He told me the website to go to and the store number to add. He wouldn't activate the license till I got the machine. Upon arrival he gave me instructions on the safe operation of the vehicle then a demonstration of the controls. Then had me take the controls to make sure I was comfortable operating the machine. They came out and measured the space on our schedule and took pictures so they could ensure they sent just the right tent. When my sister then installed a fence and a fire pit in her backyard, they then came back to check and make sure everything would still fit (luckily it did!) They were easy to work with on the phone and very responsive. They even reached out to our other vendors to see if they needed any cords or tables for their setup. On the day of the reception, we couldn't find the extension cords for the fans. I called them, and they sent someone out. We did find the cords behind something else and cancelled the call, but they were going to ensure that we had everything that we needed. The one glitch we had was the wireless speaker. We ordered it to play music off of an iPhone. I asked during tent setup if the battery would last and was ensured it would. It did, however, end up dying with about an hour to go. We had another speaker from the house to use, but I wish that one had lasted the whole time. Other than that one glitch, they whole experience was great. Every need was met and taken care of. I would highly recommend BC Tent and Awning to anyone.

He is pretty with it, but could not do mourning over zoom. We thought of using a tent in the backyard. One quick google search led me to Jim Mariano's "backyard tent rentals" business. From the minute I called him, when I was so recently bereaved, he was as helpful and caring as family. He guessed our request was for sitting shiva and offered chairs and table and tablecloth, and by the very next morning he had set up a 20x20 tent in my father's backyard, and even returned with a gift for him. I'll always be grateful to Jim for helping us out to sit shiva for my mother during these trying days of COVID-19, it has been an absolute blessing for our family, and I'm so glad we found his business and called him to rent that tent.
