After helping us postpone our 2020 wedding, Siagel helped make our October 2021 wedding the actual best night of our lives. Jodi our event coordinator was by my side for 2+ years to ensure every unique detail and bizarro request was handled, and helped me keep our vendors in check. Siagel handled all the lighting, invitations, dance floor, audio (both ceremony and party), and day of coordination (along with the after party). And as someone who had a very specific vision for my wedding, having Jodi walk me into the reception room during cocktail hour to see how it all came together in the exact way I dreamed was one of the most memorable moments of my life. The after party for my wedding was also a 1000/10. The music was ON POINT thanks to Michael and they even worked with our band to transition from the live music to the DJ. People didn't stop dancing for hours. They even brought CO2 guns which brought the party to the next level. I of course never want to get married again but I would repeat this party every weekend for the rest of my life if I was able to. read more

We hired Siagel to DJ our wedding one week ago. Of the 6 vendors we hired, they were by far the worst to work with. In short: our event coordinator was terrible, and I had to chase her for the correct timeline/song list during our rehearsal dinner. DJ himself was fantastic though. We were assigned Kendal as our point-person. Throughout the entire process, she was flighty, unorganized, and non-communicative. She had promised a meeting with our DJ in July, which I constantly had to check in with her about via email and phone calls. I don't think it would have happened if I hadn't bugged her at least three or four times. The biggest problem by far was approving our timeline. Originally, she promised a timeline in July, and I completely forgot about it until our DJ mentioned it during our final call the week before our wedding. What she sent me was completely wrong. There were items thrown in that were the opposite of what we wanted (as one example, we said in the original intake that we wanted the father-daughter dance first, then the couples' first dance immediately after - they had our dance first and then the father-daughter dance an hour later). And there were changes to the intake I had requested throughout the summer which she said she recorded, but apparently never did. I wouldn't have been angry if she had just fixed it in a timely manner. I understand things get lost in communication, and that's why it's important to have a final approval. I asked for the changes, didn't hear back from her, and had to nag her via email and phone call for three days. She kept saying she would make the change and email it to me, but it would never arrive. I still didn't have it the day before the wedding, and we played back-and-forth during my rehearsal dinner to receive it. Finally, she sent two timelines. One with some items still incorrect, the other all correct. She said she didn't know why her emails weren't going through. Again, I understand that technology sucks sometimes. But we wouldn't have been in this position if she hadn't waited until the literal 11th hour to communicate with me about our timeline. The only reason I'm giving Siagel 2 stars instead of 1 is because of our amazing DJ, Michael A. He was so reassuring throughout the process, especially when I was worried about him having the correct information after Kendal's poor communication. He actually found us during pictures and confirmed the timeline right then and there, which allowed us to finally relax and enjoy the day. On the day-of, he totally understood our wedding's lowkey vibe and knew how to keep the party bumping without any of the obnoxious DJ tropes. We also experienced a medical emergency during the reception which meant I had to leave my wedding early, and I was told he handled it with grace. He gave updates to our guests and kept spirits high on the dance floor for the remaining time. I can't recommend DJ Michael A. highly enough. If you do decide to go with Siagel and get assigned Kendal, ask for someone else. read more

Refused to provide us with any refund in 2020, during the Pandemic, for a deposit we made before the Pandemic began. These services were never provided, and could not be provided. We easily and professionally received full refunds for every other deposit that we made. Siagel Productions, however, kept our entire deposit. Our wedding event was so much fun. Everyone had a great time, a big part of that was DJ Nate and the team behind him, Siagel Productions. We were impressed by his MCing skills as he was able to keep the crowd entertained through the night. He also played a good mix of music through the night honoring the diverse tastes of the crowd. We had shared a bunch of custom playlists with Siagel for reference, and we felt that DJ Nate came prepared as he was able to build a great evening using those references. The dance floor was buzzing all the way through, all thanks to him. Big thanks to our Event Coordinator, Paige, as well for creating the perfect sequence of play for the night, it flowed really well as we successfully kept the interest of all folks in the crowd. She was very responsive and adaptive during our communication leading up to the event. Hired them to DJ for my daughter's sweet 16 party, which unfortunately was scheduled for April, in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. We tried to reschedule to August, but state-wide restrictions on gatherings are preventing the hotel from being able to host the party. When I reached out to Siagel to let them know we needed to cancel, I was informed that I would be forfeiting my deposit. And this was with 5 months advance notice of the cancellation. I don't know how this company can retain a deposit on a cancellation that is completely out of my control, but they refuse to budge. I would not recommend Siagel Productions - they are difficult to work with and with so many DJs out there that are just as good or better, why take the chance? read more

