My Husband and I certainly didn't take the decision of where and how to celebrate our son's first Birthday. (We have already booked his second Birthday party because this one was EXCEPTIONAL!! To be 100% transparent, my sister Brooke is the General Manager which means I had the highest of expectations. From the very start of the planning process, the staff was always readily and willingly available to answer any and all of my questions (trust me, there were plenty!) I never felt rushed. When we walked in we were greeted by several friendly faces and open arms (ready to take boxes, decorations, cake etc.) Annabelle was truly amazing! She continuously checked in with both my Husband and I to see if there was anything we or our guests needed. She even helped us set up the decorations, she truly went ABOVE and BEYOND!!! The owner Jeremy happened to stop by the day of our event and didn't leave before making sure he checked in. If you are contemplating having any type of celebration at MPower Athletics, book it! I just started bringing my Grandson for Ninja classes and the pool! This place is absolutely awesome! he loves it so very much! the lifeguards are really good and also interact with the kids! We hosted my son's high school graduation party at mPower Athletics -- one of the best choices we've ever made. He and his friends had the run of the place and had an incredible time. The staff was amazing and gave them the independence that teenagers need and the enthusiasm that kept them going for three hours. Many of these kids had memories from their One Stop Fun days, so the nostalgia was just an added bonus. We hadn't been inside in more than 10 years and were amazed at the improvements to the facilities since then. Planning the party was so easy as well. We really couldn't be happier. read more

We were there with two small children (2&3 y) and they had a lot of fun! But we were lucky that it wasn't crowded because we where there the last two hours on a hot Saturday. Next door there is a gym (looks very professional) and toilets. I saw the possibilities to visit the pool area outside (looked very cool, but we weren't there). I highly recommend the ninja classes at One stop fun! The children are engaged in physical challenges the entire class and work at individual stations to get the maximum benefit from a one hour class. I'd probably give it 2.5 stars, but since the place didn't really put forth much effort I'm rounding down. Cost is $10 per kid for their play space (which is the reason 99% of the people go there). Mostly a big maze with tunnels and some ball pits within. Good for burning off energy when it's cold or rainy out. Try and go when the gymnastics area is also open. I agree with other posters, the staff all seemed to wish they were somewhere else. The limited gymnastics staff stood around texting while the kids played, and the snack bar staff was just plain DUMB (they couldn't figure out how to microwave a bagel to thaw it). Food selection is very limited, so eat ahead of time (no outside food allowed). read more

Fun place, clean and great concept for little kids! Affordable to go for the day at $10 per kids but not so much for a party! Had my sons 5th birthday party there is weekend. They had fun but the whole party seems rushed for the amount of money you pay to have it there. For $450 u get 30 mins in one room then 30 mins on 2 bounce houses then 15 mins in the foam pits and 40 mins in the party rooms. I think 3 hours would have been a more appropriate amount of time. They don't clear out one party before the next one gets herded into the next room. Congested and not special! The pizza was good and the hostess was fun with the kids. Just wish it was so rushed as it made your kids birthday feel more like an assembly line than a party! read more

