I asked for a partial refund and clearly didn't want a full refund as my child did attend some of the classes. I was met with emails from the owner on how following policy I should not get a refund. She emailed way too personally on how I should not give a negative review and how it would hurt her business. Again, I will not go into details, but feel that she should have given me a "partial" refund on the classes now missed and under the circumstances, not follow her policy. She sent me a $30 sign up fee and returned it to me only. No partial refund and I tore up her check as I feel on principal as I should have received what I asked for which was not a lot of money at all. I was given feedback from Tumble Kids on how cleanliness is a priority for them and how many times they clean etc. If they indeed do that, how come the lobby stinks? Come on! I was told it's because it is a gym and gyms smell. Seriously? I have been to many gyms with sweaty adults and the gym does not smell! Even the doors coming in are full of grimy hand prints. Windex them! Deodorize the lobby. The play area for little kids looks like you will catch something. Like a grimy daycare. I will never be back, will never recommend and shame on Tumble kids for not giving a partial refund under the circumstances. I am being very kind in my review for not mentioning more as my intention is not to hurt any business but bring awareness of any customer paying for services and not getting a clean environment. I will add that the teachers are nice and the kids do enjoy the gymnastic part of it. But in all reality, the gym is way too small to accommodate the amount of kids they have in the gym at one time. When we starting going in the fall their ninja program was great! Very organized and the kids had…read morefun doing obstacle activities the entire time. Fast forward a few months and they quadrupled the class size and it is too much. The class is disorganized and the kids spend 10-15 minutes of a 50 minute class standing around and being told about trying hard. At a 20.00 price tag per session they should be maximizing the kids play time with class sizes that are manageable. Recently I have even watched the kids so the same activity twice in class because there were so many kids. This never happened when we first started. Also as a tip they close for two Saturday's in December and do not give you credit for them. There are two extra Saturday's throughout the year you get for free. Only issue is if you sign up after these Saturday's like we did you end up just getting ripped off. Cancel your December membership and restart in January. Save yourself some $ Change your ways, realize it's a business but you can and have done a better job.
