There were about 15 little ones, aged 6 months to 7 years old, at the party. They all seemed to have fun. Many rooms to explore and do pretending and playing. Dress up clothes are available. There's a little theater area to put on a show which was popular with this group. Other rooms had kitchen play and fire truck play. There was a long table for the kids to sit. My daughter brought plastic tablecloths and snacks and drinks for the kids. She had pizza delivered and brought the birthday cake from home. The young ladies at the reception desk were friendly. I would recommend Imagine Art & Play, even if you just need to occupy your kids for a while. One note- everyone is asked to remove their footwear when entering, so I suggest bringing slippers.

I chose to nurse in the bathroom as it was the only quiet space offered to me when I asked about a mother's room. As I had ample time in the family bathroom nursing twins, I couldn't help noticing how dirty the bathroom was. It was 10:30am and toilet and floor were very dirty. In the party eating room there were two highchairs available, although one had broken straps and the child couldn't be strapped in. I have these same highchairs in my home. They are $25 from Ikea - I would hope a replacement highchair is in the works. As I was a guest for a birthday party, I did not pay attention to prices. My 3-year-old had a blast however; they are lacking accommodations for families with younger children and that made our time difficult. We don't plan to return.

There's a few video games in the arcade and they expanded their gatcha/ claw games. Now i must take notice i would rank 3.5 currently out of 5. A couple things we did notice is I'm sure most places dont clean the foam pits regularly, but they def are a bit sticky, (yes i know kids and all) but they have empty bottles and trash in there haha. The little games that are setup in there like the toss the ball in the holes game, doesn't work and someone tossed blocks in the ball return slot. The score doesn't update, but the timer works sometimes. Could use some more maintenance in the trampoline park. They do have a few bday rooms for parties which is cool and they have pizza menu basically catered for packages with game cards. There is one terminal you can reload cards with or ask the front. If you lose something in the park, they are not responsible, not sure if they'll actually help you find an item or get back to you later if let's say you lose your keys / phone in the pits, but i would say be careful with your belongings. Staff is fine, never had issues when bringing the kiddos here. Easy setup, time goes by color wrist band and they announce when that color band's time is up.
