Place is always busy, after 10 min on the treadmill , the instructor asked me to move because they need the equipment for a class!

Great facility and staff. One of the few places in the area with an indoor pool. Great schedule of classes, events, and workshops.

Some of the front staff is awful. They need better staff for sure. Zero respect for customers.

Best gym for the price you pay. It has it all. Swimming pool, basketball court, and lots of free weights and machines.

How do you feel about a gym being bleached only at the busiest times because the owner won't do it himself and can't get anyone to work for him? This and more only for $60 a month. This place used to be great, but minimal to no upkeep and a more and more absent manager/owner it's fallen far. It's only a matter of time before someone hurts themselves due to poor upkeep and this place disappears

The rest is - -music (on/off, selection and volume) has always been questionable -locker rooms (at least men's) are very bare bones -the weekend opening person (at least previously) would typically show up to open anywhere between scheduled opening and 20+ minutes late -Management sold a previous price increase on going to 24 hour operations and new equipment coming in. 24 hour operations was short lived (not necessarily their fault even if poorly executed) and the new equipment didn't show up for nearly a year and even then was marked "for use with mgmt approval". -while understanding the need for "survival" through Covid, the membership (while closed) and mask (when opened again) policies were questionable. -Cardio equipment is extremely limited. Metfit has increased their membership price past their value at this point for what they offer (excepting only if you really want to work with one of their specific, admittedly great trainers).

It's a franchise and each location has its quirks. If you have never done reformer pilates - TAKE YOUR TIME. It can be intimidating. Once I got myself into the studio, it was an interesting experience from there. Expect everyone to be delicately lean and know what they are doing (to a fault) when it comes to pilates. Other skills... well, we all are different. As a latino, I felt odd. As a 12 year zumba instructor, a lot of the mechanics were second nature to me, albeit the instructor for the day tried a "little too hard. Kudos for keeping safety at the forefront. It's not cheap, so if you are looking for price, this isn't the place for you. Given the drive and off of Route 9 (MY NEMESIS), I have some considerations. But I'd like to at least try the 4 pack one on one training sessions to get into the groove and see if this is something I can commit to longer term. As with any other program - work your way into it, unless you are one of the young superfreaks of nature (me, 35 years ago!). Pilates can be a gentle and effective way to strengthen, tone and lengthen, improving posture, balance and overall functional fitness activities (aka life in general). I have mixed feelings but I wasn't totally put off (chime in here F45 Wakeforest, NC area...). It's a logistics thing. If you are mainstream, middle income - you'll find yourself a great place to take your fitness to a new challenged.

Waiting for a machine while someone is literally sitting there watching videos is a problem. The problem has increased with teenagers there free for the summer. I asked if there could be a sign put up asking people to refrain from using their phones while sitting at a machine but was told they couldn't do that.

Obviously, this isn't working because it seems as if nothing has changed there in a long time. I get the fact that PF Natick is a franchise operation but why isn't PF Corporate getting involved to help??? The place is a mess and disorganized. Someone should take it seriously. Here's my updated review: I reviewed PF Natick about a year ago but since then, it's gone downhill. My main complaint has to do with the cleaning stations. Someone decided to remove some of them and reconfigure the whole setup. As a result, there is one paper towel dispenser and one bottle of cleaning solution for the entire weight machine area in the front. Then, to discard the paper towel, you have to walk to a waste basket in a different location. It makes no sense and in fact, it's leading to people to avoid cleaning the machines because it's too disorganized. Secondly, they installed some sort of small computer screens in the men's bathroom which are attached to each of the 3 faucets. These apparently are there to show ads, kind of like the screens you see at gas pumps. The only problem is that the screens interfere with hand washing. I go to PF Natick because it's closer to my house but I'm going to consider going somewhere else.

A bit of a wait but I figured I'd still have it for the worst part of winter. Got a couple of texts and emails leading up to the delivery date. I begrudgingly rescheduled for 02/14/26, got the requisite texts and emails excitedly prepping me for the upcoming delivery date. Today at around 4 PM I received a call telling me that I would have to reschedule again due to shipping issues. I canceled my order at that point. They obviously don't need my business. Looked like a quality product but alas I will never know. I wish I could give less than one star.

So I switched to the app one at $25 a month and now no longer have access to the analytics on the bike. I have no idea what speed what resistance and how many miles I have gone. I have a non-peloton rowing machine and treadmill, and I am able to follow along with the analytics on those machine when I take rowing classes and tread classes using the same Peleton app. Peloton is doing their customers customers, a Significant disservice by not allowing access to the analytics on the bike when using their app and their bike shame on them. I recommend to everyone, don't buy a Peleton bike, buy a genetic, cheaper bike and you'll have more success with the Peleton app which is a great fitness app.
