Looking for something to do with your toddlers, preschoolers, or kids up to around age 8? Polkadot…read morePlayhouse is set up for hours of fun. It's an indoor play space, with several different options for entertainment. There's an area full of huge foam building blocks for building structures. There's a craft space with all kinds of different crafts to do, such as mask-making, card decorating, etc. There's a dough space with rollers and cutters. There are tables for trains, tables for building blocks (like Lego). There's a huge kitchen pretend space with lots of food and appliances and the like. And then, there is a huge indoor climbing structure, complete with rope ramp up, a big curling tube slide down, and all kinds of interlocking tubes. If that's a little intimidating, there's a smaller structure for smaller kids, too. There's a place for eating. You can bring in your own stuff, or they sell really inexpensive snacks ranging from chips and the like to applesauce and yogurt. It was a good mix of healthy and otherwise, including lots of bottled water, etc. PPH can host your kid's birthday party, and they really set up a great event. I attended a birthday party there for a 3 year old girl, and it was ROCKING! I'm sure all the kids slept well. The place is set up well for parents, such that you don't have to hover over your kids all the time for fear of them wandering off or being stolen, and such that you can relax a little bit. The owners are wonderful and friendly, with that perfect mix of non-intrusive but still attentive. They keep things tidy and the crafts refreshed. Oh, did I mention that the place is incredibly clean and bright and new-feeling? It's not a dingy mall spot. So, if you're looking for something different than a fast food playground, this place is great. Stay as long as you want for $8 a kid (parents are free), or get a Pack of six visits for $36 (saving $12). Pretty decent, considering you don't get hit for bad food, and it's so well attended and stocked. Check it out yourself!

While planning the party, Jam Time set themselves apart from other locations with their price transparency right on their website, as well as consistent communication leading up to the party date so we knew how to plan for the day. The indoor space has a wide variety of toys and equipment for a range of ages, the highlights were the bounce house, the play structure with multiple slides, and the train table. They had a ton of ride-on toys and pretend play toys, as well as a dedicated area for younger babies to play and crawl around. All of the kids in our party had a blast! It was a shared space with the public so there were lots of other families there but it didn't feel overcrowded. Ari and Zane did an excellent job managing our party from start to finish. They took all the food we brought in and set it up in the party room in an organized arrangement, and they communicated well with us parents so we knew the general timeline of playtime, eating, and the cake presentation. JT the Moose came out at the end of the party to greet all the kids, he was a hit! At the end, they packed up all the food and cake for us to take back home. Highly recommend Jam Time for your birthday party needs or for just burning off some toddler energy!

A friend and I took our almost-2-year-old boys here on a rainy Saturday morning a few weekends ago…read moreand LOVED it. According to the parents at the check in counter it can apparently get fairly crowded at times, but when we were there there was hardly anyone at all. In the front room, my son spent a lot of time at the train table (of course!) and with a lights and noise busy box toy in the padded infant area. There were also several rocking horses, construction toys, and a dress up corner that some older kids were having loads of fun with. But the majority of our time was spent in the gym/gross motor space. There were all variety of balls, big cars and ride-on toys--some that were donated by local stores--small slides and climbing structures. By far his favorite was the "roller coaster" cart and track they had against the back wall. I had never seen anything like it before and at first I thought it looked a bit unsafe (like how did the kids not go toppling over the edge of the track or zooming off the front of it...) If you've seen this track maybe you can understand my concerns but after watching a few other kids go first it seemed pretty fun so we tried it. And then we did it over, and over, and over and over as toddlers are wont to do. So, cart fun aside, the parts that *I* liked best were: easy parking on the sidestreet next to the church, cubbies next to the door for storing shoes and bags, I could take my coffee inside with no problem at all, clean bathrooms, there were seats in the gym area for parents to sit, and kid sized picnic tables in the front room for snacktime. You can even buy snacks and drinks there to have. I commented to my friend that I wished there were books and she pointed out there were a few boxes of them up against one of the walls. There didn't appear to be many, though, and I guess that would be the one thing I might improve--at one point in our several hours there my son was kind of in a lull and could've used some quiet time so a more inviting "quiet time" space with books and bean bags or whatnot would've been nice I think. This place is run as a co-op, meaning those who pay the $45 to join for the winter must commit to volunteer a certain number of hours. We paid $10 as first time visitors and will definitely be going back so they said we could apply the $10 toward our membership next time (if I can find the receipt). Overall this was a great place to spend a few hours with an active toddler and we'll definitely be going back.

When we arrived, there was already a line but we were able to get in for the first round of golf. Like others have said, it's pretty small in there but Lots of things to look at and the monsters were pretty cool looking but not in a super scary way. Each of the holes had different levels of difficulty but overall pretty easy. The arcade was very tiny, but had some fun games for the Littles. None of them were broken like other reviews have said. They games do not accept quarters you have to buy a card. The staff was very friendly and helpful and had tons of patience especially the person working the token redemption/prize area. By the time we left, the place was pretty packed so it's probably a good idea to get there right when they open. Playing one round of golf plus $10 in video games lasted about an hour and a half. Plenty of parking in the private lot. There is a small table out front.

Overall the only complaint I have is I wish there were more holes to conquer.