This place looked promising, but it really wasn't. We paid nearly $800 for food and the Ultimate party with pool option. The people on the phone weren't very nice as every time I called, they insisted I paid and every question ended with "so do you want to book it?" Not the best first impression. Day of, we get there and I was hoping my first impression was just an impression. They confirmed everything we "preordered" and I reluctantly ordered an extra 4 pizzas just in case. The party started promptly and two bins were left for shoes and gifts at the entrance. We head down with our party to the gymnasium where they started with the structured gymnastics. It was set up like an obstacle course. They had the kids follow each other through the challenges for a half hour. Next, they went through a large inflatable caterpillar which they kids enjoyed for 15 minutes then they began what they called Peter Pan rides (large rope pulley thing) and zip lines into a foam pit. The kids somewhat liked those. The last thirty minutes of play was in the playground, which wasn't private. The kids enjoyed that. The last hour was in the party room. This is where it all pretty much went downhill. There were three total rooms, but there was only sitting for the kids and the rooms were small. It was already upsetting to not join our kids in the fun let alone stand and just watch in the viewing area. Our hostess as nice as she was, was wearing booty shorts. I understand it was hot, but every time she bent over...you get the picture. It was bad that even the kids noticed. They were nice enough to let me semi decorate the place which I did while the kids played. She began asking all the kids what they wanted, item per item. This was a complete time waster. Every soda, juice, chip, pizza dessert item was asked. We watched painfully as she walked around handing the kids what they asked for. For food, we ordered chips and dip, a fruit platter, a popcorn bowl, hot dogs, pizza and soda. The pizza wasn't very good. The cheese slipped right off and there was barely any pepperoni. We over ordered as I would have preferred to have more than less, but we over ordered by 5. Shouldn't they have noticed we weren't going to eat all of it when they were bringing out two pizzas at a time? Not even closely thoughtful. Just wanted the money as each pie was $16 each. The fruit platter for $20, only consisted of red grapes, watermelon and strawberries. Really sad for options as $20 didn't justify the price. The chips were in a bowl with dip on the side, whatever. Hot dogs were served, un-assembled. The hostess put them together while the kids waited with their hands raised. Don't get me started on the soda. It was delivered in pitchers, barely cold and pretty much flat. The kids drank them right after she poured and they had to wait in order to get another serving. Obviously, they were thirsty from running around. There were two for the kids, one pitcher for the adults. We brought our own cake and cupcakes to serve, while they served the ice cream sundaes. It was a hoodsie cup, with whipped cream and options of skittles, Swedish fish and sour patches. Not really sundae toppings. How about cherries, jimmies, or sauces? We opted for swimming afterwards since it was a hot day. I had to pay first before letting any of the kids go. They said they were going to clean up everything for us and we can pull our car up. Too bad, we ended up doing the majority of it as it would have been painstakingly long as she kept disappearing. The kids enjoyed the pool until someone threw up in the pool. It took so long for them to clean it, we all opted to go home. Overall, the kids did have a good time, but as the parents, we felt it was all rushed and not worth the price tag. Not impressed at all. I had my son's 3rd birthday party here and I would not suggest the second room! Not only do they not allow the kids to run around and have fun, they have drill sergeant teenage employees that stay on top of them at ALL times! They are kids, they should be allowed to play with balloons that I paid for! And music could have helped during the quiet pizza party that again the worker enforced. Definitely would not recommend. This place really makes me wanna cha-cha! I came here with my son because I'm really into mazes and want him to catch the maze bug, too. The place is dated, filthy, and absolutely reeks of unwashed feet, but as the name will tell you, it was so much fun that we just loved it! For me, the best part was that the staff was so disengaged that they didn't notice me follow my son into the maze to play. I just let him go about his business while I had pretty much the time of my life crawling around the tubes and laughing in the ball pit. I made friends with another dad that I found in there, and I think we're even having a play-date soon! The two of us went over to the food area to have some delicious microwave pizza, and had so much fun talking mazes that we forgot about our kids completely. We went out to the parking lot for about twenty minutes to have a little fun of our own, then came back in. It took me a while to find my son--turns out he'd been crying and screaming my name, stuck in one of the nets--but I got him out of there and we had a nice, quiet drive home. I came here as a kid and remember vividly how magical the indoor playground felt. and now as a 21 year old nanny always looking for new fun things to do, I bring the two boys I watch (5 and 8) here every week and they constantly ask "when are we going back to that tube place?!" The tubes and outdoor swimming pool are enough to keep us occupied for hours. Sitting here now, going on 3 hours of non stop play! They have pizza and hot dogs and slushies ect. but I usually opt for a pre packed lunch. Restrooms are right off of the indoor playground and sometimes they have the gymnastics area open which boasts and huge foam pit and a large rope to swing off. We're regulars at One Stop Fun, and we have a membership, which is a great deal if you come here a lot like we do. My 6-year-old LOVES this place. It is super fun and a great place for kids to work off some excess energy on a rainy day or when it's too cold or hot to play outside for a long time. Food is pretty average. Pool area: I visited the pool in July and found the place to be filthy. The furniture was broken and very dirty. My daughter got stuck in the plastic chair that was broken and I had to pull her out. Their was even an empty wasp nest underneath the chair that I noticed when I moved the broken chair. The plumbing was not working so the mushroom waterfall was not on. My 5 year old cut the bottom of her toes on something, as did another girl walking in the same area. The water looked murkey. The bathrooms were closed so you had to go inside. There are no restrictions about swimwear so you will see many adults with shorts/ tshirts on. Pool area has a lot of food smeared on the ground. I strongly suggest your child wear water shoes. Indoor: not bad for a rainy afternoon. Nice that they don't charge for adults. read more

