I have taken many classes from The Glass Bar and all of them have been superb. Jordan and Debbie are excellent instructors. They are patient and very encouraging of beginners. I also like that they are eager to see the results of experiments. While I like all the classes, I have most enjoyed the mosaic classes and the fused glass classes. read more

Great place to learn how make glass jewelry and other crafts. My friend and I had a great time at the dichroic glass jewelry making workshop. Worth the money and a very creative, fun activity. The owner/instructor is very knowledgeable about glass and glass making and was an excellent teacher. I look forward to returning for either a drop in hour or another class. I had a Christmas present project I was hoping The Glass Bar could help me with, and it turned out amazing! We brought home a few very nice bottles of wine from Napa, that I was hoping someone could turn into cheese plates. Jordan did an amazing job, and at a great price! She was very helpful, super responsive, and overall we were very impressed! When we picked up the four gifts, we purchased additional Christmas presents for our family - a few ornaments and a small plate. I can't wait to gift everything to my family. I will be brief. The studio seemed to be low on supplies - such as the selection of glass color and glass size. The instructor was not very engaging nor engaged in our group - often looking at her phone during the class time. Instruction was minimal at best - to the disadvantage of those new to this technique. I will not return nor recommend this art studio to others. read more

I came to the studio for a workshop with a girlfriend of mine and had an excellent time. The studio was very well kept and the instructors were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. As it should be with this type of class, there is emphasis put on each participant learning how to properly do the techniques, and the instructors work with you individually until you are able to do so. Overall, a great experience and would recommend to anyone looking to try something new and/or have a relaxing, fun time out! read more
