Sunday night manager Armando is extremely unprofessional and rude! Party of 8 - all kids are a few months apart. My daughter is a few months away from being a "D" with all the other kids and they wont let her jump with her friends. I asked and the manager said "I will not bump her up, no exceptions" If you want to jump/play with your kids....not the place to come. Every section is segregated by age. Not adult and kid friendly I went to Sky Zone with 3 of my kids, ages 3, 11 and 14. My 11 year old stayed in the toddler area with the 3 year old so I could bounce with my other child, but when we tried, the guard made me go to a separate area with just adults. I was not able to interact with my child at all. It was a very awkward feeling bouncing alone in an area of other adults, mostly mothers. I wish they had explained that I wouldn't be allowed to go in with my older kids when I purchased my ticket. I went and found a manager and asked for a refund, which he promptly gave me. One other issue was that my 3 year old son had jumping socks from a competing trampoline park in NY so they asked me to buy him some of their brand socks. Place sucks. This is like the 6th trampoline park I've been to and I buy the adult pass so I can chase my little ones around. Never been a problem anywhere else. Just got told to get out of like 3 different areas so I went to an unoccupied corner of the "main court". I was standing there watching my son bounce around with nobody around and the Nazi worker came strolling over to point out all the places that I can't be and all the places that he can't be. Basically the entire place. Definitely won't be coming back here. I never write reviews but since I'm just standing here now, I might as well get my money's worth with this review. So I will go back to the other ones that I've been to where I can actually play with my children instead of repeatedly telling my daughter that I can't go in that area. Bush league rules. Yesterday my daughter and I visited Altitude. Today, sky zone in Danvers. We were in search of where to have her birthday party. Altitude is fantastic. Sky zone...not so much. The staff couldn't have been less caring. Nobody seems to know what's going on, VERY limited food as in all packaged junk, and there is almost nowhere to jump with your kids. My daughter is almost 12. I was jumping on the adult side of the main floor with NOBODY else, yet my daughter couldn't jump with me. I needed to stop for a second to take my inhaler (I am asthmatic) and the 17 year old girl "protecting the area" told me I couldn't sit down for a second and take it, that I had to move. Having to move when you are having difficulty breathing is fun. I decided it wasn't worth it anymore and just sat down and watched children go bouncing into the adult area and she said NOTHING. I asked to speak to a manager but for some reason nobody could find one. Bullshit. I was initially interested in signing up for the sky fit classes but when I asked if there was any program for my daughter I was told no, not for that age group. I went into the restroom and there was an advertisement about a dodgeball program for 11-15 year old starting this week! I guess they just didn't want us there. Won't be coming back. Me and 4 other people came for the Saturday night slam jam. When we walked in we were being stared at and given attitude, and Olivia said "i hope they just leave" to her coworker after we had paid over $100 to jump. A half hour later i had another worker ask me what time we planned on leaving. We felt awkward and unwanted from the beginning. We ended up leaving an hour early and when we were getting ready to leave there was no workers in sight. Waste of money I'll be happy to spend my money elsewhere. read more

As I walk in I always get greeted with so much love from all the staffers, some even keep mentioning that I should work there because I love Sky Zone so much! This place is poorly run. Rules are applied randomly. Went with a group of kids including my 4 year old daughter but they separate you by size...or so they say. At 5'6 and 180 lbs I couldn't jump with my daughter. "For safety" I was told. But they had no problem letting the 250 lb 12 year old jump near her. The older girls couldn't even jump in the same area despite being relatively same size. Very strange place. Ill be taking my business to a different location next time. read more

This place is the worst! They don't keep enough people on the registers so that you'll stand in line for 45 minutes. If you don't buy tickets ahead of time they sell out so to go here you need to arrive an hour early. And since they only have 30 minutes instead of 15 minute time slots you need to accurately guess how much time you're going to waste in line. The facilities are nice. That's the only good thing to say about this crappy place. It clearly needs better management. read more

