This place is awesome my little sister loves it she's 10! Also huge shoutout to two young men named Jack and Victor they both are kind professional and helpful. Overall I've had a great experience with any launch team member I needed help from. Thank you !

An hour to get our food, and only because we nagged then after waiting 45+ minutes.

Ordered some food for the kids at 1:22pm, nothing received until we went up to ask for it. Evidently our food was given to another customer, and the remaining portion of our food wasn't even prepped. Did not receive anything until about 2:10pm. If you order food here, keep a close eye on it as they don't seem to be very organized in tracking orders. (We were told to have a seat and they would bring it to us) Trash cans all overflowing, only place to put trash is on their counter...

Launch in itself is great but I'm now getting SMS spam, unacceptable and there is no way to opt out.

They were clapping and singing along with the music and getting in there with the kids, playing dodgeball and helping on the obstacles.

The place wasn't too busy on Labor day, about 20 kids and families. Have seen it a lot more crowded and chaotic with multiple birthday parties. Front desk staff is nice and efficient, was able to quickly get you checked in, paid, and into the venue. Plus is they dont require their own branded socks as many other places do so that helps your pocket and the environment. A bunch of claw machines at the front. Theyre rigged against you as always, spent $20 and didnt win a single animal. No pity either from the staff. The venue itself is relatively kept up and clean, though you can tell some areas have been destroyed by kids (e.g. any of the self-play areas with plastic toys). The slides and ball pit is fun, but lack of staff oversight can make it dangerous (kids running up slides, or pushing other kids around). Lots of cool tech activities to do, moreso the other places I've seen. Some of them dont work too well though (e.g. the jumping game senses adults, not little kids). Worth a trip or two in the area, and probably a gold standard for Boston, but other cities has this beat by far.

Dear Altitude Trampoline Park Customer Care,…read more I am writing to formally dispute the handling of a $150 Altitude gift card I purchased for the North Attleboro location. After purchasing the gift card, the North Attleboro location closed. I recently attempted to use the remaining value at your Marlborough location and was told that the gift card would not be accepted. I find this completely unacceptable. I paid Altitude $150 in good faith for services that I can now no longer use because Altitude chose to close the location. I did not cancel anything, allow the card to expire, or otherwise forfeit the funds. Altitude accepted my money, closed the location, and is now refusing to honor the value at another Altitude facility. How is it reasonable for the customer to simply lose $150 because your North Attleboro location closed? I am requesting that Altitude immediately provide one of the following: 1. Honor the full remaining balance at the Marlborough Altitude location, or 2. Issue a full refund of the remaining gift card balance. I would prefer to resolve this directly with Altitude, but I am asking for a prompt response and a reasonable resolution. Keeping a customer's money while refusing to provide the service it was purchased for is not an acceptable outcome. don't call yourself a franchise then!
