This is a delayed review but I went here last summer and really enjoyed it. This ripe course experience is suitable for both kids and adults alike. It's definitely challenging so I'd recommend starting at the lower levels and working your way up. read more

It's tough to find a place that is a good spot for toddlers, older kids, and even adults, but this ropes course effectively checks all the boxes. As an adult, I found the course fun and it tested my boundaries with heights quite adequately. Was hard to keep up with my kids but fun nonetheless. Also handy that you can grab lunch, an ice cream, a movie, candy, or even furniture here after your climbing adventure. :) read more

This review is specifically for an employee named Bridget. I went here to meet my kids friends for a play date a few Saturdays ago. At the counter, we registered and paid for five kids to climb. Ages of the kids varied, one on the small course and four on the big course. At the register, the female employee pictured with short hair on the right, rang us up and one parent asked if he could wait in the line passed the gate after registering while the kids went to walk around. We were told it would be a 45 mins wait. He said he would call the kids back once he was getting near the front. The female employee said that was fine, so he went in to wait while we all went to walk around. While he was waiting in line, Bridget, who is pictured on the left wearing a mask, was giving him a very hard time saying he couldn't wait and that the group of kids had to wait in line. He told her that the employee at the counter said he could hold the line while the kids walked around. She said no. He asked for her name and if he could speak to a manager. She replied her name was Bridget and she was the Shift Leader. So he called the kids back, and when they arrived, he asked Bridget if the kids could swap places with him. She said no, they had to go to the back of the line. We didn't understand why our group was being treated like criminals as we had all paid and each kid was already wearing their paper wristband from the counter. So the kids ended up waiting at the back of the line while us parents were furious at Bridget, the Shift Leader. My recommendation is to make a larger area designated for climbers to wait in line for their turns and have ALL employees brush up on their customer service skills and learn the rules because there seems to be discrepancies between the two employees pictured. Anyway, the kids had fun, but us parents were pretty pissed off about the entire situation. This place seems to be run by incompetent and/or power trip employees. read more

We are visiting from out of state and brought our four year old here today. He loved it and will not stop talking about it! We promised him an additional visit before we go back. He loved the young kids course - in his head he probably imagined himself to be Indiana Jones. For $11 admission ($9 when prebooked) kids get an hours playtime on the course. The older kids course reaches to the ceiling (impressive!!) while the younger kids course is about 3 foot from the ground. There are dancing fountains and a conjoined ice cream parkour, jelly bean/belly store, and a burger place. A+++++++ will be back before our flight next week ! read more

Staff is not educated about special needs. They refused to accommodate my son with autism. My only request was him to be able to wear his earphones as he has always wear them while climbing in the rope course several times, for three years, even a month ago. They said NO yesterday because that was a "new rule" leaving my son without the opportunity to enjoy the playground. So, if a deaf need a communication device, he will be force to be without it because of a ridiculous "new rule"? This is a matter of discrimination , my son needs his earphones to regulate himself in a noisy and overwhelming environment so he can enjoy what is around him by being relaxed and focused. Seriously? After all of my explanations and a promise to leave the audio in my inside shirt pocket the whole staff (4 people) was still refusing to accommodate my son. What a horrible and discriminatory behavior from this company that supposed to work for kids, what a shame! read more

There are adults and kids unmasked everywhere, and there is no way of knowing if they are vaccinated. The kids are not because they are not eligible. It was very uncomfortable for me to bring my kids here who are too young to be vaccinated yet. Stores should keep some precautions until kids are eligible, because it makes it impossible for the rest of us to bring our kids into places. The kind of adults that would go unmasked and have their unvaccinated kids unmasked around mine are probably not vaccinated. Very unimpressed with this place. Not family friendly. read more

Me and my cousin went here on a whim and I must say it's a nice thing to do when you're bored. They have it for all levels (except you mountain climbing pros...I want to live dammit). You can basically walk back and forth as many times as you want, but if you leave, you can't go back in. There's 3 floors of walking around and ropes, but there's a floor one for toddlers. Also, I think price is like $14 each person?, so also very cheap! read more

