recommend.

We highly recommend the Altitude Trampoline Park in Avon, MA because of our experience today. The customer service is the best we've ever experienced at any trampoline park. Jamie in particular went above and beyond. She quickly was able to process us as the cashier but at the same time made sure she knew exactly what we wanted and what we needed. Then when one of the kids had an accident (involving bodily fluids), she went out of her way to make us feel like it was no problem and quickly acted to clean it up. She even hunted up a shirt to give us. Wow. Jamie really made us feel welcome and we will definitely be back!

Went here for a birthday party and had a good experience. The waiver takes about 20 minutes to complete so try to do that in advance. I think it was about $16 to jump for an hour. We had a full hour to jump with the birthday party and that was PLENTY of time. They did have a section for toddlers which was great because big kids just do not care! Lots of different areas, foam pits that were fun for the kids (and adults). Prepare to break a sweat because it's a workout! They had 1 table reserved upstairs for the pizza and cake, and it seemed to be well organized. They announced over the loud speaker when your jump time was over. I had little interaction with the staff but the 1 time I did it was positive!

    Lots to do!

After reading several reviews, I had LOWWW expectations! I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised! Altitude has a ton of space for kids and adults to jump! They even have areas reserved for younger kids to jump without being trampled. Jumping for an hour is currently $15, but with 4 jumpers, we got a discount and everyone jumped for $52 total! Not bad! Socks are $2 each, and you're required to buy their special "trampoline socks." They have a great system for managing time for jumpers and will make an announcement when it's each group's turn to finish jumping. There is some seating on the main jumping floor, and an area that overlooks it upstairs with picnic benches. There are some snacks and soda machine available, but no outside food allowed. Cubbies are available for storing shoes/socks, but use at your own risk!

We had my daughters birthday party here yesterday and it was perfect! The staff were helpful and professional (especially Jayda, our party host), and made everything easy and smooth. This place is fun for adults and kids alike- we all jumped and had a blast! It's a very affordable place to have a party, and we will definitely be back!

There's a few video games in the arcade and they expanded their gatcha/ claw games. Now i must take notice i would rank 3.5 currently out of 5. A couple things we did notice is I'm sure most places dont clean the foam pits regularly, but they def are a bit sticky, (yes i know kids and all) but they have empty bottles and trash in there haha. The little games that are setup in there like the toss the ball in the holes game, doesn't work and someone tossed blocks in the ball return slot. The score doesn't update, but the timer works sometimes. Could use some more maintenance in the trampoline park. They do have a few bday rooms for parties which is cool and they have pizza menu basically catered for packages with game cards. There is one terminal you can reload cards with or ask the front. If you lose something in the park, they are not responsible, not sure if they'll actually help you find an item or get back to you later if let's say you lose your keys / phone in the pits, but i would say be careful with your belongings. Staff is fine, never had issues when bringing the kiddos here. Easy setup, time goes by color wrist band and they announce when that color band's time is up.

They are a trampoline park with kid sized trampoline squares, so I'd say great for children under 10, way smaller squares than Skyzone/Launch/Altitude. They also have an arcade area where you can find a bunch of claw machines with cute stuffed animals. I ended up having great luck with the claw machines & won 6 stuffed animals in a row, with 1-3 tries each! Left a happy gal ;) I'd imagine Space Zero to be a great place for kids birthday parties. They've got two private rooms in the back & also have two bathrooms. Note: the play area is pretty dirty... employees do not make an effort to cleaning anything, foam pit doesn't get replaced... VERY STICKY & moist. Foam pit contains a lot of junk, such as half full water bottles, socks, bracelets, etc. I've actually never seen a dirtier foam pit to be honest, but my 4 stars is for the claw machines :)

I'm sad to say I have dedicated a small portion of my life to a warehouse, no matter if it was full of electrical gadgets and gizmos. Lights and toddlers were constantly whirling across the arcade and bouncing areas. I must admit the dip n dots vending machine was a highlight. Additionally, I frequently lost my footing due to the masses of youth who altered my reality. I had never felt so lost. However! I have been rejuvenated. I believe everyone deserves to rejoice in the journey that is urban air.

