"The owner his name is Brian's and staff here are very friendly and helpful. They assist you whenever you need help. You can ask any question, and they will respond in a very nice way. It really is an amazing experience! I'm so glad to hear that the kids had such a fun and memorable birthday there. The games and the claw machine for stuffed animals are definitely highlights for the little ones. This place is definitely a great option for parents who want to create beautiful memories with their children. Thank you for sharing this, I think many families will love to check it out! "

Gatcha is an claw machine arcade with an indoor playground. It is located inside of the Square One mall on the second level. There is plenty of parking. I have been waiting so long for this place to open. I my children on a weekday night after picking them up from school. There were not too many people there so that was a plus. I recommend the play package that allow you about half an hour inside the playground area and also credits to use on the claw machines and arcade games. With two kids admission, plus socks for both kids (required), it came to about $50. I think half an hour was plenty of time for them to play inside the playground. Wristbands are given and must be worn while playing in the playground area. I think it's color coded by time but I could be wrong. For the arcade area, there is a huge selection of claw machines. There are so many cute plushies of all sizes. There is a basketball arcade game and a dance game at the back. My kids enjoy the dance game because they have been playing Just Dance games since they were young so they are definitely not shy at all. There is a vending machine with drinks and small snacks as well. I think folks without children come here for the claw machines. We ended up winning on our third attempt with the claw machines. Which was really lucky! Definitely a well spent $50. I can't wait for my daughter's play date. I will most likely hold her birthday party here next year. There is not much to desire at the Square One Mall these days but I am so happy to see this latest addition. I hope it brings the mall back to life.

Didn't play any games, was just taking a stroll through the mall and stopped by. They have a pretty big kids play area compare to the one in Orlando. Lots of cute stuffs to win. They also offer various birthday packages. My little cousin just celebrated her birthday here a week before and they had a great time.

Nice new place for kids and big kids to hang out or play with some claw machines. The place is pretty cute and seems like it opened recently. It's clean and have lots of activities for the young ones to slide and have some obstacle to go. Parents can go in too just to accompany the little ones

This is where dreams go to die. Check their fb or ig for occasional discounts. Machines aren't filled much and it's harder to win prizes compared to other claw machine arcades. Win rate is roughly 1 plushy for every 100 credits. Plushy machines are mostly 6.2 credits each but some are 7.5, 15, and there are a few negligible machines that are fewer credits. Occasionally, staff would move plushies around. Just remember that the house always wins. The reason their Google reviews are so high is because they give a 10 credit incentive for anyone that writes a review.

It's a bit pricey but what isn't these days. It's fun for the younger crowd. I took my granddaughters and they loved it.

Insanely expensive and it's claw games...you rarely win despite the expense. Maybe you'll spend $50 to win one thing. Good luck!

One thing is for sure, there is a TON of things to do here. It was a little overwhelming for me because I wasn't super comfortable sitting around and not always seeing where the kids were (kudos to the parents who can do that). They're kids, so staying in one area longer than three minutes is impossible lol. There are different sections, lots of jumping areas, and many slides. The party area was packed. There were a lot of birthday parties happening. I noticed they have 9 party rooms, plus additional tables outside for parties without rooms, which added to how crowded it felt. At one point, they closed one of the areas because someone lost something and they had to search for it, which was inconvenient since that's where the kids were playing and were actually there longer than 3 minutes lol. There's also a lot of young (20 and under) staff working, which is interesting. They're present, but overall felt pretty hands-off, especially given how packed the place was. I also used the women's bathroom and out of 5 stalls, 4 didn't have toilet paper. The bathroom itself wasn't very clean and felt poorly maintained. When we went to get drinks, there was a long line and only one person working the front desk, so it took a while just to pay which cut into the allotted time for the kids. All that said, the kids enjoyed it. My son had been here before and wanted to come back with his cousin. He especially loves the soccer area, which was a big hit for him doing it is his favorite sport. I wouldn't say I wouldn't come back, but there is definitely room for improvement, especially with maintenance and staff being more attentive to the areas they're responsible for.

Admission with rental skates included was $10 per person with no time limit. The decor was reminiscent of the early 2000s (think: neon glow-in-the-dark murals on concrete walls) and they played pop hits ranging from the 2000s to modern day. It felt a bit like a 2000s-era after school program activity in the best possible way! Overall, we had a great time skating here for about an hour. The staff were good about keeping people moving in the same direction, and the rink had plenty of people, but not too many as to cause a constant danger of collisions. This would be a great experience for children and adults alike. Especially for the price, the hours of fun here can't be beat!

They also have a few arcade games where you can win tickets and a snack bar with plenty of seating. I used to skate a ton when I was younger, and was looking for something fun and active for both of us to do together (instead of me watching her run around at the playground or spending over $20 per hour for her to jump at a trampoline park- this is the perfect fit and really affordable, and we both get exercise and have fun. We're looking forward to going again soon!
