I telecommunicated with Studio 24 to request a Birthday Flyer. I feel pretty comfortable doing business via email as I work from home all the time. Nevertheless, I sent them a detailed memo of what I wanted and the following day they reached out for payment. Within 12 hours I received my flyer. It came out way better then I imaged it would. My synagogue in the suburbs wanted to use a Black-owned company to make our outdoor antiracism banner. Studio 24 was recommended to us and boy, are we glad! Everything about our order was handled graciously and professionally. Because of the pandemic, we did it all over the phone and by email, and I was afraid we would have a hard time collaborating. It was perfect! Studio 24 staff understood our needs, responded quickly and asked questions when necessary. They made requested changes promptly and agreeably. I have had a really good experience working with Stdio 24. I have used them on multiple occasions and it feels good to support a local business and also get quality work. Not only is this place conveniently located, but the staff and everyone who works there are always very easy going and friendly. The office space is fun, clean and professional. I recently had sent a pdf to Studio 24 with an address error on a flyer I sent to them on my end and was horrified. I called the office and they were able to make some adjustments and make the flyer work. I would not continue going back if it wasn't worth it. TRUST ME! Additionally their graphic artists are really great if you give them a theme and idea of what you are looking for. Some really talented people work here. read more

I had a logo digitized for 6 t-shirts and a sweatsuit. I left specific instructions for only 1 shirt to be printed in vynal, even wrote it down by Their request. They still didn't follow instructions and printed all my shirts in vynal which I only wanted for 1 red shirt. When asked why the instructions were not followed, I was told what I requested would have taken longer because the shirts have to be sent out, which they failed to tell me in the beginning or call, and took it upon themselves to print conveniently. I told the young man I would have waited, but still no excuse considering you all had notes to go by with specific details. At this point I am $209 dollars in and only have a digitized logo and 1 usable shirt. I explained to one of the young men opening 10am, I brought in 8 pieces to only get 1 shirt that came out correct, considering all other pieces were supposed to be silkscreene printed. I had a dozen more shirts I needed done and ask them since I ended up paying 109$ for 1 shirt because the rest are useless. I think it's only fair some type of discount is given on these next 12 shirts for the mishap. The young man said he has to ask his Boss, only to come back in 1 minute to tell me the "Boss" is charging me same price and won't budge on any discounts. I was shocked and very unhappy with the service at this point, especially after still considering doing business after their mistake. I would not recommend anyone working with this establishment. They do not follow directions and obviously are not good on taking accountability. read more

I love Studio 24 Graphix ! If you are seeking flyers, business cards, posters or personalized invitations in a timely manner, give them a try. I just ordered personalized invitations online for my daughter's birthday party and they will be ready for pick up in only two days. I have also ordered a large quantity of flyers and business cards for reasonable rates. It is convenient to Rt. 203 and is accessible to the T. Ansy, Liz and the rest of the crew at Studio 24 Graphix are AMAZING! I do the design work for a small non-profit in Charlestown and these guys are the best. They can do ANYTHING with a super quick turn-around time (3 days!) and the quality is amazing. They are SO reasonably priced. We were in a time and money crunch (as any non-profit is) and needed 2 different size booklets, over 400 copies each, 300 copies each of 7 different flyers, and 4 banners and we were just amazed by their quickness AND quality. We ran into problems, of course, but Ansy and Liz were SO patient and helped us solve them all. They are the BEST! Really, nobody can have an excuse NOT to have amazing print materials with these guys in business. I can't wait to work with them again. Last Week My now 1 year old son had a big First Birthday Party. The day before the party I walked into this establishment and was greeted almost right away by a lovely woman who shall remain nameless. I explained to her that I needed a banner for my sons First Birthday Party an we jumped right into the theme of the party and she got to work on it immediately, for within two hours of me leaving she already came up with a design we both loved and agreed upon. She explained to me that I could pick up the Banner the next day (the day of the party) by 4pm. I did exactly that and when it was time to unravel the banner I only got one half of the 2 part $183 banner I was expecting. Luckily a friend that was at the party personally knew the owner and was able to leave a message and text him about this unfortunate and carless mishap. By the time he called back the party had been going on for at least 2.5 hours and he asked if someone can meet him at the store. Now if your employees were the one that messed up a real business owner would have offered to drop off the other half of the banner. Instead one of my family members had to leave the party to pick it up. What makes me even more pissed is that by the time all this took place an I finally had both half's of the banner put up half of my guest had already left and the other half had to rush to take pics in front of the banner with the photographer who was also scheduled to leave in a few minutes. It was EMBARRASSING for me to overhear someone say "Damn. That banner went up at the last minute". They won't even work on your design until they receive full payment yet when you pick up the product they can't even make sure you get exactly what you paid for. Never again. Homeboy wasn't even apologetic enough to at least give me a future discount. Damn Shame. read more

Really don't like this place! For a small business...they are extremely lacking in follow-through customer service skills. Word of mouth is spreading quickly and a lot of local business owners are not returning due to the inflated prices and horrible customer service. After recently relocating, I have now started working with L Dancy Graphic Design located in Roslindale and she is awesome...my family owns a restaurant and she really helped us with beautiful new menus and business cards. Calloway Graphix located near the south end is worth a try too, yes a bit old school but they have been around for a long time and know how to treat their customers. I would never recommend Studio 24 Graphix! They are extremely unproffessional! They suck! read more

I was referred to this place by a friend who told me that they did great work. I needed business cards printed for a meeting with an investor and decided to go with them. I paid the deposit, submitted my design, explained my needs, and was told the cards would be ready in 3 days. Five days later, my business cards weren't done. I expressed my frustration and tried to speak to the owner but he didn't have the time. I explained to the person helping me how unprofessional this was and tried to get a refund to no avail. The cards would not be ready for my meeting so I decided to just let it go. As a solution they offered to give me a discount on my next order. I told them I'd pass and let them keep my deposit as a donation. I'm not sure what the quality of their product is because I never got my cards, so I can't speak negatively or positively on that. But as far as service and organization goes, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Go with someone more reliable If you have pressing needs. That's just my experience. I'm very much in support of the small business and I hate speaking critically about anyone trying to get ahead, but sometimes legitimate concerns need to be voiced if they have the potential to improve another customers experience. read more

Coming from someone who has worked in a printing center before, these people are greedy and give the slowest customer service. First the girl spends legit 10 mins looking for "nice" resume paper. All she has in stock is white almost plain paper. Then she tells me it's $.29. Then the other guy that helps her print (because they need 2 people to print a single document) says it's $.40. After about 20 mins in the store she tells me it's $1.00 per sheet. The nerve! You're ripping people off and don't know what the fuck you're doing. Thanks for wasting my time. I used Studio 24 recently for my baby shower invitations. My theme was a sporty baseball game. I worked with a young gentleman JT, who was awesome. From the beginning he was able capture the same idea that I was going for. Everyone fell in love with their invitations.