Can't say enough about this place. The indoor playground keeps the kids busy and moving (rather than sitting on their devices). We go to One Stop Fun when it's raining or when it's too hot to be outside. Also love the pool during the summer. Have been to many birthday parties here and the kids have a blast. Can get crowded sometimes. Snackbar is ok (not great), but it's fine for the kids. Let me start out with the positives: The staff here, particularly those who help plan and carry out bday parties are lovely. So nice, organized, and genuinely seem to be having fun at their jobs. Kind, eager to work with you. Just all around lovely people. We've done 2 bday parties here back to back years, and the kids always have a blast. BUT: I think it's well past time they update, refresh, replace, and give the place a good scrub and fresh paint. So many positives about this place but it just looks and smells run down. The big climber has def seen better days, with its ripped padding, and odors. The gymnastics room is in really bad shape. The mats are ancient and ripped, and dirty from age and wear. Walls are dirty, all around and the floors in the party rooms are really dirty, but it's the kind of dirty where the lino really needs a good stripping or replacement and updating. The walls need a fresh, clean coat of paint, tables have chips in them, bathrooms are grotty and dated. The upstairs party room, which is a dance studio is fine and the pool area is awesome , but everything below needs some love. read more

One Stop Fun has provided a great indoor space for my kids and their friends to play for years. The indoor rock climbing wall is a great challenge but also allows for success for younger ones. During school vacation weeks when the gymnastics room with foam square pit and rope swing are a great space to burn off some energy. i would never go here if my kids didn't love it. the place is filthy - every time we leave, we are all coughing from the dust and chalk. the reception staff seem to hate kids (maybe they've met a few wild or unsupervised ones?), but really, find a pleasant word or crack a smile. a mother there today told me she saw someone climb up to dust and they let all the dust fall down into the structure with no follow up vacuum. families should demand better - judging by the disengaged staff, i would wonder if anything there ever gets cleaned? read more

I've been here many times. The kids do have a great time here, I must admit. A few things I'm not so happy with, on school vacations the price is much higher, an $8 increase ($18 entry fee as opposed to the regular $9.99). Now granted, they do open the gym side for the whole day (which really is fantastic) but the other "goodies" such as games and candy prizes, my kids could've cared less about. They also hosted a make your own ice cream sunday, but it's soooo small (one scoop) and it was so late in the day (3:30) that by that time, many folks had already left - without getting their ice cream. I do feel that if you are paying the price for additional incentives, then they should be redeemable at a more reasonable hour in the day. We actually didn't stay for the ice cream this time, so for $8 extra dollars, my kids got to play in the gym side for a longer period. In the future, they really should offer both entry prices and stamp the hands of those who want the ice cream. read more

I gave one star because I had no other choice. Think twice before sending your child to Nashoba Gymnastics Academy @ One Stop Fun. Without notice, the owner decided to fire the head coach, stop their JO program and hire just xcel coaches. There was no communication with parents and athletes beforehand so that choices could be made. There was just an email sent out on a Tuesday, 2 hours before practice, telling everyone of the changes. This was also done mid-month, so they had already charged everyone a month's worth of tuition. The only reason parents and athletes stayed at this gym was because of the head coach and her assistant coaches. The actual facility leaves a lot to be desired. If it rains, the poor girls would have to put a barrel on the floor due to the leaking ceiling. The place also smelled absolutely terrible. Again, think twice before sending your athlete here for training. read more

This was a hugely disappointing outing. We drove 45 minutes with three excited children to play at this indoor facility. The manager working the counter at the entrance was extremely rude and frazzled. There were no prices visible anywhere and the manager could not give us the courtesy of looking up from the cash register to acknowledge us. Once we entered the facility, we were not impressed with the large, dark facility consisting mostly of tubes and ball pits. We were allowed to take the kids into the gymnastics area which seemed very dirty and not well maintained. The most upsetting part was that there were some employees who appeared to be in charge of this area, but they were so busy chatting with each other that they were completely unaware of the many different aged kids running throughout the gym. We were honestly shocked that they just seem to grant all children access to this gym equipment with no professional supervision. The only supervision comes from whichever parents decide to supervise their children. I will surely never return and cannot imagine why anyone would return after visiting once. read more

This place is great. There is plenty of room and things to do. It is very safe for 4-year-old kids and up. My son, and all the kids he goes with, have a blast every time they go there. There are some parental gripes about the food selection and service BUT such gripes are purely parental. Sure, it is true, they could and should improve the food service and choice, and could do so rather easily. BUT, that is NOT the point of the place. The kids don't care about such things, remember??? Kids are happy finding a 3-month-old M&M in the couch, remember??? Cheeze Louise!!! The kids are there because THEY like to run and jump and climb and yell and play and for THAT this place is great. If you want 4-star food and waitstaff, then hire a sitter (who will take the kids to One Stop Fun) and go out to dinner as husband and wife and have a good meal.
