Customer service, friendly. Rules and polices, AWFUL. They make it impossible to rebook. Had to cancel due to an illness and was given a time to rebook, but the time wasn't enough, especially with the holidays around. They were not willing to be flexible to allow for rebooking. It's truly the easiest way for them to KEEP your money. As parents with NO VILLAGE and no one to watch our children we are extremely limited with timing. Very disappointed that I couldn't experience this. And very disappointed that I couldn't enjoy this. I gave the rep the exact date and time that I wanted to book for but because it was "out of their window", they didn't allow me to book. That said, if you ever think you're going to have a MINOR inconvenience. DON'T BOOK HERE!!! read more

My family went yesterday for a girls' day, and we had a great time painting together. The girls working there were wonderful--very friendly and helpful, which really added to the experience. However, we were very surprised by the drink prices. The board only listed single prices, and there was no pricing shown for doubles or larger drinks. After looking later, I saw that the full price breakdown is on the website, but I wish we had known this before ordering. Being charged $29 for an espresso martini, and 29 for a mule served in a plastic cup with no garnishes was pretty outrageous and definitely took us by surprise. I understand now when I put my apron on and found 3 empty nips in the pocket why this happened. Clearly the person that wore it before me had been before and paid too much! Overall, the painting experience and staff were great, just would wait next time and get a drink at the capital grill for the same price after. read more

I brought my girlfriend in for her birthday surprise and it was the perfect choice! We came for the Summit at Sunset session that was done by Casey and Cade, who were both amazing! Casey did a fantastic job with the class, showing us how to add the little details to make each painting our own. Towards the end of the time when we were putting the final touches on Cade helped us save our mountains and bring life to them! The wine recommendations were also amazing! read more

I found the instructor to be a bit irritating with mis-pronouncing words on purpose (orAHHange or purplAHlé), but besides that he was great at guiding the class! This is a fantastic place! Though the space is small, it's cozy and more than enough for a great experience. The painter who taught us was kind and friendly, making the session enjoyable. They offer a good selection of drinks and food, with a small but well-stocked bar, including great non-alcoholic options. Parking is convenient, with a large garage and plenty of available spaces in the parking lot. read more

Such a fun date spot! There were also just solo painters there. It's a little tight moving around, but there's ample parking on a weekend night. They bring you food to your table - though I would really look at the menu at this location in advance as some treats are better than others. They have pitchers to share as drinks and four canvas spots for each table. The only thing I recommend is that the instructor quicken the pace for the easier instructions because by the end there was barely any time to do the detailing and minute parts to the painting while we spent like an hour just painting the background. read more

We had such a fun time at Muse. We came on Valentine's Day and it was pretty packed. However, drinks came out quickly - we didn't order any food but it looked good. The host was really energetic and a great teacher. Great spot for a date night or with friends!! read more

Very nice place to host group party or gathering. Also I suppose you can come here by yourself. There's a bar too. Came here for Yelp event and had a really good time. The instructor goes over each part of the painting your car paint step by step. I had a good experience and I guess you can bring your own food over for your party. read more

This was the first time going to Muse Bar but my two granddaughters had been there before. It exceeded my expectations for a fun outing for us! Dan was our instructor and he created such a fun atmosphere while we painted as well as being a great instructor. We arrived a little early and took advantage of having some food and drink there and that was very good. I recommend this for people of all ages and look forward to going back to become Picassos again!! read more

Went in tonight with my family. Our first time there and we will definitely be back. We had Junie (I hope I spelled that correctly) and Nancy there to help us today. Both of these ladies went above and beyond to help everyone. Someone in our group was having a tougher time, and both ladies took their time to stop and help out with some kinks she needed worked out. We took a bit longer to finish and they didn't fuss they just asked how they could help. Junie even went as far to help her paint. My mother took my son for an afternoon of painting together. My son is actually a rather talented artist, and my mother never paints. This was a great activity for the two of them to do together. They both walked away with some great art. They both commented that the instructors went step-by-step and made the painting process easy to follow. It was a nice experience. My only complaint is where our seats were located. We were towards the front, but the furthest table outlooking the street. I couldn't see the instructors painting at all, as he was behind me. The instructors easel was also turned facing the other side of the room, making it reallllly frustrating to follow the painting step by step. Nice experience, but terrible seats. read more