DJ Greg was amazing! Not only did he play amazing music keeping our party going for hours but he kept everything going smoothly. Also, DJ Greg was great with my cousin who has severe learning disabilities. He let Ian "help" and wear the noise cancelling headphones all night! We used Siagel Productions for our wedding this past weekend. Paige (the coordinator) was so helpful throughout the whole process and made everything very easy. Michael Savant was our DJ and he was absolutely wonderful. We were running a little behind schedule when the reception started (due to photos taking longer than expected) and he calmly told us he would get us back on track (which he did by shortening our first dance set a little). He played all our must-play songs and the other songs he played we loved! He is great at knowing what each couple will like based on their song selection. Paige and Michael told us beforehand that we didn't need to worry about our schedule during our wedding because Michael would make sure everything got done. This is exactly what happened. It was so nice to be able to enjoy our wedding without checking the time or looking at the schedule. read more

This was our 2nd time using Siagel for our children's Bar & Bat Mitzvahs and both times they were just excellent! Our daughter's Bat Mitzvah was 4/1/17, and we had Dan as our MC. He was wonderful. Our whole family likes to have a good time, so I did not want the kids monopolizing the dance floor all night with the adults just sitting around. Dan and I spoke beforehand about how I wanted everything to go, and it went exactly as I had hoped, only better. Dan was right on top of everything, and great on the details. But most importantly, he made everyone feel comfortable, he got the energy level up at the very beginning of the evening, and he kept it fun and high energy all night. Everyone had a ton of fun, the dance floor was busy all night - kids only during cocktail hour and main course, and then a mixed group all the rest of the time. Everyone commented to me as they were leaving about how much fun they had, and what a great DJ and team we had. His DJ and motivator were also excellent. It was a long party, 5 hrs, so there was a lot to do. All 3 worked extremely well together, and immediately addressed any requests. Adults were on one side of the room, while the kids were on the other. When the volume was a little too loud for the adults the DJ immediately adjusted the speakers, and voila, problem solved. The office staff/party consultants, Rachel & Kerry, at Siagel were also fantastic to work with. Questions or concerns were addressed immediately, they gave great advice, and we never felt any pressure to "upgrade" above our comfort level. They were all right on top of everything right up to the last minute, so we never worried about anything that we were having them cover. The whole Bat MItzvah was more than we could have hoped for. While it was my daughter that made the services and the whole event so wonderful, it was Siagal that made the party so fun. (By the way, the party was at the Hotel Marlowe in Cambridge, and everything there was perfect as well! It was truly a day and evening to remember!) read more

I appreciated her recommendations and she seemed extremely organized. There were a few songs played that I did not request although barely noticeable because they were a good genre for the dinner reception. EJ was great. He came on time and introduced himself and made the process very easy. I didn't worry about him or the music all day which was a great relief. He played the correct music and on time and I appreciate that. EJ also did an AMAZING job fielding song changes and adding new ones to the chosen playlist. Our wedding had a lot of 20 somethings so it was tough to rate how much of a party scene it would turn into. Luckily, EJ got a quick sense of the crowd and what would work and even seamlessly changed the song when I asked. He was so responsive and polite. When searching for a wedding entertainment, we were a little put off by Siagel's somewhat cheesy web site and their office (which is chock full of bar-mitzvah-centric accessories). But when we met with EJ (our DJ) it became clear that the man knows his stuff and is both low-key and professional. Although it was occasionally hard to connect with EJ (he was not so great over email), once our date approached he was super responsive to our ideas, spent a LOT of time patiently going over our timeline, and helped us brainstorm music for the processional, last dance, etc..
