The service is a bit slow but we had no choice but to be patient. Only one person at the register and and older women blowing up balloons . Hoping that our large order does not get mixed up or missing any balloons from our order cause our event is actually like most customers important. Last order never arrived and we did get a refund but that's not what we wanted to happen and disappoint family member . This order needs to be precise and complete and I am hoping all goes well. Let's see what the outcome will be... I will keep you posted if not! But the value is reasonable and comparable to others. They might need to get another cashier who could be faster or more knowledgeable of this store. She could have been new but the other women should have noticed she struggled and actually took over . But, order will determine if we come back in the future!!! Cross our fingers!

The store owner is absolutely a pleasure to have met! and you can tell that all the items purchased for the store reflect her love of entertaining. Stationery of all sorts - greeting cards, note cards, journals, letter writing sets, themed notepads, etc. My goodness, the selection of paperware alone is quite impressive. What I am saying is if you are having a party and wish to have quality paper plates, napkins, and décor this is the spot to start. They have helium tanks here and a HUGE array of any occasion party balloons. If you follow me you already know that I have a 'thing' for gift baskets... whether it is for a Housewarming, "Thank you' to a client, friend or employee. I only wish I lived closer because this store had EVERYTHING all in one location - higher-end body products, unique regional souvenirs, sturdy creative artwork gift bags, toys for children, candles that are known to have that lingering scent, gorgeous tumblers both ceramic and stainless steel. The culinary treats section is plentiful as well, and at the risk of repeating myself, I'll say it again great store for putting together gift baskets! Curbside metered parking directly in front of the store as well as on the side streets. I return home in a few weeks and I am looking forward to seeing what they have for the Fall merchandise. It'zaparty has been my go to place for balloons for the past few years. I usually get one or two…read moreclusters of balloons to put on either side of doorways for special events. The last few times I've gotten the balloons, they've lasted less than 10 hours. It was a little disappointing, but I thought this is probably standard. A week ago I needed two clusters of balloons again. So I went to my favorite balloon store. I happened to mention to the young ladies behind the counter about noticing how short of a time the balloons last. One of the young ladies asked, "you don't get the spray inside of the balloons?" I was intrigued so I asked, "what spray?" She explained that there is a pump spray that they put in the balloons before inflating them that will help the balloons to last 24 hours instead of 8 to 10 hours as I had experienced. it was a few cents more per balloon. But I thought, "what the heck? Why not?" I purchased my balloon clusters on a Friday at four in the afternoon. It is now the following Thursday at four in the afternoon. A full seven days. The balloons are still inflated, still bright and colorful, and still impressive. A little bit of the shine has gone. But that's not a big deal. I'm so happy they told me about the spray. It has made a huge difference. From now on, I will always get the spray to make sure the balloons last this long and possibly longer! Do yourself a favor when buying balloons at It'zaparty and spend the extra few cents for the spray. Thank you It'zaparty!

I reached out to Wow Balloons and heard back the same day: Yes, they could complete this design work and yes, they could stay within my target budget. Perfect!! Cue Mikhail, owner of Wow Balloons. He was in frequent contact with me throughout the planning process, did a site tour with me to confirm measurements and rigging points and offered ideas for how to elevate my design concept even further - a planner's dream come true. The end result was a stunningly beautiful balloon arch in soft pastel colors that reflected our Classic Winnie the Pooh theme. The arch was dotted with real greenery to enhance the organic nature of the theme. Mikhail and his teammate had the installation completed precisely within the timeframe agreed upon and he even brought additional elements to have on-hand should we want to tweak anything before he finished. Thank you so, so much to the team at Wow Balloons! You gave me peace of mind that this milestone event would be designed perfectly and it absolutely was. Upon pickup, two guys brought the chairs directly to my car and loaded them in. The reason 2 stars is the quality of the chairs. Most of them had a substantial amount of rust on the metal legs, one chair was completely missing one of the legs, and I found 2 or 3 chairs with cracks in the plastic. One chair even had gum stuck to the bottom. I rented chairs from a since-closed competitor last year and they were in pristine condition. I wouldn't order from Atent for Rent again & in the future will spend the extra money to get a better quality chair elsewhere.

Truly Magical! Worth Every Penny! As a first-time customer…read moreof Not Just Cake, I initially questioned whether the endless stream of flawless 5-star reviews could truly be justified. I had never tasted one of Simren's cakes before, nor did I know anyone personally who had ordered from her, so the decision felt like serious leap of faith. The price point also gave me pause, especially since it is easily twice that of established local bakeries like Konditor Meister, Yum Bunnies, Donnas, Flour, or Icing on the Cake, etc. However, after speaking with Simren, it became immediately evident that her work exists on an entirely different level. Her passion, artistry, and meticulous attention to detail are truly extraordinary. I ordered a Harry Potter themed cake for my child's 8th birthday, and I was absolutely astonished. The cake was nothing short of a masterpiece. The golden snitch, Harry's glasses, the sorting hat, and an unbelievable edible fondant book with the number 8 on top looked cinematic in their precision. The photographs do not even begin to capture how breathtaking it was in person. And then there was the taste. We chose vanilla cake, triple berry mascarpone, raspberry preserve infused with saffron, cardamon, and rose... it was unquestionably the finest cake we have ever tasted. Made with the cleanest, freshest, highest-quality ingredients and just the right touch of sweetness, it felt both indulgent and perfectly balanced. Every guest devoured it and wanted to know where it came from. After 40 years of trying bakeries throughout Massachusetts, I can say with complete confidence that this is in a league of its own. Simren is not simply a baker. She is a true artist. Not Just Cake transformed our celebration into something unforgettable. It is an absolute must-buy!
