We weren't sure what to expect because we've been to the one in New Hampshire. They are about the same except for this one is brand new. It's very clean and there is a lot of staff walking around making sure people are following the rules. It has a few different things including lots of climbing structures, dodgeball, soccer, ninja courses, ropes courses etc. I really enjoy all the different things and the North shore needs more new things to do with our kids especially with the summer coming up. The prices are pretty decent and I love that the place is so big and the party rooms are off to the side. Overall, I will definitely be back

What a zoo. Kids running and bumping into people without any care. Lost kids multiple times. Never again

I just had my daughter's party here and it's a 10 out of 10 ! I've never came across young party hosts that actually do their job lol respectfully. They do !!! It's super clean too. The manager was also attentive. Everything about this place is amazing. You literally have your eyes on your kids from every angle, parents can jump too !!! Let's just say, yes I tried to keep this place to myself lol but I can't anymore because all my party guest loved it . The food and slushies are a hit too !!!

They have a bunch of inflatable bouncers that fill majority of the space. Looks like they also have additional bouncy houses within private party areas. They have various bouncy house slides and also arcade games around the floor. And even massage chairs for the adults. What really was enticing was the electric atvs they have their. But boy was that a sh/t show. They really need an attendant for that area because a lot of parents and kids would hog and not take turns. The facility needed desperate cleaning as well. Crumbs and food was everywhere on the floor and many folks are also walking around with socks on only. We even witnessed a kid vomit and his parents didn't even bother reporting it to anyone. But it looks like no one cared to keep the facility clean anyways. Either way, we served our hour and...bounced after. This place needs to be more attentive to cleaning.

Not only did they have food and drinks ready the moment we walked in, they accommodated our additional needs and even took the time to look up our organization and make signs with our logo to welcome us! They really went the extra mile and everyone in our group had a great time. I am so appreciative and I only regret that we're from out of town so I don't know that many people to recommend it to! I am not a frequent user of Yelp but I had to come here to sing their praises.

I went here for a kids birthday party. They have separate party rooms upstairs. As soon as you walk…read morein there are digital boards that tell you which numbered room your party is in. Though there was no host at the front desk at all which was a bummer. There is a coat rack outside of room with number tags to take. The kids love it especially for the laser tag room down the hall from the rooms. The rooms are small and narrow so if you have a lot of people coming there is room acrosd from the party rooms on same floor for parents to mingle in the lounge like area. The staff for the party rooms are a great help when it comes to setting up, directing and time to eat and cake time etc.... Once you are out that room though it may be hard to contain the kids because there's is a lot to do downstairs w prepaid cards as part of the package you choose. They also have the human claw game. The reason I have it 3 stars was because there was no front desk staff and the amount of tickets you have to get to get a decent prize is ridiculous. The quality of prizes are not that great for your ticket amount and they are not very exciting. It is a great place for ages 7-12. It's like a mock version of something like Dave and Busters. Parents make sure to keep an eye on your kids because its easy to run down thr kind stairs from the party room.
