Both times we have been, the staff have been really friendly and helpful. I wish I got the name of the blonde woman who is always at the counter. She had a smile on her face even when there were two birthday parties going on simultaneously with a bunch of kids running around unsure what to do. She was patient with the kids (and the grown-ups) and always is encouraging when children bring up their artwork to have it sprayed at the end. Join their email list to get great coupons, especially during school vacation weeks. The first time we went, we were able to paint two pieces for the price of one! The benefit of this place over establishments such as The Clayroom is that your piece is dry in an hour and you can add a bunch of finishes to your work, from sparkly to shiny! There is also a much wider selection of pieces to paint for a reasonable price. No time limit either. Finally, it seems like a good deal for birthday parties. They answered all our questions and concerns before the big day. The week of our wedding they helped me with all the necessary information to get our permit. They installed the (absolutely beautiful) sail cloth tent and provided some lighting in and around the tent on the porch a couple days before the day. We also realized during installation we needed more power thanks to their expert team. They helped us get some generators and delivered them the next day. These guys are smart and work hard. Upon pickup, two guys brought the chairs directly to my car and loaded them in. The reason 2 stars is the quality of the chairs. Most of them had a substantial amount of rust on the metal legs, one chair was completely missing one of the legs, and I found 2 or 3 chairs with cracks in the plastic. One chair even had gum stuck to the bottom. I rented chairs from a since-closed competitor last year and they were in pristine condition. I wouldn't order from Atent for Rent again & in the future will spend the extra money to get a better quality chair elsewhere.

Darth stayed in character and kept the party flowing smoothly. He had a great sense of humor, so much so that the adults said he was the best part of the party. The kids were thrilled! Ages ranged from 5-12 and ALL had huge smiles on their faces while he was there. He did some Jedi training, posed for pictures, and sat with the birthday boy while he blew out his candles. I worked with Paula to make the arrangements and she was extremely helpful and responsive. She also followed up with me right after the party to see how it went. This was so much fun I may do it again for the next adult milestone party I plan!

My son and his friends couldn't believe he was coming here, to the party, to help them with their Jedi training! He was really easy to get a hold of, made great suggestions for wedding day timeline, and worked really well with the other vendors at our wedding (all booked independently). This guy is calm, cool and collected. No cheesiness DJ here. He helped to direct the show on day of and all music was timed perfectly from our ceremony (pretty far on from the reception at our venue) and making sure that we stayed on track throughout the night. He stuck to his promise and didn't play any requests on my "no" list: no chicken dance, line dancing or Boys 2 Men. I had several friends approach me just to comment on him that he was so much fun. We spoke the week before the wedding and he was very consultative with feeling out the guests/crowd. He offered to put together some games or more activities to keep everyone entertained if needed. No need though because the dancing never stopped. Music was great! The price was right in our budget too. I would totally recommend him for weddings!