I have been to a couple other locations in Toronto, Atlanta, and I think Charlotte. First thing about me is that I am super competitive but in a fun way and not in an annoying way. Our group was a small but manageable total of six people. We started out on the first race track then had some libations before going on the second track. Both tracks were quick, but the second track seemed to be a little bit faster plus it did allow you to be able to slide less in the corners, but the track was quite curvy so you definitely needed to know how to drive. In between sessions we went back and have more drinks before finishing up two more runs on the track. Everybody had a great time and we really enjoyed it. One of the guys in our group even had the top 15th time in the country for that day. We realized pretty quickly that if you were in the first car or the last car then your times would be a lot better than anyone else's because you did not have to hit the brace as much and you could have a better time. The food was good and we got served very quickly. We placed food orders as we proceeded to do ax throwing. The one thing I did really like about the ax throwing was the fact that they were projected games onto the board so it wasn't just target practice. The games varied from connect for to tic-tac-toe to skills targeting. It was quite nice! I will definitely get some people together to go back with and have fun because I really need to get in that top 15 ranking!! Lol we did not play any other games while we were there. The bathrooms were immaculate. They had soap to be able to wash your hands, and there were plenty of paper towels as well. The business also make sure they had someone to be able to answer questions and act as a representative to make sure things go smoothly. All I can say is that they are top-notch.

Even though we signed waivers in advance there was a computer snafu and they had to redo them for our whole party making the check in a fairly long process. In general the communication/ process for getting ready and starting the GoKarting didn't feel super smooth as the passenger but you could tell the staff was organized and knew what they were doing. They were also super flexible when one round they accidentally had child settings on some of our karts and let us redo the round. The go karting was super fun and it was great that we got to do both tracks. Special shout out to manager David. We had dressed up as our dad from various eras for Father's Day and he loved our vibe so much he offered us a free round of virtual darts! The darts were fun although not as thrilling as the GoKarting, kinda similar vibe to bowling. Overall we had a great time go karting and staff was super pleasant and helpful, would recommend.

(Van Halen) If you think your little darlings would like to jump on mini trampolines, climb on ropes, walk on a balance beam, swing on rings, soar from the rafters on a zip line, smash each other with foam battle sticks, scale an arched wall, and just run around like a horde of demons -well just head on over to your closest Launch. Oh, and they have a game arcade with prizes, and a snack bar too. They have 30 locations across the US with 6 in Massachusetts. We visited Launch in Framingham, MA yesterday, and it was incredible. We made our reservations online and reserved an 11:00 slot on Sunday morning. Considering there are trampolines involved, you'll have to sign a liability waiver, either online in advance or at a kiosk when you arrive. A one-hour session on the play area costs $30. The time limit is monitored by specific colors on your wrist band, an overhead board that lists the remaining times for each color, and a team of roving attendants. We took our grandchildren there and quite a few other families did the same. By the time their session had expired, the place was packed and the decibel level inside matched the roar of the Artemis rocket. Our grands LOVED their visit and never stopped running around and taking on new physical challenges. The big child population also equaled a big parent/guardian population, and I observed that folks would congregate in the middle of the walkways drinking their lattes and effectively blocking other adults who wanted to track what their kids were doing. Some adults seemed to abandon their parental diligence in favor of social chit chat, and I saw one little boy who was crying terribly, looking for his mother who was otherwise socially engaged with her buddies. One last thing -at about the half hour mark, the lights inside the complex dimmed significantly. I thought it was a power failure, but when I asked one of the attendants, he said it was planned and designates regularly scheduled "Dark Time". I found it to be a negative since it made tracking your kid's whereabouts more difficult throughout the maze of activities, and I also felt it was dangerous because the dim lighting made it tough to see the dividing line between the walking paths and the drop into the various pits (at least the pits are padded with foam cubes). We also enjoyed the arcade games and grabbed a chicken nugget and French fry plate to share on the way to our next activity. I thought the food was pretty good by the way!
