Wild. They "fixed" the soda machine and brought us flat soda. At that point, just take it away. We ordered lemonades instead which took 20 minutes and she (the manager) forgot one, then caught an attitude when we said something. When the sampler finally came, the chicken was literally falling apart and touched the table when they put it down. We ate the germs. The manager kindly told us she removed the pitcher from the bill and added the lemonades. That however, doesn't make up for bad food, worse service, and a completely ruined experience. If you're in an army themed room you can expect to be speedy, climbing, or seeing flashing lights. The door colors tell you the level of physical activity so you can just do chill mental challenges if you wanted to. Two parts of each room - figure out the objective, and then actually complete it. If you fail you can exit the room and line up for it again (it goes quick) or go to another room. You can also ask a worker for hints. It gets hot in there quickly if you're doing physical activity challenges (some rooms are hotter and smellier than others) - but there are drinking fountains on the main level and fans blowing in the hallways. Make sure to wear comfortable activewear and shoes!

Some people complain about the wait time but that comes with putt putt territory. Sometimes you get lucky and you're surrounded by small groups. The courses are fun, but every shelf and table was littered with empty drink glasses and beer bottles from previous groups (anyone here ever heard of a ROUND?). My biggest gripe was the bar closing early, and staff already preparing and cleaning the course while we were still playing. They seemed noticeably frustrated that we were there, even though this was about half an hour before their posted closing time. Being in hospitality, that behavior gave off serious "please leave so we can call it a night" energy from basically everyone working. To the managers/owners: if you don't want people there until 10, close at 9. We paid a lot of money for this experience, and thank you for showing our team what not to do. 2 stars for the game and the concept, zero for hospitality and execution. GET IT TOGETHER.
