Gary emailed me right away to confirm the stock weight and said I could pick it up in an hour (on my way home)! My only caveats would be that the order form online assumes you are a business, I wish there was an "individual" option.. The colors also didn't print that great, I had a lot of project photos included that looked more dull than I expected for the $$.. and there weren't a lot of paper options (32# paper or 80# card stock seems to be a common recommendation, but they only offered 28# laser paper or 100# card stock). Service and timeliness was great, though! Would definitely go back in a pinch.

We were looking for a new printer and while this project was somewhat small, we do a fair amount of printing for clients and I was hoping Alpha would be our new resource. She assured me our printing project would not be a problem and said she'd send an estimate based on our very specific conversation and order details. Cut to a week later. I call again and talk to her, still no estimate. She apologizes, assures me she is working on it and will get it to me asap. Cut to another week. I call again and leave a message asking where is the estimate and could she call me. I get an email back later that day with confirmation on what I was looking for so she could draw up an estimate. I email all details (again) and it's now OVER another week and I have never heard back. No estimate. Thank you for wasting my time; thankfully I saw this coming and engaged with another printer. At this point, I wouldn't let them print a B/W Post-it Note for me. If this is how you treat prospective new clients who you are trying to "win", I can't imagine what the level of service is once you're engaged. Sadly, I have no idea what these high reviews are talking about!

He did an amazing job with our photos, we have received countless compliments on both the canvas' themselves and the photos. After hanging all of the artwork we realized that we still needed some more art for the walls due to our large space. At this point we couldn't book another photographer because of our time crunch with opening. Brian offered to help and went above and beyond. We purchased prints and sent them to him at which time he matched the coloring (black and white with greenish/yellowish undertones... which seemed like a difficult color to match but he did it)... he then hand delivered them so we could have our grand opening on time. What a fantastic experience I had with this shop and the owner, Tom. I brought in a poster from a…read moreFrench museum that featured the paintngs of my great- grandfather with the hope it could be enhanced in size, framed, etc. Tom guided me through the various options and within 15 minutes we came up with the right combination. I ordered four for family members as gifts for my children and a nephew. Yesterday I got a call from Tom saying the finished product was in and ready for pickup, which I did today. Tom expertly shrink-wrapped together the four pictures for easy transport and brought them to my vehicle. I left the shrink-wrap on since it's a gift, but you can get a sense of the quality of the frame and reproduction. Tom is the epitome of a small shop owner who cares about his workmanship and his customer service. And a great story teller.
