They were great, and Jessa was very easy to work with re: setting up our rental. It was not inexpensive, BUT the sound system suited our needs perfectly. I do have to say that the gentleman who came to set up the system and then pick it up at the end of the night was AMAZING. He was super helpful, super friendly, and he made sure everything was set up to perfection before he left. He even came back a half hour early that night when I found out that the venue needed to lock up earlier than we had expected, which was incredibly appreciated. The system we rented worked perfectly for my client's DIY wedding DJ needs - they were happy, so I was happy too.

Timothy and Scott the business owners were more than accommodating they showed up when they said they would be there. The set up was quick and efficiently done and everyone on the set up crew was clean and courteous making sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it. All their equipment including tents,tables and chairs were clean and I could tell everything was well maintained. They also were very nice to my children who were in the yard playing while they set up. While talking during the setup I could tell that they take pride in keeping their customers satisfied. Also I mentioned that I wished I had rented a bouncy house for the kids they said they have a superheroes bouncy house that they could go back to shop and get. My son loves batman and it was perfect for the kids at the party. Once the party was over the next day they showed up exactly when they said they would. They retrieved all there equipment and the yard was spotless when they left. I was more than satisfied with the price because I was quoted much more by other rental companies. I rented 30 folding chairs recently for my son's 1st birthday party. Reserving the chairs was a…read morebreeze and they were great to work with and the price couldn't be beat, although I wish they were open on the weekends for pickup & returns. Upon pickup, two guys brought the chairs directly to my car and loaded them in. The reason 2 stars is the quality of the chairs. Most of them had a substantial amount of rust on the metal legs, one chair was completely missing one of the legs, and I found 2 or 3 chairs with cracks in the plastic. One chair even had gum stuck to the bottom. I rented chairs from a since-closed competitor last year and they were in pristine condition. I wouldn't order from Atent for Rent again & in the future will spend the extra money to get a better quality chair elsewhere.

The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because it would have been helpful to have someone leading the way with suggestions about what we'd need (or not need). The globe lights were definitely needed for an evening wedding...but that was our idea.