Seriously awesome. Myself and some people from work went (we are all in or twenties) to jump for an hour and it was so much fun, even for adults. A great work out too. There were a lot of kids but they had a place for adults that was not busy at all. I could see it being kind stressful taking your kids here but it was so much fun for us. Honestly went in pumped. Staff at the front was a little lax, but got their point across. There was no guidance, I had to ask the staff what to do and where to go. It was the wife, little tike(boy, 6), and me. We got to attempt to dunk baskets at first, then off to the free bounce! I can't wait to have some fun with my family... Until I notice it's separated by age group. We can't bounce anywhere near little man, let alone in the same area. So we say forget it let's do the warrior obstacle course... Which burned my hands! On the rope swing. The manager promptly was alerted (I had to ask someone at another section) via walkie-talkie in which she then complained and asked if it were necessary that she come, all audibly to any customers within ear shot. She came, gave me two bandaids. Didn't even offer a place to clean it out. I had to walk (in socks) into the urine stained floor men's room to wash it. Then we went to the free bounce anyhow. No kids little man's age on any trampoline, so I figured I'd ask the manager Kristen if we could play near my little guy so he wasn't alone... No. He can be lonely while mom and I jump around 50 feet away in a fenced off area for "safety." But the 15 year olds can do front flips one trampoline away from my lonely ass kid in his area that he doesn't even understand the concept of. Thanks for that, I'll never forget the smug look behind those glasses as she said she didn't make the rules, especially after the terrible manager acted like it was my fault the rope swing that is never cleaned burned the skin off my hand, I hope the staph infections people acquire here lead it to shut down. read more

This place is overrated and beyond. I took my nephew here for his birthday the day before and it was the worst experience ever. Not only are you segregated like if we still live in the 1900s they have so many rules its not even funny. You can't play or jump together because each section is separated by age which makes sense safety and all but very redundant when you go there with a bunch of friends or family members. You can't take pictures with your phone, the staff is not very helpful, and they will stop you more than anything. You are really better off investing in your own trampoline because what you pay for here on top registering your life away to them so they can defend themselves from a malpractice, its not worth it. read more

Brought my daughter here for Toddler time which I was under the impression I could jump with her too. They have it for an hour and a half on the big court during weekdays- and I bought my own socks as l was told by the cashier I could go on the court with her. Sadly, the staff on the court told me I could only walk on the pads and not jump with my daughter- which was a waste of money. Was just there with a friend and our sons ages 6, 8, 9, 11, 12. They did seperate the kids by age ( under/over 10) but very superficially...they were basically right next to each other. Dodge ball games were by age group and that was a waiting game until they opened up a seperate court. It was NH vacation week and there were enough kids to make a great dodge ball games but no lines at all for the hoops or foam pit areas. I did feel that the review of rules at the beginning was superficial at best and enforcement by staff was minimal and erratic. First time that I went to this location. The one I usually visit closer to my home has less restrictions on jumping. This one only allows certain age groups to be in the same arena at the same time. We met up with cousins and the kids had to separate for games like dodge ball. It also didn't allow the adults to join in the game. So my brother looked rather foolish jumping alone in the adult section while his nephews were in another area. I probably wouldn't go there again because of that reason. read more

Despite the bad reviews, I took a chance on skyzone. Im glad I did. My kids had a blast! Right when you walk in there is a big sign with arrows letting you know you need to sign a waiver, and which line to stand in ( regular jump vs. birthday party). My children are 12 and 9. They were separated by age. This was fine. My 12 year old was meeting friends and he gets extremely frustrated when his brother wants to tag along, so to avoid the fighting with them both I was very thankful for the age separation. And why would I want my 9 year old jumping with 15 year olds? so I can write a bad yelp review when they inevitably get hurt? This skyzone is huge, however its really hard to get " lost" as some had mentioned. I was nervous my 9 year would wander off because of these reviews.... It seems impossible to get " lost".... I plan to come to skyzone again! I would recommend it to all of my friends with young kids! Its a fun environment and they blew off some much needed steam during school vacation! read more

