Went here with my son and nephew around 5pm today, on a Saturday, and the place was definitely busy. Parking was annoying socially with the areas where you can only go one way. One thing is for sure, there is a TON of things to do here. It was a little overwhelming for me because I wasn't super comfortable sitting around and not always seeing where the kids were (kudos to the parents who can do that). They're kids, so staying in one area longer than three minutes is impossible lol. There are different sections, lots of jumping areas, and many slides. The party area was packed. There were a lot of birthday parties happening. I noticed they have 9 party rooms, plus additional tables outside for parties without rooms, which added to how crowded it felt. At one point, they closed one of the areas because someone lost something and they had to search for it, which was inconvenient since that's where the kids were playing and were actually there longer than 3 minutes lol. There's also a lot of young (20 and under) staff working, which is interesting. They're present, but overall felt pretty hands-off, especially given how packed the place was. I also used the women's bathroom and out of 5 stalls, 4 didn't have toilet paper. The bathroom itself wasn't very clean and felt poorly maintained. When we went to get drinks, there was a long line and only one person working the front desk, so it took a while just to pay which cut into the allotted time for the kids. All that said, the kids enjoyed it. My son had been here before and wanted to come back with his cousin. He especially loves the soccer area, which was a big hit for him doing it is his favorite sport. I wouldn't say I wouldn't come back, but there is definitely room for improvement, especially with maintenance and staff being more attentive to the areas they're responsible for. read more

It's nice and clean and spacious for kids to play. I usually go on the weekdays since it's less people but I've also been here on the weekends with friends and their kids. Just want to comment about some music they play. It's not kids appropriate in my opinion. I mean young kids come here and play and as a parent I don't my 5 year old to be listening to this type of music like rap and dub step or type of club music that doesn't even sound good to my ears, what more if you're a child. Just saying. If the the management sees this I hope they improve the music because I feel like the employees just put whatever they like just because it's not busy. read more

We weren't sure what to expect because we've been to the one in New Hampshire. They are about the same except for this one is brand new. It's very clean and there is a lot of staff walking around making sure people are following the rules. It has a few different things including lots of climbing structures, dodgeball, soccer, ninja courses, ropes courses etc. I really enjoy all the different things and the North shore needs more new things to do with our kids especially with the summer coming up. The prices are pretty decent and I love that the place is so big and the party rooms are off to the side. Overall, I will definitely be back read more

Nova Adventure Park has a lot of fun activities for kids and is definitely an exciting place for them to explore and enjoy. There's no shortage of things to do, and it can be a great way for kids to burn energy. However, the layout is huge and can be overwhelming--especially for families with younger children. Despite both my husband and I keeping a close eye on our child, she got lost inside the structure, and it took us a terrifying 10-15 minutes to find her. Even with help from the staff, it was incredibly stressful, and honestly, scary. While the concept is great, I strongly feel there need to be better safety measures in place--perhaps more staff monitoring inside, clearer sightlines, or even tracking options for little kids. Until then, I'd recommend it only for older children who can navigate independently, or for parents who are okay with taking that risk. read more

This place is a zoo! Very crowded and not very safe due to the number of children/ young adults present. There is only one very small area designated for younger children which is crowded with toddlers and parents, leaving preschool age children to the mercy of other areas. My daughter was flipped on top of by a group of teenagers, which resulted in a broken leg and a thigh to ankle cast for 6 weeks. YES you sign a waiver, no dispute there, just a warning to parents of this age group. One good thing is the play place area, near the party rooms. Which is somewhat contained. read more

Had my son's 4th birthday party there tonight, although the place is brand new and fun for the children. It was very rushed and The pizza was cold. My attendant was a nice kid But you could tell he is told exactly what to say as far as timing. As soon as he brought in the pizza it was OK. I'll be back in 15 minutes with the ice cream so you guys can sing happy birthday then after that I'll be back with the check. Definitely not worth the $800 I spent. read more

I am very disappointed with my experience here, As a dancer/gymnast online it said you could tumble or flip but when I got there workers keeped harassing me about not flipping they yelled at me for doing a somersault. this is RIDICULOUS, this park is new and would be so much better if we could do flips CHANGE THE RULES!!!
