Many of the same students have been coming here for many years, and at the same time, new students are welcomed and given assistance based on their individual abilities, experience and goals. Yoga is fundamentally important to me - as an older person I feel it has kept me feeling healthy and energetic. I have practiced at many yoga studios, and I feel this is the best for me, and I would give it 6 stars if I could.

Revolution offered up free classes for most of their first week, in a great way to create some buzz - we attended a couple of these, and I must say I am very impressed! I have never really been interested in yoga - nor did I understand it at all. Our classes were led by Gwen, who emphasized there that you "can't do anything wrong" in her classes, which was a relief for someone like myself. Fortunately I wasn't the only beginner - but it is clear that there is a strong local interest with some very experienced yoga-ers - which looks great for Revolution. No one makes you feel bad about taking a break, and Gwen was very helpful if you got mixed up while setting up a position (by you, I mean ME). The facilities are very nice - brand new, with a retail side and a studio side. The retail area is a little empty at the moment, but they will be building it out soon. The studio is great - well equipped with mats, straps and blocks. My mind was constantly racing trying to figure out the right positions - but in the end you will come out as relaxed as can be. The classes emphasize that. So from a complete beginner who knows nothing about yoga, I think its a great place, and a fantastic addition to the town. They offer many options in classes and class times - and the staff is all very friendly.

Themed classes are also offered mixing in stretching, toning, core, yoga, and classic props like circle or my new BF, the orange ball. When she passed unexpectedly my whole world flipped upside down. My heart has been broken and certainly will never be the same . I cannot explain the amount of support and healing I have received from this establishment . On the day my sister's headstone came, I plugged my GPS in to head towards the local TJ MAXX for some retail therapy . Instead the GPS brought me to Windsoul. I thought this was pretty cool considering I had spent the night before googling yoga studios to check out. I was sleepless in knowing the next day I was going to see my sister's headstone with the last name ORTIZ on it ... yet for some reason I did not see Windsoul during my google search of local studios... yet there I was :). Gail greeted me with warmth and a genuine purpose to help me with what I needed . She assured me that I was in the right place . That Monday I started my first class with StaceyLynn whom I adore . She has a very upbeat personality and contagious energy. I started to join more classes and learn more about each instructor's style as well as personality , both of which reflect their practice . Gail is organized and intelligent . StaceyLynn is as well, but offers a certain level of spunk . I love Tuesday classes with Julie as well . The team members each offer something special . During this last year I became a certified yoga teacher to strengthen my own practice and utilize as a healing technique for when I work with veterans as a nurse someday (I am currently in school for nursing). I was inspired, aided and welcomed by this warm and loving family . I would not have started my yoga journey without the hospitality and inspiration from these women . During the summer time, Windsoul donated all proceeds from their community classes to Veterans Advocacy Services , a non-profit dedicated to provide veterans with assistance according to their specific needs . Once again, I started the day groggy and stiff from a weekend of yard work, and Ann targeted…read moreexactly the areas I needed help with. From the start of class, lying on my back and doing an extended Monkey Twist, I already felt relief from the stiffness in my back and legs. I could have stopped there and been thrilled with the class. After a series of exercises for core strengthening, stretching, and building balance, I feel like a brand new person. Ann has a talent for spotting tiny differences in the positions of each person in the class and giving us just the advice we need to improve our performance. And she somehow does this over Zoom so I don't even have to leave the comfort of my home during my 7:30 am class. I have had other instructors for yoga, pilates, and even some martial arts, and found all of them good, but Ann has some kind of talent for giving me exactly the pointer I need to feel that much better. Now I'm ready to go out and keep doing the tiny things throughout my day that will keep me in shape for next week's class!

Today was definitely a "treat yo self" day thanks to Life Gate Holistic Living Center. My husband…read moreand I did acupuncture by Karina. He had left leg pain from being a runner and I have pelvic/back issues from a car accident. She put specific needles in my hands that correlate to the sacroiliac area and even in one session I felt the pain ease up. We then went to to their Relaxation Nook with our tea and homemade vegan snacks while Elena hooked us up with essential oils in the diffuser to further promote our relaxed state. After that we went back downtsairs to work with Kate. She guided us through some stretches and moves and Yoga Tune Up therapy ball exercises. We left there relaxed, energized and feeling all over healthier from the inside out. Will definitely be back and will recommend this to anyone looking at trying any one of their many services!

Everyone here is so very nice and supportive along with being knowledgeable. I started out just getting acupuncture even though I do not do medical needles at all. Karina has been very understanding, personable as all get out but firm when needed and most of all patient and determined. And has helped me with the roller coaster that life has been the last two years. Adding in reiki a few months ago with Clara has definitely bumped up my personal progress that I'm not sure we would've gotten with just acupuncture alone (as awesome as acupuncture has been for me!). Clara is such a lovely practitioner and tailors her appointments to her clients very well. There's no pushing or forcing, just gently guiding and knowing minds. I also took a reiki one class with her and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a great time had by all and I now have another tool to continue working on myself at home even if it's just when I can't sleep at night. Highly recommend coming in and meeting this lovely village of people who have come together to pool their knowledge for the greater good of all their clients