Attended Toddler Time for the first time today, and I must say I was extremely impressed! The facility is massive, and super clean! The price was only $13 for the family and included 90 minutes of fun. They not only open the big court but they also have a smaller foam pit, a basketball court and more trampolines for the little ones. Highly recommended and will surely be back! First off, the air conditioning is non-existent. I am prone to easily overheating, and I was extremely close to throwing up. Your space is very tightly packed, this combined with no air conditioning, and all the hot small sweaty children just makes for a bad time. Twenty minutes into my visit both of the dodgeball courts were closed leaving my group with nothing to do, as families were hogging most of the other equipment. The overall cleanliness of the resting areas had me disgusted. I'm no clean freak but dear god it was bad. Along with the lack of seating for my group, we were left standing in the hot humid "resting" space. When my group tried to use your foam pit we soon found small kids just sitting on the trampolines, and the employees did nothing, even after we complained. Another big complaint is your rockwall, there are next to no rocks on there leaving more to be desired from it, and the lack of safety when falling off. The area surrounding the jousting area is extremely unsafe. My friend nearly smashed his head into the elevated platform after being knocked off. On top of that, she was very rude to one of the employees and he was clearly very stressed out because of it. I was at the Skyzone today in Danvers from 11:30-12:30 with my 3 yo and 2 month old. When we arrived my youngest needed to eat (a bottle because she's an infant) as I was walking up the stairs to the toddler area i noticed the new signs that said, "no food or drink." I thought that couldn't possibly mean that I couldn't sit and feed my infant while my older child bounced. Low and behold I made it about 3 steps when I was stopped and asked to go back down the stairs and feed my baby in the snack area. I said "it's only a bottle and she's an infant." But he wouldn't back down. I wasn't about to get into it with a 17 year old and by this point my toddler was melting down because we had to leave the jumping area and she had to sit and wait 15 minutes (of which I paid for) while I fed her sister. I get that you don't want kids eating food or drinking soda up there but a mom giving her kid a bottle??! Even water should be allowed. The best part was shortly after I was asked to leave a female employee took over the area and she was drinking from a water bottle. We love Skyzone and go there frequently but this was very disappointing. I will be posting this to my moms group unless you find a way to make this right. You appear to be family and kid friendly but you should take a closer look at this policy and educate your staff on it. I met with the manager today when I went to pick up the waivers when I thought I should explain my experience that I had. He was very nice and explained the reason why they may have been hesitant about giving the invites out- and explained how it may be misleading for the parents had I given the invites out. I can understand and appreciate his response which made a lot more sense then, "we give over 3,000 invites a month and are running low." Anyway, he ended up asking if there was anything he could do to help make my daughters bday go well tomorrow and I let him know I was all set. He also let me know that he had a meeting to make sure the employees do what they can for a similar conversation may not happen for the next person. It was nice for him to ask and offer. He did end up giving my daughter a Skyzone tee Shirt and 4 extra tickets to go back! It was unexpected and very nice. Thank you! read more

I was excited to take our boys (age 5 and 7) here, but it was a huge disappointment. There is very little you can do with your children since everything is divided by age groups. I was told I could go into the foam pit with my 5 year old, but they made him go in 20 feet away from me, which made him cry. Instead on apologizing, the staff nearly shoved him out of the way- go to keep those birthday parties moving along. I had an awful time here! There was no one in line and it took about fifteen minutes for someone to take care of us and there was six people behind the counter. Once we finally got in, we had to wait again for someone to explain the rules which would have been okay but we bought the 30 min jump and it took time off of our jump. Another thing that stunned me was that no one told me that I couldn't jump in the same areas with my sister. I understand that it is a safety issue but if I was told, I would not have paid to jump. We basically jumped alone for twenty minutes. Also one of the staff members there was extremely rude. I asked if my sister and I could play dodgeball (after I finally asked if there was anywhere we could jump) and he treated us as if we just asked the most insane question ever, as if it was common sense that we couldn't. We were told we could jump together in the dodgeball area, how were we suppose to know we couldn't. Overall I wouldn't go back. They stop you from doing anything, way too many rules.
