Launch in itself is great but I'm now getting SMS spam, unacceptable and there is no way to opt out.

(Van Halen) If you think your little darlings would like to jump on mini trampolines, climb on ropes, walk on a balance beam, swing on rings, soar from the rafters on a zip line, smash each other with foam battle sticks, scale an arched wall, and just run around like a horde of demons -well just head on over to your closest Launch. Oh, and they have a game arcade with prizes, and a snack bar too. They have 30 locations across the US with 6 in Massachusetts. We visited Launch in Framingham, MA yesterday, and it was incredible. We made our reservations online and reserved an 11:00 slot on Sunday morning. Considering there are trampolines involved, you'll have to sign a liability waiver, either online in advance or at a kiosk when you arrive. A one-hour session on the play area costs $30. The time limit is monitored by specific colors on your wrist band, an overhead board that lists the remaining times for each color, and a team of roving attendants. We took our grandchildren there and quite a few other families did the same. By the time their session had expired, the place was packed and the decibel level inside matched the roar of the Artemis rocket. Our grands LOVED their visit and never stopped running around and taking on new physical challenges. The big child population also equaled a big parent/guardian population, and I observed that folks would congregate in the middle of the walkways drinking their lattes and effectively blocking other adults who wanted to track what their kids were doing. Some adults seemed to abandon their parental diligence in favor of social chit chat, and I saw one little boy who was crying terribly, looking for his mother who was otherwise socially engaged with her buddies. One last thing -at about the half hour mark, the lights inside the complex dimmed significantly. I thought it was a power failure, but when I asked one of the attendants, he said it was planned and designates regularly scheduled "Dark Time". I found it to be a negative since it made tracking your kid's whereabouts more difficult throughout the maze of activities, and I also felt it was dangerous because the dim lighting made it tough to see the dividing line between the walking paths and the drop into the various pits (at least the pits are padded with foam cubes). We also enjoyed the arcade games and grabbed a chicken nugget and French fry plate to share on the way to our next activity. I thought the food was pretty good by the way! read more

My son had a very bad experience here. He got a wood chip splinter in his foot whilst jumping on the trampolines. Which if proper cleaning procedures are practiced, one would expect not happen. Also when he went to play laser tag and he was made to play against adults (he was 8 yrs old, his opponents were college age), despite a request to wait for children more similar in age. The rudeness, and disrespect of the employees of this establishment still hangs heavy with my son who emphatically insisted that I write this yelp review. I only hope that other patrons do not have the same experience...especially considering the exorbitant costs that came with our visit. used them few times for birthday parties and random visits. birthday parties are overall good but some of the employees are great with young kids and some could care less and look like they don't want to be there. as far as random visits go my only gripe is why do you charge extra to use the zip line. frankly the place could use an update. read more

We had a great experience at Launch today. We go often as my daughters love to jump and play there. The employees are always helpful but Griffin H went above and beyond today. He did everything he could, more than i could have asked, to help my 4 year old who was crying and having a tough moment. He really cheered her up and was so kind read more

So many trampolines. Toddler time was a perfect..until big kids showed up. They are careful as Moms. I only lost Daddy twice. Someone took the ball from me so I took it back. read more

Ordered some food for the kids at 1:22pm, nothing received until we went up to ask for it. Evidently our food was given to another customer, and the remaining portion of our food wasn't even prepped. Did not receive anything until about 2:10pm. If you order food here, keep a close eye on it as they don't seem to be very organized in tracking orders. The checkin is long so arrive early so you can start at your reservation time. If you opt for laser tag be prepared to track someone down to do it. It's not scheduled or regularly managed by staff. So far my experience with the new Launch location has been a tour of the facility, free play and booking a Birthday party. The facility is great with more variety than most and so far everyone we have worked with has been excellent with our kids enjoyment at the center of every experience. Looking forward to the upcoming party and adding to my review. So glad to see them in Framingham. Update: Had our party and it exceeded expectations. The host was excellent and really looked after everyone who attended. The food is better than most places, we had pizza and chicken fingers and they were enjoyed by all. Having the birthday boy zip line into the party while all his friends cheered him was awesome. read more

Well... I don't leave many reviews, but I had to here. It's too small for the price. Aero is half the price and quadruple the size. Also, main reason for the one star, the majority of the place was either closed due to damage or under construction. Raw plywood strewn about and what was open was being cleaned by staff while we were jumping... meaning it was all wet and call me crazy, but I just don't like my socks getting wet. They also don't offer just jump passes... you must buy arcade cards if you want to jump which actually turned out to be a plus! Arcade games is best part of Launch Framingham. read more

Just what Framingham needed. Terrific facility and the staff is phenomenal!! Delicious food, super clean facility. Already a hit!

Great place to kill like an hour and a half. Place was clean and the staff was awesome. They were clapping and singing along with the music and getting in there with the kids, playing dodgeball and helping on the obstacles. Kids burnt off a good amount of energy on a cold day. read more

I took my three children there yesterday and they all had a blast. Lots to do with the obstacle courses, dodgeball, zip line and arcade. The facility was clean and well run despite it being busy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall fun afternoon was had getting some energy out. read more

So basically I brought 2 of my kids here for spring break thinking it'll be like the Launch in Watertown, but I was wrong. It was small first of all, and second of all the packages weren't really open-minded and I hope they fix it, the cheapest package ($22) the Epic fun package was an hour-long a just came with the regular things, but to get more things with the package it's expensive plus you have to stay longer and sometimes it's a long time so they should have a choice of time period. Never coming back here. read more
