I had to hire another planner who did the job in 3 weeks. I hired Veronica in May for my baby's birthday and 7 months later still nothing was done and she refused to give me back my money. She then texted me extremely threatening texts almost 3 months after my event to remove my one star review or she will sue me. She would then block me and then unblock me and continue to send threatening messages. This woman wants to keep her shady business practice behind wraps. She also threatened me about someone else leaving her a bad review. Her google reviews are mainly all one star reviews. She is the worst thing to ever happen to me. I wish I contacted the other party planning business before I came into contact with this evil person. I have included screen shots of her harassment. I have informed the police department and will take all legal measures should she continue to threaten and harass me. Her number is listed to show you she is the evil person behind these texts. Oh and she kept my money and did no work for what I paid her for. Keep that in mind. Google her. There is nothing but bad things written about her all over the internet let alone her google reviews. I should have read about all her unhappy customers and negative articles written To Veronica's comment: YOU are an absolute liar. I don't need to speak on whatever crap you're saying because a simple search of your google reviews will show all of the horrible reviews you have. If you google "blue ivy and Beyoncé" you can see articles of Beyoncé asking for a restraining order against this awful woman. Poor excuse for a human being! Literally everything she wrote in her response to my comment is a lie and don't entertain her BS! One simple google search will SHOW all her unhappy customers dating back YEARS!

Being in the wedding industry myself, I am extremely picky about who to entrust on our big day. Having a wealth of contacts to plan our own wedding, we undoubtedly knew Veronica was THE ONE for us! From our first interview with her she was on point, meticulous and had a back up plan for our "back up plan". She listened to our needs and wedding vision, kept me motivated and on time with my checklists and truly "got it". From day one I conveyed to her that we were looking for a "bulldog" day of coordinator/Superwoman that could handle a large wedding party (11 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen), large family, out of towner guests and whatever drama might enfold. I wanted someone as detailed as I am, if not more but who truly cares and understands the entire process. We found all that in Veronica, and then some! Her attention to detail is above and beyond. She has her templates, checklists and timelines down to a science. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch (at least that I am aware of). That's what I call a GREAT day of coordinator. I was never concerned or bothered by things that came up because it was fixed before I even knew about it. She was there for us until the very end which was 1:00 AM and was so attentive and checked in on us often!! LOVE that! By the way, she's so much fun and had a blast singing/dancing along with her and our FAB DJ. Our family and friends fell in love with her as well, that I almost forgot she was my planner. :) In a good way that is. She was extremely professional but was so down to earth, she was like family. She's a friend for life!! I highly recommend her and her team. In conclusion: Do yourself a favor, stop looking and call Veronica for your big day!

Joan made this process so incredibly easy, she was so friendly and has such great attention to details. Mike was actually at the event along with his employees. He was incredible! Had everything under control and is kind and friendly. Now if this couple isn't the dynamic duo I don't know who is! The food was delicious! lovingly prepared and served with a smile. Joan called me back right away as she had a cancellation on the date we wanted. That was pure luck and the rest is history. Joan, her family and staff at Franklin Caterers were awesome to deal with. She made great suggestions for renting the tent and tables, took care of all the menu details as well as linens, and provided the perfect advice for setting up the bar and provided a bartender. Everyone was superbly professional, on-time, very communicative and we were able to enjoy the party with our guests which was our goal. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

When it came time to pay, there was an issue as Rachel only takes checks (which I didn't have). I did pay her within 7 days and communicated with her frequently about the fact that it might take a few extra days and I was having problems with Venmo. She was so rude and disrespectful to me, it was shocking. Even before my payment was "late" according to her own bill she was calling and texting me with rude messages. I am shocked that anyone who is in a customer service business would treat a customer like that. I have never written a negative review in my life as I usually want to give people the benefit of the doubt but she was so rude to me that I feel it necessary.

We had a short window to plan the event and Myriam was on top of EVERYTHING; she left no detail unattended. I was worried about everything because my siblings and I were planning this party from sunny California and the party was in Massachusetts. Myriam did an amazing job at putting my mind at ease. From her amazing recommendations of vendor choices to her innate abilities to capture the theme we were going for; her service is bar none. Myriam's business acumen is superb. Her patience and communication style made the three of feel like she wanted this party to be as big of a hit as we did. We hosted almost 90 people and Myriam had everything under control. From making sure the food arrived on time and working with outside caterers, wait staff, and entertainment; it was all taken care of. She even made sure we got all the family pictures we wanted, which proved to be the most valuable takeaway. Myriam has the expertise that you want when planning an event of any significance.     Ever since we signed on with M&M, we tell every couple we know that the FIRST THING they should do…read moreif they get engaged is hire a wedding planner (more specifically, our wedding planner). A number of amenities were made affordable, and therefore feasible, because we hired M&M. The rates we received from vendors, with Myriam as our representative, were far more favorable then the ones we sussed out before hiring her. Not only were the prices great, but the service was also exceptional. Her professionalism and reputation spurred vendors to do an excellent job so that she would one day advocate for them, too. Before we hired Myriam, we had very little idea of how much we should expect to spend, and as a result, we were hesitant to make any firm commitments. We had been engaged a year and a half when we met Myriam, and had decided upon absolutely nothing. I am especially thankful for Myriam's patience with us as we got used to synthesizing and articulating the details of our dream wedding. Wedding planners have to be gifted arbitrators, since the traditions, wishes, and opinions of two people (and by extension, two families) have to be weighed equally, and ultimately reconciled into something unique, memorable, and beautiful. In the days leading up to the wedding, my bridesmaids frequently commented (with no small amount of surprise and relief) about how relaxed I was going into the big day. I think that's because I had entrusted my wedding to the right person.