Had the worst experience ever at this place! The employee who tried to strap in my 3 year old into the harness had a tough time then broke it! He said because I might be to scary for him then told me to strap him in my self, the guy had the nerves to to come find me later and said I might have to pay for it! I said I'm not paying for Shit! Then I Said if a 3 year old can break a harness how safe is that? He tells me he's the "manager" and said hey I'm just trying to cover my own Ass for my Boss.My wife said let me talk to your Boss now but he said he was in charge. Wish I can give negative stars! I took 2 kids, 8 and 9, here on a weekday morning when they didn't have school. I stayed on the ground to watch. It was very empty and there were only 2 other people on the course. The kids absolutely loved it, and spent almost an hour up there. Because there were so few people, they could go on the zip line again and again. Some of the obstacles looked more difficult, some less so, but all were easy enough for your average grade schooler, which makes me wonder how much of a challenge it would be for an adult. The line and harness thing is tight enough that you could use it as a moving hanging-on point where there weren't things for hands to grip. (Does that make any sense?) I had absolutely no fear of them being in danger at any time. I thought that the $15 each was a bit pricey but their smiles were worth it. The main thing bringing down this rating was the music, which was ear-shatteringly loud. It was a mix of classic movie songs, ABBA, and pop hits from the 60s-80s. It was so loud that conversation was all but impossible unless you stood inches away, and you couldn't communicate with anyone on the ropes course from the ground. I swear a day later my ears are still ringing. The employees admitted to hating it, too, but it's set by corporate so nothing they can do. Oddly, the music is not present in the rest of the complex, just by the light show and ropes course. 'Beantown' was also disappointing. It was....a lot of jellybeans, glued together. There was the Green Monster, the state house, Paul Revere, a giant ice cream sundae representing the big dig, and some large flowers and the make way for ducklings statue. That was it. Nothing else, no buildings besides the state house, no boats, nada. You could see it all in 5 minutes. On the other hand, the light/water show was fantastic, I could have watched it all day if the music were 2/3 softer. It was like fireworks but with water. From a distance it looks flat but when you get closer you see that it's a huge grid of different water jets. The kids also enjoyed wandering around the enormous furniture store, which we all agreed would be a terrific place for hide and seek or sardines. I'd recommend this place to anyone with kids but can't see it as being that fulfilling for groups of adults. Bring earplugs or noise cancelling headphones. The ropes course is completely inaccessible to people with any sort of physical disabilities. A coordinated blind person could conceivably do it but the music is too loud for anyone to give directions or talk to them, which renders it inaccessible. (Well, actually, Deaf people would probably do fine on it.) It would be absolute hell for anyone with sensory processing problems or sensitive to flashing lights. If you don't want to shell out a fortune on ice cream and candy, bring your own food and establish that you won't be getting treats ahead of time. Overall, a good, but not great, experience. I'm glad to do it once, but I'm never going back. read more

Had a good experience! This was the first time I have ever been to a ropes course and I liked it. They have a zip line too, which costs a a little more money. It is very reasonably priced though. My only complaint is that I didn't like how not all of the things you cross over have things to hold on too. I feel like that would have made it a little easier. I am not sure if it is like this at other ropes courses though, because like it said this is the only ropes course I have been too. Overall, it is a lot of fun! read more

Great activity for all ages, and anyone who wants to overcome challenges, get over fears, take a chance, try something new. I want to say obviously great for kids ... which it is... and starting them the younger the better ... BUT ... truly ALL ages. You get the height and exhilaration of being up in the air, but unlike a traditional outdoors ropes course, the ropes are very tight limiting wobble and falling sensation, and you are always connected to your center rope. Therefore, even if you don't want to try the obstacles, just hang onto your center rope and walk across. It's great - do it! read more

My niece loves it here. They have a ropes course for under 48" and then a bigger one for 48" and above, which I have done and love...Definitely worth a tell here..plus they have a water fountain show worth music that is amazing also... read more

We went here looking for the trapeze school, but discovered this great kid adventure instead, which my kids LOVED! For $14, your kids can hang out and zipline, walk the ropes and adventure through this flexible, non-structured course. We were there for 45 minutes, but could have stayed longer. The one downside to this attraction that is if you have to use the restroom, there is no re-entry, so be advised to go before you buckle up! Parents are able to accompany smaller children if need be. read more

I just hosted an Amazing Race 40th Birthday Party where this was a "Pit Stop" for eight adults and it was a fantastic first stop. Everyone had a great time and really enjoyed the experience. Some were surprised how much higher it felt once they were up on the ropes and how challenging it was, while others said it was pretty easy for them but EVERYONE agreed that it was just plain FUN! I had taken my grandchildren (ages 7-10) there a few times prior to this and they always had a blast as well. Highly recommend this activity. read more

My daughter and I had a fun experience, we look forward to going back again. The price is affordable and not crazy. Parking is great, the background music is great and all the staff. The ice cream stand and jelly bean stores are very convenience for her after the zip lining. It can be an all day fun for any children. read more
